Detailed Reviews
We had stayed here before and enjoyed a decent stay because of the price and the location is close enough to the Falls and also far enough to miss any of the noise . We booked 2 nights and had friends join us the second night but the booking place messed up the reservation but the owner went above and beyond to rectify the issue straight away .Very hospitable and accommodating just ask and they're right there for you .Definitely be staying there for future visits recommend the jacuzzi suites , Shaeky the owner tells us in the off season they will be updating all the rooms so the next stay will be even better .

Booked this place because the price was cheap, and when I got there, I understood why it was so cheap, talking to the owners over the phone there were just screaming and crying children, The room was disgusting, there was visible mold on the ceiling, no outlets, we had to unplug the fridge and microwave to charge our phones. The beds were bouncy and the sheets felt like shower curtains. My poor girlfriend had some sort of weird reaction to whatever was on the pillow and we thought it was Pink eye. The 2 good things this place has to offer is the owners were really nice, and it was very close to Clifton Hill, unfortunately, I won't be returning to this place. I would rather spend the extra money on a real Hotel. I hate to leave this bad review, but it has to be said.

Nice older hotel. We stayed here recently in the family room. There was a nice amount of space in the room, more than in a typical suite. The room was on the 2nd floor.
there were a few things that I didn't like but they are are preferences, not major problems. People sat in the parking lot, making parking more difficult in a somewhat tight lot. There were chairs on the walkway to the rooms, which may be nice if you view that walkway as a balcony, but it takes space in the walkway and is a hazard for someone with mobility issues to get around. The staff were very friendly but I didn't like that we had to go to their room/home when we needed them - I feel like I'm troubling them when they are not at the desk and I have to go to their residence.
The hotel is in a great location, right accross the street from a couple of restaurants, near bus stops, and if you're up for a long walk, within walking distance of the attractions.

My wife and I had a night we'll never forget and it had a lot to do with the fabulous hospitality from the owner of this property. We can't thank you enough. You made us feel at home. Big hotels can't offer experiences like this. Our room was right next to the pool and we had a heart shaped jacuzzi. Originally we booked a basic room but the honeymoon suite was recommended to us by the owner. We made some great memories in Niagara Falls and also made a friend. Thank you so much. We will be back!

In December 2023 I booked a room for the upcoming solar eclipse on April 8th 2024. In February I received a cancellation notice, which they claimed was due to construction. When I called, they were able to "find another room for me", but they said it would be twice the price! When I asked why, the owner told me to take it or leave it because there was nothing else available anywhere due to the solar eclipse taking place.

Stayed in may 2024…. First time I stayed with my 2 friends & my boyfriend. The ceiling was all mouldy, had to unplug the fridge and microwave to charge our phones due to there being no other outlets, there was no extra pillows or blankets in the room, our bed had a sheet that felt like a plastic shower curtain, my pillow looked like someone peed on it & wasn’t exchanged for a new one, I’ve gotten an infection in bought my eyes from the pillows , definitely won’t be coming back.

Very friendly staff. The owners care about the business and will work to accommodate guests. It was exactly what I was looking for. Met expectations and felt safe and comfortable. I will keep this place in mind for future visits to Niagara!

The owner is so nice and helpful that I'd like to write a more favorable review, but ... This place is cheap for the location and there's a reason why. The place feels like there's been no maintenance or renovation to it since maybe the 1970s. It's not dirty, just dreary looking, outside and in the room. Maybe there are people who are not bothered by things being dreary and outdated looking. I am not one of them.

Well I have stayed at this motel 3 times. The first 2 were great. The room we had was very big...We had a group so they gave us a room with 4 doubles beds (one large room with a 2nd connecting small room, 2 doubles in each) for $89 CDN. Everything was great. But the 3rd time we stayed there, the front desk said that the last time we stayed there, they found a hole punched in the bathroom wall!??! I couldn't believe it...I assured them it was not there from us, and was not there when we checked out...I would not miss a big hole in a wall! Plus I would have heard something! Anyway, they thought I was lying and made me pay $50!
I didn't even know what to say...I obviously refused to pay, but they charged my credit card and I had no choice...I will never return to this motel

My husband and I couldn't last another day. Our vacation was ruined because of this motel. They have you pay upfront because they know that as soon as they show you the room, you will want to turn around. Below are a few things that you will experience.
1. Hot water was very inconsistent. There was a few times when we showered really fast with cold water - get ready to freeze and feel dirty.)
2. Room was disgusting. We found a dirty underwear wrapped up in a plastic bag in one of the drawers, bathroom had someone else’s hair on the sink and floor. There were brown stains on the towels that were provided and black marks on the pillow cases (I am thinking this is make up from the people before us.)
3. Smoke alarm was removed and placed in a drawer. This is a serious life safety issue, and made us feel very uneasy sleeping.. I am pretty sure that this place would fail the building code.
4. No Vents in the bathroom. This was very inconvenient. We felt very coup up.
5. T.V. was inconsistent – there were parts of the days when the TV would just show no service or poor connection and we had to restart the TV and wait 10-15 minutes to go back on. If it didn’t go back on within 20 minutes, we were going to speak to one of you. But again, we sucked it up and gave it time.
6. All we could smell was smoke and weed. I told the owner that i was pregnant and need a non smoking room! The scent made me very nauseas and it is not good for the baby. To make things worse, they smoked right under our balcony which did not help the situation.
7. BUGS found in the bathroom.
8. You will always feel dirty. You walk around in the public feeling like you're a homeless person.
We left early and explained that we would like a one day refund out of 4 nights that we booked due to false advertisement on booking.com and not feeling comfortable. They DO NOT have FREE breakfast. Room was NOT clean. Room smelled like smoke. No HOT water. NO smoke alarm. They don't seem to clean anything after guest leaves. We found hair, make up smudges and some brown stains on the towels, bed sheets, and pillows. The owner told my husband that he will see what he can do about the one night refund. I have followed up with them twice and they ignored the emails. I feel very robbed and wronged. Do not let these people take advantage of you. Other reviews on here seem to be fake. I fell for it and now I regret it. One night refund out of 4 nights is not unreasonable. You guys did not provide the service and the advertisement that you promised. Taking money from people who did not sleep at your motel for one night is just wrong. You had a lot of vacant rooms and now I know why.

Firstly this is not hotel and just a Motel. Check in is between 12 do 3 pm most of Motel at Niagara but you can do early check in if you call them and inform. Hope it help u.
I would not recommend it at all, I brought my dog there is weekend and regretted not getting a new hotel. The inn charges you a fee for your animal, the rooms are disgusting and I bathed my dog as soon as I got home with flea shampoo just to be safe.
