We stayed for 1 night before our trip and booked the Pakr and stay package for 7 nights. The price was very good for $230 for 1 night stay and includes 7 nights parking. It's great if you're looking for parking while you go for vacation for 7 nights departing from Toronto if you're out of town. They have free shuttle to/from airport which is not very far from Pearson. They also include free Breakfast from 6:30 am - 9:30 am. Breakfast is very good with hot breakfast eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, fruits, juice, coffee, etc. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast...service is very good. I would recommend this hotel for park and stay.

We spent one night here between connecting flights from Winnipeg to Curacao. The hotel itself is fine but the airport shuttle service was poor. We called the hotel from the airport and were told when to expect the shuttle. After the time passed, we called and were told the driver was stuck in traffic. After another wait, we called the hotel again and eventually a shuttle from a neighboring Holiday Inn showed up to pick us up. On arriving at the hotel, we immediately signed up for the 6am shuttle for our 9am flight. The shuttle was overbooked and unable to accommodate everyone. We had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle to return for us. Not impressed since we signed up for the shuttle, the hotel must have known the number of riders and should have prepared accordingly. Either that or people jumped on board without booking. This could be resolved with a simple chit system. The airport shuttle was the primary reason that we booked this hotel.

Also, they advertise a complimentary breakfast but it doesn't open until 7am so many of the commuting passengers were unable to partake.

There is a Montana's, Kelsey's, and A&W within a 7 or 8 minute walk

I have been coming to the quality inn for a few years when I have to come to Mississauga. It is a well located hotel with free parking, ordinary rooms but still very comfortable. For the lucky you will have a renovated room ( very nice one). Welcoming reception and small breakfest area reopened recently (pandemic obliges). Maintenance staff are not very jovial (In my own experience I have never frequented a hotel that had super friendly housekeepers) although very discreet and do well their work so it's the most important thing. Definitely I recommend here to stay in a nice place When you visit the area. In my opinion the most of this hotel Is to have rooms that gives direct access to the outside. Ideal for people who do not like to be always inside.

Special mention for Mr. Shareef, who works at the reception. He is definitely the nicest employee I have not been able to meet in the hotel field. Helpful, efficient, super friendly. He welcomes you with good humor!!

I will continue to frequent this hotel whenever I need it.

I stayed at the quality inn and suites for one night and I was very pleased with my stay. The checkin was a breeze and the room was very nice and cool despite the extremely hot weather. I had the pleasure to meet Shareef who checked me out. He was so friendly to my friend and I and made the checkout a breeze. I liked how he asked how I felt about the room and if everything was okay. Also the breakfast was very good and the lady who was providing the service was so sweet serving everyone. I would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a short or long term stay.

The beds were clean and comfortable. HOWEVER: The tv didn’t work properly. 2 ladies came in fairly quickly and made adjustments to the connections and gave us a new remote that was not patched up with tape. The deadbolt only worked if the door was open and not when it was closed. When we wanted to shower in the morning we discovered that the shower faucet did not work. I went to reception and reported it to a gentlemen. He went into the office behind reception, spoke to someone, and came back and told me that someone would come up and fix it. When I told him it would take too long, and we needed a shower before we had to check out, he walked away from me and ignored me. I stood there until he finally came back to me. I asked if there was another room we could shower in. He asked me ‘Do you want a clean room’? I told him of course I wanted a clean room, not one that someone has already used! He then gave me a key to another room and told me to bring the key back after we were done our showers. The room he gave us had a paper thin towel and the tub drain was clogged and not draining quickly enough.

When we checked out I asked to speak to the manager. Even though the sign on the desk said ‘manager on duty’, she said the manager is not in until 11:00. She wrote down all of our complaints, took my name and phone number, and said the manager will call me. The manager did not call me. I called later that day, was supposedly transferred to the manager, and I got voicemail. I left a message to call me. It is now the day after and I have called twice. Both times I was told the manager is not in. They obviously do not care at all about customer service and and whether we walk away satisfied or not. They obviously don’t want to talk to me and possibly compensate me for a substandard room and experience. This hotel was definitely not worth the money we paid. The rooms need more cleaning and the hallway carpets are in bad need of replacing.

I am giving this hotel a generous 2 rating. Checkin was quick and easy, the beds were comfortable and clean, and our tv was fixed in 1/2 hour from the time we called guest services. I will not go back, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Sadly, I can not recommend this hotel. When we arrived, the bathroom sink was plugged and we had to change rooms. Additionally, the bathroom had not been cleaned. Luckily, the front staff was accommodating and we were given another room. What upset us the most was the lack of shuttle service on return. We were given a telephone to call upon our arrival at Terminal 3. I called this number and was given instructions to go to Pillar 13 and our shuttle would be waiting there. We went there immediately, and no shuttle was there. We waited about 15 minutes. Tried calling again, and all we got on the phone was "elevator music" with no response. We called in about another 5 minutes, and explained our situation that we had been waiting AS PER INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN. We were again put on hold, only to be told that the driver had been there and we had not been there. Sadly, this was false. Asked when the shuttle would return, we were not given a clear response. We ended up spending 50CAD on a taxi service to the hotel to get our car as we didn't want to wait any longer in the freezing cold weather. Bottom line, avoid this hotel. The price may seem attractive, but the service is LOUSY- especially on the parking/shuttle side of things.

Terrible customer service. I called the front desk starting at 2:45am to request the free airport shuttle. We were told it would be there at 3:15. I called back 3 or 4 times to confirm and reconfirm the gate for the free airport shuttle, we were very tired and weary after traveling for 12 hours with a 1
5 year old and it was difficult to hear which letter the staff was saying. We were at the wrong gate for the shuttle and we missed the shuttle at 330am (we were at F instead of S). My family and I were told to we would have to wait another hour and a half for the next shuttle and were offered no other help. Because of our tight time line, our next flight leaving at 8:30am we decided after wasting over an hour waiting for the shuttle to stay at the aiport and sleep there with our infant.

Upon requesting a refund for the room, Expedia was useless. I called the manager after, Sabina was very rude and blamed us for the misunderstanding and made up excuses. After speaking with me me extremely condescendingly, I began to show irritation in my voice and was hung up on (however, I never swore, yelled or shouted). My husband called back to try and smooth things over and the manager Sabina answered the phone yelling and being extremely rude without knowing who was even on the phone.

Very disappointing, I do not reccomend this hotel to anyone. The staff is useless and abusive. Read all the reviews. If you are relying on the shuttle, be aware the wait is usually over 1.5hrs. Quite a few customers have been over charged. BEWARE.

We will never stay at this hotel again. We stayed there 1 night before flying out on holidays and again when we returned. We chose this hotel as it offered shuttle to and from the airport and also parking while away. The first night we arrived around 7pm we arranged shuttle the next morning to the airport. I had the worst sleep ever! The walls are like paper ( I mean this) The gentleman in the next room decided to phone someone at 2 :00 am and spoke fro 2 hours. At 4:00 am I called the front desk. The room heat you have to control yourself and fluctuated throughout the night. The blackout curtain is disgusting and the curtain does not close. The room needs also to be updated. Shower / bathtub was very slippery but luckily they have a handrail. The bed was okay but it felt like two beds had been pushed together. The shuttle to the airport was on time and got us to the airport quickly. However on return from our trip , we had to call 3 times before a shuttle arrived 50 minutes later. Not what their website says! We saw shuttle buses from many hotels come at least 2 to 3 times picking up passengers. We learned that Quality Inn & Suites has only 1 shuttle bus. Also the front desk manager gave us incorrect information that someone was on his way. He wasn't as the driver shift was changing without pickup for us arranged. On return the hallway to our room stunk of smoke . At 6:00 am you could hear people outside the building talking. This time the hairdryer did not work. Our breakfast was awful. Apples looked tired and bruised. Not much of a food offering. We found that the pricing was high to stay for what we discovered.

We booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and reasonably priced for a layover on either side of a vacation. The staff checking us in was rude. They argued with us about our reservation (one room with a king size bed and one room with 2 doubles ) and tried to give us 2 rooms with 2 doubles. We had to show proof from the email about or reservation. That was a mistake. The room with the king sized bed was clean but the TV wouldn’t work. On closer inspection, it looked like the TV had been knocked over or dropped at some point and where the cable goes in at the back had been “fixed” with electrical tape. That “fix” didn’t work. So no TV. The phone in the room with 2 double beds didn’t work either. The worst part was in the morning, getting into the shower. One step and I took a hard fall on the ridiculously slippery tub floor. Hurt my hip, knee and banged my head.
Never will we be staying at this hotel again.

The receptionist lacked professionalism, no sign of empathy after cancelling my reservation for a higher rate due to demand. Booked my accommodation from the United Kingdom for a seven (7) days holiday. On arrival, the receptionist showed no professionalism as to why my reservation was cancelled. He just went on to say ‘ I cancelled the reservation myself this evening’, face down on the computer and no eye contact till I walked out of the property.
Asking about my refund, as it was already debited from my account. Told me I’ll have to contact the online agent to get my money if they did. Searched around for another hotel, all fully booked. One of the hotels was happy to help when I told them about my predicament, finally got one in Brampton for the night which was way beyond my budget @ 331 CAN dollars . Settled in at about 12 midnight after a long flight.

Dear Madam, Normally when you booked the hotel you should have received a confirmation with the phone number of the hotel... Just call them once you land in Toronto and have picked up your bag. They will tell you where to wait( usually downstairs) and roughly, when the shuttle will be there. The shuttle is white with the name of the hotel on its side. Hope this helps. Sincerely Thierry
Mississauga, Canada
Yes, The hotel does have an elevator. Hot buffet breakfast is included, but if you have an early flight then please ask the front desk to provide you with a breakfast bag to go. Also remember to book the shuttle and wake up call with the front desk. Have a safe flight.
