Detailed Reviews
The hotel is located on a busy thoroughfare, so you are always in the thick of things. If you have a room at the front, you will see traffic jams, car horns blaring and whilst at night, boy racers are out in numbers. This goes on well into early morning e.g., 2am. Therefore, if you are looking for a quiet night or early night, this might not be a place for you. That said, if you are located at the back of the hotel, then you should be fine. We knew about the location of the hotel before we booked, and we selected it because its proximity to the airport and the flexibility it provided in terms of travel, shopping, and eateries etc.
The hotel is extremely clean, and the cleaner attended the room on daily basis. Clean towels were also provided daily. The room sizes are decent, and the beds are comfortable, but the bathrooms are a tad small and cramped. The staff are okay, but they don’t make a genuine attempt to engage you or make you feel welcome. This largely applies to their staff serving breakfast. I think greeting guests with a smile or saying a hello goes a long way in ensuring customer satisfaction.
The breakfast served daily was quite ordinary. I would term this kind of cold breakfast so to speak. Hard boiled eggs (which were stone cold that had turned blue in complexion) were served daily. On a couple of days, pre-made egg omelettes were also provided. The eggs were presumably made earlier, so they were cold and saturated with oil. Although the hotel made the effort to keep them warm but the use of burners with little success. Aside this, there were plenty of salads, salami, cheese, various breads and of course fries.
If you intend to travel, there are taxis available immediately next to the hotel. Akasya Taxi rank usually provides competitive rates, and it is located on your left when you get out of the hotel. Their rates are displayed on an electronic board, but please bear in mind to negotiate with the taxi drivers, as for most things in Turkey, there is no such thing as a fixed price. The same goes for buying any goodies such as clothing and gifts.
There are plenty of eateries are in the area. They are a few right opposite the hotel, but they are quite expensive as compared to the takeaways and restaurants located in the back streets. However, if you want to treat yourself, please do visit Comlekci restaurant, which is right opposite this hotel.
As for money changing, I’d recommend you either go to Mak Antalya (shopping centre) that is around 20-minute walk from this hotel or the money changers in the old Kaleici Town. There is a money changer located near the main mosque that provides competitive rates. However, please beware they are several money changers that could charge you commission or service charge.

Hotel's Favourite
Staff are very helpful, polite and always go above and beyond to help you. We booked a twin room and was too small, however as soon we spoke to staff next day, they gave us triple room at no extra charge. The rooms were very clean and perfect location. The hotel is located near to main city centre and has lots shops and store near by. Overall had great experience and definitely will be going

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the Mall. Oldtownpoint is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose continental. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again. A special Thanks to hotel's owner Mr. Omer, He was really kind with us, thanks a lot to their staffs they're really helpful and kind with every customers.

One of the complimentary bottles in the mini bar had some sort of drug inside. I was staying with my boyfriend who drank from the bottle and who realized of the problem because of the taste!!! When we made a claim with the hotel manager, he said it was a mistake when they did the room service, that a previous guest must have left the bottle with medicine, not to get angry. We told them we would leave a one star review in Booking and as a result they cancelled our booking in Booking so that we couldn't leave the review. One of the reception girls even laughed with the problem. Obviously they charged us for the room. On top of this we didn't have hot water, neither the night before, nor the following morning. During breakfast most guests are without a face mask and nobody says a thing. As if covid was over. The worst experience ever.

If you want a cold shower and a room where you have absolutely no privacy, this is the place. The walls are really thin, you can hear everything in the next room. You have a sealed connecting door to the next room, you can hear everything and of course, they also can. They have covid protocols but they don't respect them, not even the hotel manager uses a face mask! During the buffet breakfast you see people talking over the food without a face mask. Definitely not worth going!

Old Town Point Hotel was an excellent experience. From the vast array of delicious breakfast options to the comfortable cosy bed, which was nice to rest in after a long day exploring the city of Antalya.
The hotel is welcoming with the kind and helpful staff, specifically Mehmet and Önder, who aided me and my family with everything on our stay as well as guiding us through places to visit within this great city.

I stayed at Old Town Point between 11th and 15th of September with a friend.
The rooms and hotel in general were very clean, beds were comfortable, and fully air conditioned. The shower was powerful and always had hot water.
I thought the the front office staff were friendly and approachable if spoken to.
The location was pretty decent with lots of shops on the main road, the old town was a 15 minute/ 20 minute walk and the indoor shopping mall was a 10/15 minute walk also.
Ultimately you get what you pay for and that proved this hotel to be great value for money.
In regards to the breakfast the was plenty of variety in terms of the cold buffet.
My only slight constructive feedback would be, that there could have been more selection of hot food in the buffet.
Overall I found my stay enjoyable and comfortable and would definitely stay again.

5 star hotel, amazing service. Oander allowed group of 7 to checkin at very short notice. Rooms, bed and breakfast all perfect. Staff at reception especially Ibrahim, Oander and Mehmet provided incredible service and advised of location to visit and activities within the area. No complaints at all. Highly recommended. I have stayed in this hotel for two weeks (4-18th of November) with my daughter. The room was very nice, we were actually offered to stay in bigger room without extra charge. Cleaning has been done daily. Quite good buffet for breakfast, big choice. Staff are really nice and friendly, ready to help with any questions and requests. We did use laundry service and car rental arrangements, it was very convenient. It's a pity we didn't have time to visit spa there, I heard it's good.
We have enjoyed our stay and everything this nice hotel has to offer. I would definitely want to come back here again. Thank you
