We stayed at Vida Lotus for 2 whole months. Michael (the owner) welcomed us with a big smile and open arms. It was an incredible healing-oriented stay. Indeed we ate delicious healthy and healing foods on the daily, received physical healing therapy and the piece of land was in itself very healing as well. We even got to do zoo therapy every day with his very loving cat and dogs. Michael was really flexible and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend it!

This retreat lodge sits on a spectacular natural property where Micheal the owner/host grows a wide variety of organic foods that he serves his dilicious meals with. All while educating you about food and wellness. The views over looking the Chame Banks are absolutely unforgetable.

Amazing stay and a wonderful team providing great attention. I enjoyed every minute, the property is beautiful and the food amazing. I Felt so good I didn’t want to leave. The pizzas were amazing my favorite was mushroom pizza( fungi napolitana) !! 5/5 stars, I stayed all evening and night out since the view is amazing. The fruit smoothies were a success my favorite was passion fruit with strawberries !! I’d recommend it to anyone looking to experience something out of the ordinary.

I have been to Vida Lotus on many occasions. Michael is great host and attentive to all of our needs. The views are absolutely spectacular, I don't think there are any better in Panama. The pizza, well, it's to die for! Can't wait to go back for another visit!

I visited Vida Lotus on my way from Penonome to Panama City and I was amazed at the fabulous view from the property. Michael (owner) was extremely nice and explained to me his philosophy for a healthy life (vegan diet, meditation, massage techniques, and many other powers of plants for healing). I recommend to pay visit if you are searching for a place to relax. It is a peaceful hideaway in the Campana mountain hills.

I took my mom to a surprise wellness weekend at Vida Lotus and I was also pleasantly surprised. Michael and his staff were very welcoming throughout our stay, we enjoyed the delicious raw vegan food, infusions and delicious smoothies that they lovingly prepared, as well as all the details that made this a wonderful experience. Keep in mind that this is not a place where you can easily walk to buy anything, so bring any extras you may need during your stay. Our room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable and cozy. The place was clean and offered everything we needed. I won't give you any more spoilers so you can discover it yourself ;) If you really need to disconnect from noise, civilization and connect with nature, in a heavenly mountain environment near Panama City, this is the place to go.
