I stayed here with my family for a 3 night visit to Banff. We really enjoyed this hotel and it delivers great value for money. Rooms are very clean and stylishly appointed. It looks more upscale than what you'd expect from a Best Western. Many of the rooms have balconies as ours did, and that was a great place to sit outside and enjoy the views. The bathroom was nice with a spacious shower. Beds were a bit stiff for my taste and bedding could be better, but this seems to be a Best Western thing as other BWs I've stayed at lately have the same beds. There is a convenient underground parking garage with complimentary parking which is a great perk. There is a nice complimentary breakfast available although the breakfast room is pretty hot and cramped... it may be best to take the breakfast to your room and eat there, or go out on the patio. There is a small but nice pool and hot tub with great views. It might not be a dream pool for kids but I'm sure adults would enjoy the hot tub after a long day of hiking or skiing. The location is great as the heart of town is within easy walking distance just a few blocks away. Service is courteous and professional. I'd happily come back to this hotel.…

My family stayed in best western for 4 days and it was fantastic. We had beautiful view from the room, the room is clean and they have service to clean it every day, the location is few minutes walking from Banff downtown, the parking free, the breakfast very good and they have variety and different food everyday, the staff very friendly and nice, the air conditioning is very good, they have tea and coffee in the hotel entrance and for free 24 hours. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay again once I visit Banff.

Located in walking distance to Banff center without the hassle. My room was very spacious and well appointed with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, TV and safe-box. It has a balcony with small table and 2 chairs with great views you can also have from within the room. Wifi is free. Breakfast is ok. Parking is free in basement. But be aware part of the garage has relatively low clearance that could be a problem for SUV with top load. The staff is very friendly and service very good.

Very impressive, knowledgeable, and professional staff personnel at this hotel. The front balcony view faces a mountain and the back of the hotel, you’ll see a snow covered mountain. I could not stop taking pictures coming into Banff, Alberta.

My two largest complaints are that the beds are very firm and the common areas all feel very small. Outside of that, this is a fantastic hotel, albeit with a price that reflects that. Conveniently located just outside of downtown Banff, the entire town is easily walkable, but the hotel location itself is quite quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and well equipped (though the bathrooms feel like they need a bit of a refresh). Also, the hotel is very pet-friendly!

Remodeled but not very recently. Breakfast average. Small breakfast area so social distancing impossible. Staff helpful. Parking garage low ceilings and narrow. Not for vehicles with any size or height. Location excellent for short walk to town. TV Chanel’s limited. Good in room small fridge.
