Detailed Reviews
We were in town for a funeral and just needed a place to sleep. We were pleasantly surprised. The room we had was simple but clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and bright. We were missing a night-table but were told by a nice staff member that they were currently renovating. We were minutes away from the main hotel district but it was surprisingly quiet. We walked to the park and the Falls, it was that close. The breakfast in the morning was very nice, as advertised. By the time we left, the parking lot was full so others have discovered this reasonably priced motel.

This Knights Inn was in a good location for getting around to most of the big attractions easily.
It had a heated outdoor pool that was open for the season in late May. It also had a 24-hour front desk.
Our room had two queen beds, a 32” LCD TV, a micro/fridge combination, iron and board, alarm clock, a desk, and a small round bistro table with two comfortable padded leatherette tub chairs, plus a floor lamp. There was no in-room coffeemaker.
Lighting in the room was good. There was one overhead light near the middle of the room above the TV, a lamp on the nightstand between the two beds, and a large desk lamp with an electrical socket.
There was only one wall electric outlet. It was at the far and of the room near the bathroom high on the wall near the open hanging closet area. To deal with situations like this, I always pack a 15-foot extension cord and a power strip with several sockets. Both came in handy at this hotel.
The A/C unit was on the back wall between the closet area and the bathroom.
The bathroom had been updated. The bathroom flooring is likely the next improvement project for this room. There was plenty of hot water for showers in the morning. The tub surface was quite slick. I was glad that I’d packed a rubber safety mat with suction cups that I use for travel. I strongly recommend packing one or getting from a dollar store if you decide to stay here.
The free Wi-Fi worked great.
The beds were comfortable. We slept well. The only criticism was that the pillows were aging so they were going flat.
This hotel does not serve continental breakfast. Only regular coffee and tea are available in the morning.
The AAA Rate was $58.79 CAD + $ 9.40 CAD Tax = $68.19 CAD Total. This converted to $53.82 USD. Considering what other hotels in the area charged for stays during the U.S. holiday weekend, this was a GREAT BARGAIN.
Our rating is 3.50.
We’d stay here again. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget hotel within about ½ mile of the casino, Skylon Tower, the Welcome Center, and the Horseshoe Falls section of Niagara Falls.

Arrived early, we were not able to check in so drove down to the falls and out to Niagra Glen and hiked, checked in and went to the room, the room had an odor, the corners were dusty. We got cleaned up and went out to dinner and a night at the falls! We all slept well, the sheets were great (not cheap and scratchy) We decided about 4 days before we went and this was pretty much all that was available with positive reviews and without breaking the bank. For as much time as we were there it achieved its purpose.

We recently stayed at this motel on an impromptu visit to Niagara Falls. Check in was a breeze. Quick efficient and friendly. The rooms are clean spacious and well equipped ( mini fridge, microwave, hairdryer) and the price was excellent. We paid $60 for the night for a king sized bed free wifi and light continental breakfast. It is a 2 min walk to a Tim Hortons and the Casino We recommend this hotel as it is a pleasant budget friendly accommodation

We stayed here 2 nights ago. Absolutely disgusting. We are not high expectation kind of ppl. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. 2 plugs and 1 didn't work, same for lamps. When asked for an extra pillow at front desk, was asked to return when checking out. If you go in colder months make sure you take your own blanket as they have the lightest one on bed. Also, they fleece you for $10 for overnight parking even though trip advisor didn't state that in the price. So for almost $70 you can stay anywhere at low season. Recommend anywhere else but here. We have stayed at several different places, high end hotels and low end. This by far was the grossest experience I've ever had! My advice, stay away

Warning ⚠️ do not stay here. My husband and i decided to take our kids to the falls for the night and booked a family room here. when we arrived they gave us a standard room instead , so we asked for our family room or said we'd stay in standard with a money adjust. they decided to give us our family room but to our surprise it had not been cleaned, beds unmade , deposible masks on the floor and unmade bed, garbage still all over. so we than go to the front desk again and ask for a clean room to which they got annoyed and started refund papers. i than said i do not want a refund i want a clean room. they than tell me to have a seat as they send one the fellows from behind the desk running around to find us a clean room... anyways they finally find one. my husband and i decide to let it go and have a good time with the kids. than night comes and we get a call at almost 130 am asking " what room we are in" on the hotel room phone " 240 right" is what they asked..... when were checking out i ask them why they called us knowing its middle the night and in a family with sleeping children. they responded saying they were unsure and started to smirk and smile at each other. i believe they did it in purpose. again do not stay here .. not a pleasant experience

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! I had stayed for 3 nights and I paid $250 security deposit. When it was check out, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the room. I kept it tidy and no garbage. The owner kept my money of course and didn't pay me back my deposit. Most of my family and friends stay at this motel when they go to niagara falls but I will make sure that they don't choose this place anymore. Awful people to do this to someone who is already struggling.

+1
Very run down. Would not stay again. Next time would’ve spent a bit more for an updated place. Sink handle fell off. Tiny hand towel sized bath towels. Walking distance to the Falls. Clean room. Nice staff. Would be a gold mine if they kept it up.

Smelling smoke, we have to open the door during 2 hours before we can sleep…
The bathroom was correct.
The bed was clean.
It’s a good price for a little break but not for a family. We heard girls working in the night just upside us … u know what I mean

This place was disgusting! There were several bugs and spiders in our room, and there was hair in the shower, on the sheets, and even in the refrigerator. We couldn't wait to leave! We will NEVER stay there again! GROSS!!!!!

No, we have still 5 smoking rooms.
Yes, we have mini fridge and microwave in every room and hot bath tub is a kind of special room which is consider as a king suite.
There was 4 adults in our group staying a 1 room with 2 double beds. We found this motel very good with good facilities and clean. There is parking outside your room. We did not need the car at all. We walked every where as it is only about 5 mins to the centre of town. Also it is only 600 metres to Applebees for cheap meals. We would stay there again with no worries.
Those things are not in the room
