All the staff were so welcoming, friendly and efficient. Room 20 was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Food and service in the dining room were excellent. Lovely location. Look forward to returning. Many, many thanks to everyone who made our short break so enjoyable.

Stayed here for 2 nights to attend a family wedding at nearby The Grange. Very nice rooms (19 & 20 which were opposite each other which was very helpful) and lovely roll top bath in room 20. The hotel rooms were well appointed and spotlessly clean and our room was nice and quiet - recommend the extra for room 20!

I enjoyed the excellent double room (no 10) for a night last Saturday. It was incredibly comfortable, clean sheets and all the little extras - biscuits and shower gel etc . I loved the decor of the room, the view over historic Arlesford high street and the rainforest shower in the morning. The traditional english breakfast set me for the day/week and was in a room with historic photos of men working the cress beds. I took a glass of good merlot to my room and settled down. Totally recommend. I wish I could have stayed longer as the area clearly has loads to offer. I booked straight to hotel so they get all the fees they deserve for their hard work. Do the same!

First trip to our favorite hotel after covid-19. Surprised how the owner used the time to update the bar and restaurant in a great way. The service was great as always. The hotel is a very good place to explore Alresford and it's surroundings.
