This suites hotel is in an absolute perfect location. The three room suite is both comfortable, extremely clean, well furnished, and a delightful place. The front desk staff is so friendly and accommodating. They help provide us with restaurant ideas and things to do in the area. The sweet even has a stackable washer and dryer which really comes in handy. The location is walking distance to everything and is surrounded by every ethnic restaurant imaginable. A full-size grocery store is right around the corner. If I could rate this from 1 to 10, I would give it an 11.

I am sure I have reviewed the Times Square Suites before but with our recent stay I will do it again. First, my impression is that this secured building houses condos which are for rent. I do not know this for sure but I have done this elsewhere and it feels the same. We had a one bedroom suite as usual. It had a full kitchen with utensils, measuring cups, baking dishes, large refrigerator, dishwasher and a table for four. There was an ironing board, umbrellas, flatscreen TV with cable, and a radio. It has an ironing board as well as a FREE washer and dryer IN ROOM. It comes with one packet of soap. Others are available at the desk. There was no A/C but there was both heating and a humidifier. The bathroom was efficient and pleasant with bath and shower. The furniture was a bit dated and is probably due for some new paint in the near future. The bed was large and has it's own flatscreen TV. As I mentioned it is totally secured and is watched over by the reception area. The location is wonderful, at Robson and Denman. It is a close walk to downtown and the waterfront attractions. Stanley Park is just around the corner. You can also walk down to the ferry that takes you to Granville Island for fun food, a food hall, and many restaurants and distilleries. Art shops too. Plenty of nice places to eat within 5-15 minute walk, everything from breakfast places to McDonalds, Safeway, Whole Foods, and Starbucks right next door.

Considering hotel prices in Vancouver it is a steal, whichever type of room you choose. We have learned to book several months out to have best choice of room types. They currently have both a non-refundable as well as a refundable rate on each room. We picked refundable just in case (cruise was to follow) we had to cancel.

This building appears to have been an old apartment block, which would explain the large size suites. We stayed in a one bedroom which had a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, full size fridge, range, dishwasher, and all the plates, glasses, and flatware). The suite was exceptionally clean and the overall building was well looked after. There was a small balcony, a TV in each room, and a gas fire place as well. Furniture-wise there was a couch, coffee table, arm-chair, and a sturdy kitchen table with four seats.

The location was awesome. Literally situated on top of a Starbucks, there are many other options nearby for coffee or full course meals.

There is really no lobby to speak of and the check-in office is located in the parkade. However, everything is easy to access by elevator or stairs. Also, part of the building is built on a slope, so the hallway consists of flat sections connected by short ramps. Could be a but more difficult to navigate if in a wheelchair.

A great centrally located place to stay in Vancouver if you prefer having a bit of room to stretch out in and entertain guests. Recommended!

We loved, loved, loved this hotel! After having just gotten off a pretty rough cruise from Alaska, staying at this hotel overnight was a perfect stop over before going home. The “room” was more like an apartment and the best was that it included a washer (soap included) and dryer. The place was clean and the bathroom was immaculate. The bed was super, super comfy. They thought of everything we might need such as robes and even umbrellas! It was in the foodie district so we had two great meals in the area, plus were able to visit a few of the sites in Vancouver some within walking distance. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. Since we had a late flight the next day, they even held our luggage. I can’t say how much we enjoyed this stay and highly recommend this gem.

This all suite hotel is situated close to Stanley Park also has direct access from downtown, which is probably no more than 15 minutes walk. The team there are exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. The greatest advantage of this type of accommodation is space and the well equipped kitchen should it be needed. Also having laundry facilities for some would be a distinct advantage en suite. Ideal for longer stays enabling a considerable degree of self-catering giving independence.

Extremely clean and the safe underground car parking is a definite asset. Given its location and facilities this small boutique hotel rates very highly and I would not hesitate to recommend.

We stayed here three times over a three week period in 2018 and enjoyed it so much that we rebooked this year. We originally booked for eight nights but then made other plans for two nights in the middle of the stay. The hotel was very accommodating in changing the booking without changing the very reasonable rate. We were welcomed as returning guests. We come here for the spacious, well-appointed suite, for the variety of good restaurants nearby and for the proximity to Stanley Park and English Bay as well as to all major bus routes.

We spent a week at Times Square Suites Hotel and the suite had everything we needed. It was spacious and light. We were on the top floor and had a corner suite. Although slightly noisy at times, the bedrooms were away from the main street and so the noise did not affect our sleep. The kitchen was very well equipped, including washing up essentials. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The location in Vancouver was ideal, near to Stanley Park and English Bay and within walking distance of downtown Vancouver. We would highly recommend a stay here.

We were so pleased about everything with this hotel. Nice large suite, full kitchen. The washer-dryer sure came in handy when AirCanada failed to deliver our luggage. The room was cleaned once during our week stay, which is fine. Staff were very helpful and every interaction we had was professional and courteous. THe rooftop patio was amazing. Great views from up there, nice place to chill out after a long day.

The location is great, a few minutes walk from Stanley Park and several places to rent bikes. A ton of restaurants as well. We only used public transport while in Vancouver, and the hotel is conveniently located near a number of bus stops that will take you to the metro or anywhere you might want to visit.

I saw several other reviews that commented on the street noise. We had the AC running at night, and it created enough white noise that we weren't bothered by any street noise. Speaking of the AC, it might be less comfortable if you are visiting during a heatwave, as it was fairly small and wouldn't be able to cool down the entire place, so that would be something to keep in mind. I would still 100% return to this hotel for future travels to Vancouver.
