I visited Niagara Falls on the last weekend before summer ended so most hotels were packed out. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and saw the size of the room... It was literally twice the size of some other hotel rooms. OK so it is not the Marriott, but it also cost substantially less. The bed was comfy and the room clean. Wifi in the room would have been appreciated and more nearby breakfast options would have been nice. But overall this was a great little place to stay whilst visiting the falls especially as the boardwalk is just across the road.

I purchased two nights from Groupon at a good rate, the room was what I expected for that price. However, upon check in a mother with 2 kids before me checked into a King room that they purchased from Groupon, the desk clerk informed them that the maximum per the fire code in the king room was 2 people, she told them that she would add a note and disregard that. I am more mad that happened because I could have had a room with a king bed and more space but instead for my couples getaway away I was stuck into a room with two double beds which in my opinion that family should have been given.

The room was outdated but clean for the most part, one of the double beds had cigarette burns on the comforter. They advertise free wifi but it never worked in the room or outside the lobby. The only pro was that it was close enough to the US, that I was able to get 4G signal from the US.

Excellent booking service with Corinne. Got exactly what I asked for, no surprises and check in was on time with courteous staff. The room had new carpet and clean as a whistle. Had all the amenities for a small Inn. Had Bar Fridge, Coffee Machine, toiletries, excellent lighting, All in all a pleasant stay.
I liked the price of the room, location, (bit of a long walk to the Falls) we parked on Clifton Hill $3.00 per Hr. parking meter. Wouldn't hesitate at all to rebook at a later date. Thank you for a great stay !!

My family and I stayed here recently and not only did we enjoy our stay, the rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. As far as the recent post I just read from "CynA777" I wouldn't go by that if my life depended on it. We go away to relax and enjoy the sights not watch TV or play on the internet. We also had no problems with the air conditioner. Upon checking out I did experience an irate customer (could that have been CynA777) funny how no one else had any issues.
I would and will return here again!!!

We went in july 2013 and took the ground floor jacuzzi suite. The AC's are old, there was no wi fi available, no hot water running ( had to call twice to complain but nothing really happened) and to top it all when my husband asked why there is no wi fi as they have advertised the elderly person entered an argument. My hubby was super upset and asked if that is how they deal with their customers the person's volume was sky high. The only advantage is if u stay here u will get new lessons of how to argue with ur customers. Dont , js dont step here.

This place is a bit out of the way, but the value is beyond compare. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was very nice to me, as I arrived before their cleaners had arrived. Toiletries and towels were always replenished, and I had an excellent time.

I'm very cautious whenever I get a lower priced hotel. So I read reviews. The Crystal Inn was indeed very clean and comfortable. That's really all I want in a hotel.

And I appreciate that the Crystal Inn does NOT charge the infamous DMF/TIF fee. When traveling to Niagara Falls, Ontario, check your bills very carefully, whether hotel, restaurant or store receipts. If you don't understand what a certain fee is, ask. The DMF/TIF is a voluntary "fee" businesses in Niagara like to pretend is mandatory, so you'll pay it. But if you want it removed, they are legally obligated to do so. The Crystal Inn does NOT charge this fee, and the woman at the reception desk abhors the fee, as any honest business person should.

You get the basics at a good price. The room was out dated but clean! Not really waking distance to the falls, but the WEGO bus pick up right next to the motel. I would recommend if price matters to you. The only down side was the second flor air conditioning units can be heard in our first floor room. Overall not a big issue but worth mentioning.

The room was reasonably large, nicely-appointed. It was not staying at the Ritz, but it was clean, efficient and comfortable. Seasoned travelers will know what I mean when I say that when I took a wet-wipe to the TV remote there was next to nothing on it. It is the cleanest remote I have ever encountered...including TV remotes in five-star hotels. Toiletries were supplied. There was no carafe in the coffee maker, but my wife made coffee in the provided disposable cups.

The capstone was the fireplace in the room. This sold my wife. She says it is just a matter of "when", not "if" we go back. :-)

Hotel is pretty tired, but they keep the facilities very clean and tidy. The room was very clean and dry and had no funky odours. Staff were friendly, cheerful and accommodating. There's no phone in the room, no wifi (except close to the reception desk), but it's a budget motel and we weren't there to stay in the room. It's a short drive to everywhere you'd want to go in Niagara Falls. The Buddhist Temple on one side is a lovely oasis and there's a souvenir gift mall on the other side and the Niagara River across the road.

For the money, we were pleased with our accommodation.

Hello: No there is no WeGo bus station. The WeGo is run by the parks commission and runs certain parts of the Niagara area. I hope this helps Corrine
