Not 5 star like original Hilton property. But gives a complete homely feeling adjacent to Toronto airport. We were greeted by Nav, a young lady at the reception. Exceptional hospitality and full of energy and enthusiasm. Gave us early check in for both the rooms and complemented me on being Hilton Honors member.
Rooms are sufficiently big and clean. Professionally curated towels of all sizes for all occupants. Breakfast is buffet and with satisfactory spread. We can pick up ourselves unlike in some other properties. My son used the gymn.
Great experience.
Wife was appreciating the 24hours free coffee. I once again enjoyed using the digital keys from my iPhone to open the doors.
NAV was again at reception during my check out. Airport shuttle is prompt at every 30 minutes. Only setback was with carrying my heavy luggage inside the passenger compartment of the shuttle. Overall a pleasant experience and certainly will come back. Nav is an asset to the organisation.

This was an excellent affordable Customer experience at short notice following a flight cancellation. The spacious unit had a king size bed good size TV , very good free internet coverage (simple signon process). With the bonus of an in room whirlpool. The staff were very friendly and supplied two pizza menus and a copy of the shuttle service timelines in the morning. Checkout was automatic and shuttle ran to time illiminating any fears for a late checkin at Pearson Airport. We'd would definitely stay here again but hopefully for other reasons than a cancelled flight.

I was more than pleased with this hotel. The shuttle bus service was easy to find (point 13 outside arrivals terminal 3). Check in was easy using the Hilton Honors app but I was still welcomed at the desk to make sure I had everything I needed. My room was perfect. Clean, comfortable and definitely worth the bit extra to have the suite with jacuzzi bath to help us wind down after the journey. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. There is no restaurant for evening meals but I could use the Hilton garden hotel two minutes walk away, and got 15% discount there too.

I would recommend this hotel entirely and would definitely stay here again. I do have to give a special mention to the staff who were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone from the shuttle bus driver, housekeeping, breakfast staff, reception and duty manager were a pleasure to meet and are definitely what makes the stay at this hotel deserve five stars. Thank you.

Came as govt 3 night stay. Made me wait at reception first to get in to my room 1 hour didn’t see any one disinfecting the reception I was checked in after another guest noome bothered to clean
The food was horrible make sure you download Uber eat etc they serve boiled food taste less ..
YOU can get a surprise charge on receipt I was charged for a broken mirror 250 dollar which I didn’t I was suppose to stay 3 night I checked in on 4th 0530-0630 pm after 14 hours flight went to room and we all slept woke up next day called friends and family open luggage etc relaxed test results came checked out next morning .
I called reception on 9th July 10:55 pm and asked her what is this charge for she said you broke mirror I was shocked but she wasn’t ready to listen and was very aggressive no one called me from hotel after my call for extra charge .. the receptionist said I should have checked room only heard that at car rentals. Well in short I am forced to pay for something I didn’t do no one called me that there was broken mirror or so after checkout moone checked room when we checked out no one called when they were charging us no one called after my complain to reception about charge .. so that’s how you can expect to be served

I've stayed at this hotel a lot over the years for all my early morning flights out of Toronto. This place is going downhill. The COVID breakfast 8 months ago was a hot breakfast sandwich, fruit, yogurt, and juice; now it's just a bunch of cold items thrown into a box. The rooms are still the same, except that they don't take maintenance concerns seriously. I was placed in the same room twice in a row, and the fridge had the thermostat control broken off so there was no temperature control either time. I told the front desk about it after the first time, bt they never bothered to change it. It froze my food, both times.

Also, this hotel is now one of the "quarantine" hotels, and they seem to put every conceivable effort into that program. When I arrived to check in, there was a line-up of 21 people in the lobby to check in to the quarantine facilities (do we not do social distancing anymore?). People show up to check in to their quarantine rooms after long, overnight flights; and the rooms aren't ready so they loiter around the lobby for hours. The elevators are completely monopolized by staff delivering food to rooms. They can never answer the phone since all staff are always dealing with throngs of quarantine travelers at the desk.

The shuttle seems to be hit & miss from the airport. Doesn't seem to run on any schedule anymore. They also stopped acknowledging Honors status (no treats upon check in for Gold members).

It's a shame. Eventually the quarantine hotel policy will end, but after that the regulars won't be back because we've become second-rate guests for them.

Stayed at this hotel during the COVID-19 shutdown for an overnight stay only. The hotel was clean and the staff wore masks and were socially distanced. The room was big for two people and was clean. Enjoyed the view of the Airport from our room. The hotel restaurant was closed but the hotel offered room service (maybe from an outside restaurant) for dinner. The value was very good and the food was tasty. The shuttle service to the airport in the morning was fast and convenient. The only problem we had was with the staff member at the desk in the morning. I found the female attendant taking a nap in the back corner of the desk (I understand it was before 6 am) but when I had to wake her up I found that she had a nasty attitude and it seemed like a big deal for her to get hot water from the closed restaurant and get our breakfast meal box from the back. We also found she was not friendly during checkout and because of her attitude we would not stay at this hotel again. I shared my feedback with the hotel almost immediately through a survey but did not hear back from anyone over two months later.

We usually stay here the night before and leave our vehicle parked when flying out of Pearson on vacation. It used to be great value as you had a clean hotel and room, an evening reception to eat dinner and a breakfast in the am (usually a bag breakfast for early flights). Not this time! No evening reception, no bag breakfast or even coffee/tea station! No welcome treat or a bottle of water even for Hilton Honors members. The hotel was not clean, the lobby was a mess and smelled bad. And garbage/masks and peoples hanging out everywhere outside. Kids running around your vehicle in parking lot. Not inviting or safe.
It has come to my attention since coming back that this hotel is being used as a quarantine hotel and also an immigration processing centre. This should be disclosed upon booking. Will be canceling the booking we have here for October!

It is incredibly frustrating to re-telling the same thing over and over again to Hampton customer service like a broken record (and they did not resolve the issue) . I was on their website and wanted to book a 3 night hotel reservation (GAA rate). However, I was not sure if what I had was GAA approved. Therefore, I called your phone agent. He confirmed it with me the rate he had on his end was exactly the same as what I saw, which is CAD 944.19. We confirmed the rate, and he said that he could book it on the phone for me instead. When he made the reservation, I received an email stating the different rate, which is CAD 979.29. I inquired about the difference and I put me on hold to investigate the discrepancy. While waiting, our connection was abruptly cut, and I called back but could not reach the same agent. This back and forth with Hilton is extremely frustrating.The craziest part is, you VERBALLY CONFIRMED one price with me, I gave you my credit card, and then you charged me another price. This practice can only be found in a black market in some developing countries, and I am surprised to be treated in such a way by a big corporation. $30 or so is not a lot for neither Hilton nor myself, but the fact that I was being tricked into a contract with false pricing is incredible.
Keep the changes and thanks for the cheap lesson, I will never be in business with a place with such dishonest practice.

What a perfect airport stopover at Lester Pearson. Hampton Suites offers a comfortable sleep in a very clean environment. This is just what one needs when travel plans unexpectedly change. The weeknight buffet dinner and the buffet breakfast help simplify the visit when you have been held up in airports all day.

I have been using this hotel since it was built. A great value - clean, excellent service. The beds are very comfortable and amenities are excellent. Basic breakfast and a bagged offering of fruit, muffins, drink if taking an early morning flight. Highly recommended !
