We stayed at the Fairfield during our long layover in Toronto. The complimentary shuttle picked us up approx 20 min after we have them a call. Driver was very friendly and so was the staff at the front desk as well. The room was very spacious with two large beds and a sofa so all 4 of us had enough space

We decide Sfo grab a bit at the restaurant but the food was a bit disappoint we had the weekly special which was Indian food with rice and naan bred but It didn’t taste that much

Next morning we had a very early flight so we ordered the breakfast two go which was a Joghurt with a fruit and a bar.

Overall the stay was really nice and convenient to stay so close to the airport

That's how I would describe our stay so far. We're here for the long haul until our new home is ready (June 2021 to present). I can tell you that everyone I've met has been fantastic. They're all friendly, kind and very accommodating. I love the location and the highway access makes getting to and from work extremely quick and easy. Diego and his team ensures that our room is cleaned and well stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. I love how spacious and comfortable the suite is as is the king size bed. Having a kitchenette has made our stay that much better as we're able to cook our own meals. But on those nights when you just want to go out, there are plenty of restaurants close by. Although it's not advertised as a pet-friendly hotel, we were able to bring our 10lb dog with us. We're planning on a trip soon and taking the shuttle to the airport will be very convenient. On-site laundry is also available for a small fee per load. If you like to swim & workout a pool and gym are located on the main level but will require a reservation due to Covid. Being a quarantine hotel, I have definitely seen how well the guests have been taken care of so if you're planning on traveling and need to quarantine I would recommend this place. Thank you to all the great staff at the front desk, maintenance staff and managers! We’re very appreciative of your hard work!

Stayed for one night. Very nice Fairfield inn.
There is such a big difference to me when these low end Marriott's use real dishes and utensils for breakfast. Much better for the environment as well as the customer experience.
Overall very nice room with large screen TV and Netflix on demand.
Staff was great.
Would stay again.

I was supposed to stay at Sandman Toronto Airport but my reservation ended up not including the parking that they originally offered, so I was stranded, with nowhere to park my car.

Called a Marriott, got a booking number, and although they were sold out at my first location, they had many other hotels and I was quickly sorted.

Not only did I get a week’s parking included, but also an upgrade to a suite apartment and underground parking!

Check-in was very quick and friendly, got in with enough time to enjoy the hot tub and I have to say it was quiet and the bed was SOOO comfortable!

My girlfriend and I had the best nights’ sleep in a long time, we were well rested for our trip the following day.

BTW - Breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus, we got to eat quickly before getting on the shuttle to the airport.

I definitely recommend Fairfield Inn and Suites Toronto Airport if you want to park and fly, or if you just need a place to sleep for the night.

Arrived on January 20th only to find they had entered in February in error. The desk person quickly resolved the issue and upon return on February 1st after a long day they had my room ready to go.

The only downside was the bar/restaurant closes a little early and breakfast is not served until 7:00am.

Was a nice hotel. Very friendly staff and with friendly hotel shuttle. Beds were very comfortable and even though you are near the airport you don’t hear constant planes.

Excellent breakfast eggs, bacon, breads, muffins , yogurt and fruit. Apple, oranges and bananas . Second day we had early flight and they gave us a breakfast to go bag. Juice, muffin, fruit, granola bar and yogurt. Perfect while waiting at airport.

Pool deck was dirty with mud. Says to shower before going in but no shower there. Pool towels were very small more like hand towel size.

Downside is there is no restaurant in hotel. Nothing nearby .Hotel next door has limited menu for their restaurant (5 items). If you don’t have transportation you are stuck with this hotels selection of TV dinners to heat in microwave.

Try this hotel the next time you are connecting through YYZ! The shuttle runs every 20 minutes with only two other stops. The short almost 5 minute trip back to Terminal One was a treat.
The jacuzzi in the clean room was an appreciated bonus.
The other best part of staying here this trip had to be the restaurant. We arrived exhausted with no desire to trek off site to dine. The service was quick thanks to Samantha - seriously the most efficient waitress we’ve come across in years! The salad was fresh and the fettuccine Alfredo was delicious with an abundant portion of real chicken. We will definitely return!

Like many people, I made my mandatory hotel quarantine at this hotel. I just booked this hotel because they gave me a competitive rate on a king bed, whirlpool room, which s the biggest one they have. When I checked in, they told me there was no availability to that room, not even if I waited for it. So I got stuck with a smaller two-beds room the whole quarantine. Even worse, they told me I had to pay the full rate of the whirlpool room, even when I was staying in a smaller room. Of course, with no choice or alternative, I had to agree to that.

The stay was ok. The room was clean, and everything worked fine. Just consider that you don't get to choose your food, they send you whatever they like. Even so, the food was ok and tasty, but very high-calorie so you'll have to throw away your healthy diet during your stay.

Overall, my stay was fine, but not respecting my booking and charging me the same amount for a smaller room was a rip-off. For that reason, I would never stay again at this hotel.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms were disgusting, hair was everywhere, sheets, floor, sink, disgusting. Residue on the furniture, garbage under the bed, it didn't smell fresh. I was talking to the housekeeper in the hallway and she basically hinted to me that no one really cares about anything in this hotel and they cut as many corners as they can to save money, so all of the rooms may not get cleaned thoroughly so no one works overtime. YIKES! The front desk staff was very uninviting, they were too busy chatting in the back of the office to care, when I needed assistance it felt as if I was bothering them. The breakfast area was very unsanitary, flies, staff touching food then changing the garbage, not wearing gloves, eating in the kitchen where guests can see, not being attentive. The restaurant staff in the evening were very laid back, it was almost like they were just hanging out with each other at a bar, not professional service for the price I'm paying. I was very surprised, I was referred to this hotel from a friend who said it was great. I called him to let him know of my experience and he was shocked, but he hasn't stayed there since 2020 (pre-covid), so something must have changed since then. To sum it up, I will not return to this hotel or refer anyone. This hotel needs better staff.

We had a short stay at Fairfield while waiting for a flight the next day. Had an early check in and was even upgraded to a jacuzzi suite (that we unfortunately did not get to take advantage of). Airport shuttle was very quick to arrive (not always the case with other hotels) and got us to the hotel and back to the airport very quickly the two times we used it. Hot complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise from the normal continental breakfast options elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again

Never saw these at this hotel. Have stayed there 4 times or so in the last year. Perhaps it was another Fairfield. This one did not seem to participate in the refugee program.
