They will shuttle you to the Canadian side of the falls at no charge. The breakfast room has been recently remodeled; the selection does not include meat or eggs but is otherwise decent. There is an excellent local restaurant across the street. WIFI is free and the signal is strong; they have several routers, and not all are obviously connected with the motel, so you may need to call the front desk about names and passwords to get the strongest signal in your room.
My only quibble is that the air conditioner blows across the table where I used my laptop at head level, but it wasn't too bad.
I'd stay here again without hesitation. This is not a fancy motel at all, but it's a superb value, and the owners are extremely pleasant to deal with.
The building is a little old, thus the walls were not too well sound proofed. The amenity is a little lacking (ex. no hairdryer).
But the place is located conveniently close to the fall. Good place to stay for a night sleep.
"We were three adults and two kids. It was quite sufficient for us and very comfortable beds. The corner room has a big terrace though it can be used by the other guests too. Decent breakfast. The hostess Miss. Amrith was very nice."Read full review
