We have been coming annually to Hacienda Encantada since we purchased a 3 bedroom timeshare in 2015. Our vacation is always in a lovely 3 bedroom residence with a private pool and hot tub. We are assigned a Butler who assists us with restaurant recommendations and reservations, golf reservations, and any questions or concerns we have about the resort or Cabo. We have been very fortunate to have had Monserrat (Monse) as our butler for the past few years helping us with all these things. Monse is very conscientious, knowledgeable and friendly. This year our family stayed two weeks and Monse facilitated several reservations and helped us find new places to try. She provided the schedule of daily events and activities each morning as well as the list of Spa promotions which was very helpful. Monse was also available whenever we had a request or question. We appreciate all her help each trip.
The residences are visited daily by an excellent cleaning staff as well as a pool and outdoor staff. The staff who work at the guard entrance to the Residences, at the main entrance as well as those who provide rides to and from the residences to the main resort are very efficient and pleasant.
We enjoyed the meals we had on property at Los Riscos, Las Marias, El Patio, La Pergola and Atico Rooftop. The food and drinks were delicious and the service excellent. I also had a couple of spa treatments at the Milagro Spa. The facility is lovely and the staff very professional and pleasant. We look forward to returning next year to enjoy another pleasant visit and work with the excellent staff at Hacienda Encantada.

Day 7 of 7 and just don’t want to leave. Vast property with many things /activities to do. The entire staff was attentive and really took care of me and the entire family. Lupita was our butler on this stay and was a delight. Always greeted us with a smile and positive energy. Arranged many activities and reservations for our party and provided us with information on places to visit in and out of town. Thank you Lupita for your dedication. Our housekeeper, Vianey kept our villa spotless each day of our stay. From an abundance of fresh towels, clean linens, and mopped floors, to a smile on her face each day and very polite. We had interactions with many other staff members, from the lobby, to the restaurant servers, gym staff, transport staff, and even the gate keepers. All were a pleasure to talk to and were very attentive, professional, and energetic. A special thank you to all that helped us throughout the week. Spectacular resort that will not disappoint.

We always look forward to our time at The Residences … and are never disappointed. We feel totally relaxed and completely at home. Our 3 Bedroom Residence has a complete kitchen and the backyard includes a private pool, hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. Depending on how long our visit is we either shop at Fresko or Costco on our way in from the airport and enjoy cooking most of our meals at home.
When we want to go in to town we love the convenience of the shuttle to Marina Fiesta - a great location with plenty of dining options within walking distance.
The staff is fantastic … daily housekeeping by Pilar is quite a luxury; Trinidad and Marco with the bell staff make sure our stuff (and ourselves) get where we need, when we need; and our butler Guillermo handles all of the coordination expertly!

We just returned home from Cabo San Lucas enjoying the beautiful Residences at Hacienda Encantada. We were greeted at the stunning Vista Lobby by our personal butler, Monserrat, who escorted us to our house, a beautifully appointed three bedroom, six bath home with its own swimming pool! The house fit our group of three couples perfectly. We were there celebrating one couple’s anniversary and Monserrat had the room decorated honoring them. It was so special and such a nice touch. She also helped plan and reserve excursions, dinner reservations, transportation, cart shuttle and all the other needs we had during our stay. She did an excellent job. Guillermo, the Residences head butler, filled in too, not allowing any of our needs go unmet! Thank you to such a great team!
On this trip we enjoyed the optional premium meal plan which included meals and beverages at all the restaurants on property and additional restaurants in downtown Cabo San Lucas Golden Zone. Considering the rise in food and meal costs we were very pleased with the ease, convenience and quality of the plan. Our favorite restaurants were Mestizo’s, both for breakfast and dinner, Las Maria’s for breakfast, and El Patio at Phase One Pool and Atico at Vista Rooftop Pool, and Il Forno. In the Vista Lobby, Cantomar was a perfect spot to grab a refreshing beverage and take in the views of the Sea of Cortez.
There are several activities at the resort to enjoy, including bike riding, horseback riding, dinner shows, arts and crafts, a putting course and a personal favorite, pickleball. Off property we enjoyed a dinner cruise, ATV riding and a memorable Thursday evening in San Jose at the Art Walk.
I would be remiss if I didn’t mention those whose excellent service stood out during our week - along with our butlers, Monserrat and Guillermo, a special thanks goes out to Dayane at Vista Encantada, who cheerfully meets every request she can, our housekeeper Guadalupe, who kept our house immaculate, Christan, Diana and Agustin at Cantomar, Angel at Atico, Managers Naomi and Antonio and waiter Jesus at Las Marias lovely breakfast buffet, Jair at El Patio, and Moises the phase one pool concierge and phenomenal pickleball player. A huge thanks to Trinidad, Marco and all the bell hops at the Residences, who never kept us waiting for rides even though they were so very busy.
We always have such a wonderful time at this very special resort and this year it was just perfect! We highly recommend this special resort in Cabo San Lucas.

We stayed in The Residences at Hacienda Encantada. Check in with Elder was smooth and Elder was gracious enough to accommodate my request for a one story villa due to a hip injury. Upon arriving at our villa, I immediately received a text message from our personal Butler Daniel Morales welcoming us “home”! He wanted to inform us that he was available 24/7 and that he would ensure that he would take care of anything we requested. Daniel made sure every detail in the house was perfect and to our specific likings. He made our dinner reservations and provided shuttle service to the restaurants as requested and on time. We made additional requests to enhance our stay (extra pool towels) that he quickly made sure were taken care of. Daniel Morales is an OUTSTANDING Butler, “5 stars”. Also want to mention that as guests of The Residences at Hacienda Encantada we had access to the rooftop pool area at the Vista Encantada Tower on the property. The staff at the pool Angel, Miguel, Martin and Misael provided excellent service while lounging. They set up umbrellas, provided food and drinks with a smile and they made sure to come by regularly to make sure everything was as expected, comfortable while enjoying the infinity edge pool, great food and drinks! Services at El Patio were also worth mentioning, Gerardo was very attentive and provided excellent service. Recommended the “Tacos Gobernadores” which were amazing! We stopped in at “La Tiendita” for some “Maria” cookies and they said they didn’t carry them there, only at the employee store. The lady working the register (Martha?) offered to buy some for us at her expense and then would have them waiting for us when we returned after dinner. She was there with cookies in hand!! She went above and beyond. Mr. Magron from owners services provided us with great information and made sure we were well taken care of. All in all we had a great experience. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and ready to provide excellent service.

Our favourite thing about the residence was the generous outdoor space, with private pool and hot tub, plenty of loungers, plus hammock, fire pit and bbq. Upstairs the whole glass wall slid away to open the living area to the balcony with expansive views out to sea, where we enjoyed watching whales breach and splash. Bring binoculars if you visit during the winter months (the temperature was ideal for us in the mid-70s). The resort is comfortably walkable although golf cart transport is readily available and the restaurant options are good. The spa pool was impressive with its brick-vaulted arches overlooking a beach and the view from the rooftop infinity pools and bar is spectacular. Our "butler" Clemente was attentive without being intrusive and handled all requests for spa and restaurant reservations, directions or information quickly and efficiently by text or phone. We were perfectly mellow chilling in the residence and the resort and having been to Cabo many times before, never felt the need to go into town (although we did spend one night in La Paz, stopping at Todos Santos both ways). Overall a great experience and we will go back again.

We enjoyed another exceptional stay at Hacienda Encantada, and we again stayed in the 3-bedroom villa with its own private pool and beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez which we highly recommend.
What always makes our stay so special is the service. Daniel Moralas was our Butler again and he took care of us like we were his family. He went way beyond making sure everything was perfect for us...from pictures of margaritas to exceptional private dinners in villas, to hiring a mariachi band, to setting up our Marlin fishing trip. We have not experienced this level of service and caring from any other resort in Cabo. Thank you, Daniel!
The housekeeping was immaculate, and we have to give a big shout out to Marco, which most times, was our cart driver around the resort (the residents is about a 3–5-minute drive to the heart of the resort from their residences area).
Last but not least, Giselle Montoya helped us with the best reservations and resort offered discounts which made a big difference in ensuring a perfect and affordable vacation. One of the most luxurious resorts in Cabo at a very reasonable cost. Thank you, Giselle.
Finally, we went deep sea fishing with Picante Sportfishing. They are one of the premier fishing charters in Cabo...great 45-foot Cabo Express boat, very knowledgeable captain and crew. We scored with 2 Marlin... lots of fun and great time.

Where do I begin? The house (1524) was immaculate and had everything one could ever need. We purchased groceries to prepare breakfast and lunches and then ate dinners out. The house had pots, pans, dishes, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and even surround sound for you to play your favorite tunes throughout the entire home.
The pool and spa were absolutely amazing! We were in the daily and always finished our nights with a dip in the spa. There is a hammock and ample seating to include seating around a firepit. My kids wanted s'mores every night! There is a grill and outdoor mini-refrigeration, we utilized the grill one evening. There are several outdoor showers so you do not track water all over the home. Sliding glass doors for you to take in the view every morning and evening.
The cleaning lady comes every day, as well as the individual who cleans the grill, a gentleman to service the lawn (watering), and a pool maintenance worker. There is also a main bellman - ours was Guillermo. He is fantastic!! He helped to answer all my questions via text. I asked him everything from directions, and possible excursions, to him contacting individuals for us that we had excursions with. He was an invaluable asset and one that made our stay less stress-free.
It certainly made for wonderful memories. I hope to return to Hacienda Encantada! It makes us not ever want to stay in a hotel again and rather look for a residence as it has all the amenities one could want for a vacation. It was pretty much paradise and my family and I hated to leave.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom residence villa and it was a beautiful place to stay with a villa pool and great view of the Sea of Cortez.
Before we arrived, we worked with Magali Carranza, the E-Concierge from the resort, in setting up the activities for our stay such as private chef dinners in the villa, airport transport, booking a mariachi band and other key activities we wanted to experience. Magali was great to work with...her communications was outstanding and she made sure all the details were worked to our satisfaction. She has a wonderful personality and is very professional. Thank you Magail!
Once we arrived our butler, Daniel was assigned to us. He worked very hard making sure we had everything we needed and followed up, in detail, on the private dinners, tequila tasting, and other activities. Anything we needed he got for us or set it up. We really enjoyed Daniel, great humor and personality. Thank you Daniel for taking care of us!
The private villa chefs we had (4 dinners) were terrific and served awesome culinary delight meals.
Finally, the resort itself is opulent and very clean with great views and is extremely affordable compared to other high end resorts. All the staff were wonderful and friendly. Getting around the resort from the residences area posed no problems with the bell desk providing golf carts with friendly drivers.

The Residences at Hacienda Encantada are the perfect place to stay in the Cabo area. It is on the corridor, relatively short drive from Cabo and slightly longer drive to San Jose del Cabo. I love the fact that there are ocean views from many areas with amazing sunsets to watch and whales to spot. The service is incredible, the staff always friendly and polite and very hard working. The residences are impecably clean, spacious, well decorated, private and peaceful. I have been an owner at Hacienda Encantada since 2005 and have upgraded to the Residences 2 years ago. There is your own private outdoor area, with pool, hot tub, grill, fire pit and lounges/ tables. There is an amazing roof top gym facility (excellent quality and variety of equipment) that comes with the ownership a short walk from the Residences, also spotless and not crowded. Additionally at the Residences you have a private on call concierge to facilitate anything needed from reservations recommendations to issues at the resort.
Both the indoor and out door areas are very well maintained. The indoors were spotless, and the cookware was well stocked for cooking meals on your own if you want a break from eating out at the resort or in the cities. The outdoors are cleaned daily and the grill was spotless and very good quality. This year I stayed upgraded to a four bedroom Residence in February I stayed with my 4 sisters and my cousin. In December we stayed at the 2 bedroom Villa with my husband which had a shared but spacious out door area.
Both times my private concierge has Clemente. He seemed to be available at all hours every day. He answered texts almost instantly and was able to help out with anything we needed quickly and efficiently. Being so familiar to the area and an active explorer I don't rely on someone to help navigate my outings or reservations often but it is amazing to have Clemente available. Once last week I was trying to arrange an outing to La Paz and because of upcoming weather I needed a very quick response to change my plans to the following day and look at other options. I texted Clemente to give me a call and with in minutes the arrived in person to help arrange the necessary changes. I have never had such quick and efficient service traveling aboard ever.
We always rent a car when staying here and there is plenty of parking available at your Residence. Gates at the entrance to the resort and the residences ensure privacy which is very nice. We love to explore the island, travel to quiet out of the way beaches or local beaches with local families and snorkeling, take cooking classes at Flora Farms, travel to Todo Santos to visit the area and see the baby turtle release, walk into local hot springs, dive, and even drive to La Paz and kayak or take local outing. Cabo area has a lot to offer for those just wanting to relax as well as those who love to explore!

We did not participate in the all inclusive, so coffee was not provided. We brought our own from home or alternatively, store bought. The coffee makers that we had were the traditional drip style.
Mestizo is the best and fanciest place on the property. Many were buffets but you could also order off a menu. Making reservations is very important. Be sure to go to some of the offsite spots to eat in the marina.
We chose not to do the all inclusive, however the sister property, Hacienda, did appear to be on the meal plan. We found the sushi by one of the Hacienda pools was amazing! Enjoy!

Hello, thank you for asking. Your suite will be stocked daily if you have bought the AI. Downtown is a 10 minutes ride by taxi but we do provide a free shuttle to our sister resort down town which is conveniently located at the marina. Hope to greeting you soon.
