We stayed two nights at the Fairfield by Marriott Niagara Falls, a mid-range hotel located near the entertainment scene in Niagara Falls. This hotel was recently renovated and that was evident the moment we walked into the lobby. The furnishing and décor was clean and simple with a touch of modern rustic.
Our two queens room was large and spacious. I really like the refurnished look from the oak wood wall panels and cabinetry to the navy marble pattern carpet and the grey tones. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, a desk and chair, and a 55” LED TV with Netflix access. The same modern décor was carried to the bathroom. It was brightly lit with a very spacious shower. However, there were not enough wall hooks to hang up used towels (for a family of four).
We managed to squeeze in some time at the pool and had it all to ourselves the entire time. The water was a bit cloudy though, or milky as the kids put it so we kept the swim time to 30 minutes.
The complimentary breakfast buffet was nicely laid out with plenty of choices. There was an assortment of bread, pastries, cereal, yogurt, juices and coffee. Due to Covid restrictions at the time and food safety, breakfast sandwiches were only available upon request. The individually wrapped sandwiches were handed out frozen and needed two minutes in the microwave.
In terms of location, Fairfield Niagara Falls is within walking distance to many restaurants, souvenir and gift shops, and Clifton Hill. The property also features on-site parking, which is kind of off-site. The uncovered surface lot is located around the back and across the street. The self parking fee is $20 per night and we had to use our room key to scan in and out.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Niagara Falls and recommend staying here if you’re visiting Niagara Falls.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel.
The customer service is amazing. Also you can tell they care about cleanliness. Tables are wipe down frequently during breakfast, the elevator super clean consider it’s a high traffic area. The rooms and building were very clean.
The location is amazing if you want to be close to the tourist attractions. It’s about 10 minute walk to Clifton hills.
The room itself was very clean, I did read reviews about people’s complaint about the size of window. To us it wasn’t a concern. Our room faced ferry street and we had no issues with the noise.
Breakfast spread was good, my kids loved the yogurts , and chocolate milk which is included in the room rate. The pool was super clean, no hot tub though.
Parking is $30 a night with in and out privilege. The parking lot is behind the hotel. They do have a few spots on the side of the hotel to unload luggage’s.
Also have coin laundry on site, $3.00 for wash, $3.00 for the dryer.
I’ve stayed in so many hotels, and I gotta say the washers and dryers are the cleanest I’ve ever encountered! They are like brand new!
My only concern was housekeeping service is offer every 2nd day, but we never did receive that service.
However I can tell this hotel is very well managed! From fantastic customer service to being a super clean hotel. If your looking for clean hotel that’s close to Clifton hills I highly suggest you stay here!

We stayed here for a couple of nights to visit family. The proximity to Clifton Hill and the touristy area was not for us but if that’s what you’re looking for in a visit to the Falls, the location is great. That said, we liked that the hotel had a decent parking lot at a good rate and that Starbucks and LCBO were close.
The hotel itself was good for its class. It seemed recently renovated (or newer). Our king room was pretty spacious and had a good layout. We also appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The only negative for our room was the noise with the AC unit.
The gym was decent and staff were great to provide access early morning.
The breakfast options were pretty good too. It was a popular spot each morning with families and we could understand why - by the looks of it, it seemed better than other breakfasts we’ve seen when staying at similar class hotels and would be a good perk for people looking for value.
Check in and check out was a breeze.

Just got back from the Fairlfield Inn, it was a family trip and after researching and reviewing lots of hotels, my choice fell on the Fairfield Inn.
And boy am I glad I picked this one, first of all the hotel is recently renovated from A-Z, the location of this hotel is amazing, you are a 10min walk from Clifton Hill area, lots of good restaurants around to choose from, a 15min walk to the Falls (if you cut through the park via Clark street) , our car never left the parking lot during our 3 day stay.
Check in was a breeze and our room was available before 4pm, huge thumbs up, they do charge a $200 on your credit card and reimburse it later...a hold with of been better but it's a Marriott...Check out even faster.
Rooms are not that big, but very comfy. We had 2 queen beds, very comfortable. There's a fridge and microwave in the room which many hotels don't have or charge extra for it, coffee machine also , a safe , big TV, ironing board, NO balcony and only 2 small windows to look out , shower no issues , towels no issues, hot water no issues, some amenities included.
Parking not included , you have to pay now $30 a night plus taxes, the lot is gated and safe right behind the hotel.
Breakfast was included, and hot breakfast it was, omelets, potatoes, sausages and crepe every morning, cereals , bagels , toasts, yogurt , milk, chocolate milk, coffee, and juices all included. Open from 6h30am to 10h30am ….I would avoid to go between 8h45-9h45 lots of people and hard to find a spot to eat, if that happens go to the patio, most mornings it was open (it's outside) .
A huge shout out to the staff, they were working there butts off, i was really impressed, the re stocking , the cleaning of tables , wow good job folks.
There's an indoor pool,(towels included) you have to go through reception first, also a Gym, same procedures.
11 floors with 2 elevators (pretty fast) , we were on the 8th.
No surprises , no issues whatsoever, amazing and helpful staff, will definitely return to this location when we revisit Niagara Falls .
Hope this was helpful

We were fortunate enough to stay for 2 nights in early October and managed to have great weather both days. We were greeted by Breda who was very courteous, helpful and answered all our questions. We also met Katherine, very helpful and gave us some directions. We met Rob during the evening and he showed us the lovely patio, a nice place to eat or have drink in a quiet place.
The breakfast was in a bag because of Covid but there was more than enough to eat, we had ham & egg sandwich, fruit, yogurt, pastries, coffee, juices and much more. One thing that was greatly appreciated was that they stored our bikes in doors for us. To the staff, thank you so much. I would highly recommend this hotel as it very clean and close to the attractions and within walking distance.

Our stay at the Fairfield was amazing!
Check in and out was made simple by using the Bonvoy app and staff were also welcoming.
The property and rooms were very clean and well kept. The room isn’t huge but it’s perfect for a couple or possibly a small family. The room is newly renovated/modern and has a microwave which was very handy and the TV has Netflix, YouTube, Bluetooth, etc…
The hotel itself was really nice and quiet, in close proximity to Clifton hill and the falls which meant we didn’t need to drive anywhere during our stay.
Continental breakfast is also included with your stay and I was very impressed with how many breakfast options there were. Pancakes, fruit, eggs, cereal, muffins, yogurt, bagels, toast, etc…
Parking is also $30 CAD per night which isn’t cheap but it’s also not the most expensive compared to some of the other hotels in the area.
For the price, I would say this is the best hotel in the Niagara Falls area if you’re looking for an affordable hotel with great amenities and don’t mind having a room without a view of the falls.

Excellent for our 1 night stay. Check in was easy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Super clean. Beautiful room, small but everything we needed. Nicely decorated. Great TV. Comfortable king bed. Microwave, bar fridge, Kureg coffee machine. Loved that the shower controls were away from the actual shower head so you could get the water just right before you took the plunge. Fluffy towels. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. $20 for parking Good location for all of your Niagara attractions and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Overall the hotel is comfortable and cozy. The room we were in was really small and dark. It did have a Keurig machine, micro fridge and microwave. We were able to check in early which was nice. I did inquire about the cost of upgrading to a room with a sleep sofa as those are typically bigger rooms and would have provided us a place to sit. But the girl at the front desk said all the rooms are the same size and the sleep sofa room wouldn't make a difference. There is no way the sleep sofa room isn't larger than the room we had, as our room barely fit a chair. We were already paying a price gouging price of $600/night because they gouged for those trying to see the eclipse so an extra cost to have some extra room wouldn't have mattered at that point. The room was way over priced for what it was!!! We went online to just see what the prices were and the room with 2 queens and a sofa was going for less than I had paid! So we knew the bigger room was available and it was less $$! Knew we should have canceled the room we had while we had the chance a couple days before and re-booked.
Otherwise the staff we encountered were very pleasant.
The hotel was walking distance to all the touristy attractions of Clifton Hill and did have a small pool that our daughter enjoyed.
The breakfast was typically hotel breakfast but adequate and nice that it was available each morning.
Parking is an additional $25/night, the lot was secure from other cars getting in, but not from random people walking in. It is across the street, but its really not a big issue.
Overall our stay was fine, just way over priced, and if in the area again, I may look at some of the other hotels in the area.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is a 15 minutes walk from Niagara Cruises, the Fallsview Casino, and less than 15 minutes from Cliffton Hill and all the attractions. We had no problem with the noise either from the street of from inside the hotel, everybody was respectful and the staff is really understanding and kind. The parking lot is literally behind the hotel in a safe spot, we were not worried about our car parked there.
I would reccomend this hotel. The rooms are a little bit small and dark but they were clean and the AC was working really well. The hotel was fully booked because of the long weekend and there was a little bit of waiting time at check0in and for breakfast, but I know it is because is was busy and the whole planet is short-staffed so I do not blame the hotel. We had a wonderful experience and if we go back, we will surely choose this hotel again! :)
