The Marmara Antalya garners acclaim for its pristine and roomy accommodations, boasting striking views, albeit with some remarks about the decor being a tad outdated. Nestled in a serene spot close to the city's heart, guests appreciate the hotel's stellar location and the vibrant atmosphere its colorful rooms provide. While the hotel's cleanliness and comprehensive amenities, such as the varied breakfast and picturesque gardens, are highlights, opinions are mixed on the value, with some finding the food overpriced. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness contribute to the commendable service, though occasional slow service and communication hiccups have been noted.

Our stay was excellent. The food was really good and customer service was second to none. Two of the staff Revan and Begum were particularly helpful in sorting out issues for us and they did so in such a professional manner. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

We stayed for one week towards the end of September. The hotel gave excellent service especially with regard to covid. Regular cleaning, temperature taken on entry, sanitiser everywhere and the hotel has plenty of space, so we never felt crowded or unnecessarily close to anyone. Breakfast was impressive. The pool is terrific and the rooms are of a good standard. Thanks to Mehmet and the other friendly staff at the hotel. Great stay in difficult times.

Marmara
Spent a lovely week in this hotel, we opted for Breakfast and evening meal.
Room .. we stayed on the 20th floor overlooking the pool and lovely sea view. The was comfortable and clean, a bit whacky in deco, we had a mini bar (charged) tea/coffee facilities and bottles of water, nice big tv which you could sign into Netflix … we never bothered but there were apps on the TV and a free safe. Bathroom was bath with overhead shower, 2 sinks and a separate toilet, little bottles of toiletries. Unfortunately this hotel does not have rooms with balconies so drying swimwear we left the two large windows open. Over all the room was a good size for 2 people. The 4 elevators are fast and steady.
Food … breakfast was really good, plenty of foods 3 minute boiled eggs/5 minute boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelette and fried eggs station, pancakes, cheeses, meats, fruits, yogurts even salads. Coffees/teas/water/juice (not freshly squeezed) evening meal … on 3 evenings this was a set meal.. soup & bap, salad, meat or fish and dessert. The other nights was Buffett the pasta dishes were really nice. The only downside was water was not offered with meal … if you wanted a drink it was chargeable.
The actual meals/snacks available throughout the day were of good quality. Drinks were average price, however a bottle of wine seemed quite expensive. When checking in you are asked for €100 this is used for any drinks you order, if you decide to pay as they come (TLira) then the monies are returned on checkout.
Pool … this is large and with it being August it was like getting into a bath … you could use the pool 24 hrs, there were lots of free sunbeds regardless of time. Pool towels ar3 available from the spa.
Sea area …. There is an elevator that takes you down to sea level, that area is lovely, there is a bar down there and service is great. There are water noodles for you to use in the sea, also they have a diving area down there
Staff at this hotel are very nice and friendly and service is excellent.
We did not use the spa facilities or gym so cannot comment on these.
Overall The Marmara is an excellent 3* hotel. It maybe lacking some evening music but I would recommend this hotel if you want a quiet week away. There are bars/restaurants/supermarket outside the hotel.

I've just got back to Newcastle after having a super chilled stay at the Marmara Hotel resort.
I was saying as part of a dental treatment package and chose the Hotel myself, not really imagining the super relaxed stay I was about to get.
I stayed on the 12th floor with a sea view, looking over the lovely lush gardens, huge swimming pool and revolving apartments below.

My room was huge compared to anywhere I had stayed before!, a little dated looking regards decor, but a 6 ft wide comfortable bed with crisp white linen sheets and great pillows.
There was also a single bed/day bed that can be used as a large sofa in the day and a Samsung smart tv.
The room was super clean and had ceramic floor tiles over a very solid floor so no noise from above or below

The bathroom had twin sinks, a really good shower over the bath and of course a loo.
Every member of staff was really lovely and very helpful during my stay.
Breakfast was buffet style and variety absolutely vast!,
as was the dining room - absolutely huge, with floor to ceiling panoramic glass looking out over the pool and gardens.
Evening meal was fairly set but included in my stay.. If there was anything I wasn't keen on I was offered an alternative.
All in all this hotel is really good value, so much so I'm going to stay again when I have time to visit again, maybe next time with a friend.
I have recommended this place to my friends already..

The cleanest hotel with the best personnel ever in this region, my special thanks and regards to all; Mr/Ms., Mehmet, Adem, Gökhan, Aleyna, Selin, Berat, Mehmet Ali, Alper, Ali, Necip, Tuğçe1 , Tuğçe2, Savaş, Ramazan, Mert, Onur, Eda, Hilal, Ayşe, Necla, Eri, Sevim, Siri.

Spa; you cant find a cleaner and better medical treatment even in Bali, Eri is a real professional masage therapist knows how to heal the muscles. House Keeping department is amazing at their job, they are providing best service to make you happy and every detail in the room is very clean. Bellboys, valet and securities are so kind.

Note that breakfast is ending at 10:30 am try to be there on time otherwise you will be charged even if you are late for 15 minutes, my advice; F&B or Restaurant Manager should be more flexible about that or should remove breakfast cost from room rate for the days that were not attended to breakfast if this flexibility can not be applied.

This was our second time at the Marmara Hotel. We stayed 18 nights.
The main reason we choose The Marmara Hotel is the Hotel is animal friendly. Eating breakfast on terraces with cats, dogs, birds hanging around is an amazing and priceless experience for humankind. To get together with all animals plus an amazing breakfast itself with big green garden gave us joy, happiness and hope each morning!

We heard from the staff hotel Management takes care of these homeless animals which gave the Management an extra point.

The huge and quality breakfast selection is amazing and kitchen is very successful even for other meals such as snacks, lunch and dinner. Everything was very tasteful.

Very calm guests. With very rare occasion we met greedy tourists indeed.

Beach is very calm and tidy.

The rooms interior design is very interesting and special. We really loved the Californian feeling.

The staff is amazing. We would like to especially thank to Mr Ulas and Mr Erkan who was very professional, helpful and friendly. We felt that their contribution during our stay was priceless. Thank you once again!

We even would like to thank to Ms Esma who cleaned our room every day and checked with us each morning if we needed anything else. We felt that our room was very tidy and clean during our whole stay.

Long story short we hade lovely 18 nights and we will definitely come back!

Less positive : The prices for food could be a bit less. We fully understand that good quality costs but yet we think that food was a bit overpriced.

I’ve stayed couple nights in Marmara, the staff was very professional and friendly. The guy of reception explained me everything very well in perfect English. Basically the reception is in a 7 floor (according with the location of the beach) which is located walking few minutes from the restaurant / dining area / pool (6 floor) then after 2 minutes walking you’ll have to take another elevator to go underground and cross a tunnel until reach a beautiful beach with a nice bar. Very nice spot. Ok room great breakfast. Recommended 👍

This hotel had bright & colourful rooms. The paint finish on the bedroom was rag finished rose with two columns of blue and green strips. The yellow bathroom with wooden and white accents had a deep rose shower curtain. All the floors were tiled. There were quirky door decorations. I liked it.

In the bedroom there was a king size bed (2 put together) with a divan that might be an extra bed. There was a chair for a bench desk, another pool side type chair and one stool and a chest of drawers. There are charging power points on either side of bed and over the bench and a medium size TV on a cabinet in the corner. We had a bar fridge with mini bar and coffee and tea making. In the hallway is a hanging space behind a white strip curtain. The bathroom was a shower over bath with that rose shower curtain, a separate toilet and two sinks with storage underneath and a big mirror.

Our room had views across the grounds looking out over the Mediterranean Sea and across to snow capped mountains. It's a great view. Windows can open at top or side. The restaurant, also for the breakfast buffet, is a huge tall space on 6th floor. It has a good range of food as well as an omelette and fresh pizza stand. From here you can access the pool, garden and cliff edge walk. As it was winter we didn't try the pool. Apparently in summer there is an elevator down to the small beach below but it was closed in winter. The garden has plant notes letting you know the species of some of the plants. We took the opportunity on our two night stay to take a long walk along the cliff edge and found some nice parks and restaurants nearby. There are two supermarkets close with the the one immediately opposite having gourmet items and deli.

We booked this hotel and we were very excited to stay in a nice hotel while we rest after a lengthy tour in cappadocia. But to our disappointment this hotel as soon as you walk in it’s like a hospital. The whole floor is this ugly tile. The customer service was less than average at best. We got into the room and it literally looks like it’s a horror movie from the 70s. The tile on the floor everywhere like you’re in a hospital. The extra bench/bed is all leather like a hospital bed. The bed headboard was broken. The worst thing is that we were hot the entire stay although the ac was the lowest possible setting. The temperature was unbearable even for my husband who sleeps in a 78 Fahrenheit house no problem. I would say the room was around 80 F with the ac being on, so if you decide to stay bring your portable ac.
The shower head was broken and kept falling or you have to hold it.
If they pay me to stay in this hotel I wouldn’t. This place ruined Antalya for us.

We stayed with our group in this hotel and got a sea facing room. The room was very spacious but poorly furnished, the idea of minimalistic decor meant pink and other mismatched colors and furniture made out of rough wooden planks and a small couch covered in in bright green plastic, plus an outdated bathroom. The color scheme in this room didn't make us feel comfortable, it was just too much and we felt like we had a chance to stay in a soviet era hotel, struggling to find nice paint and decent furuniture to decorate each room. The noise factor was also an issue, we could hear people moving their chairs in other rooms, the street noise was all night and early in the morining you the dogs started barking. The hammam in this hotel is very nice and I would recommend it, also beware of the hair salon, the quoted price will double at the end.

It has fantastic sea views and in my view, is a cliff side not a beach location. It has a fab underground tunnel that takes you from the hotel terrace to a private sunbathing/ seating area on the cliff edge. There are short ladders that lower you into the sea. There is a cafe there too. Other guests referred to this area as a beach so I assume that’s what they felt it was. Amazing whatever it is!!!
