I don’t ever make reviews, but it was necessary to share the food and service at this location was the best we have ever experienced at an all inclusive resort. The rooms were very clean and neat, and all the staff was quick and kind. Food blew us away, my husband is a foodie but typically prepares for low expectations when we travel to an all inclusive, but all their restaurants was truly awesome food. The Penisula was fantastic we went twice, also the upcharge to visit the steak house for dinner was also worth it. They don’t advertise this much but you can also go to the steak house for breakfast and lunch and it’s part of the all inclusive and so so much better than the buffet. The pool bar food is also good, quesadillas and wings were bomb but don’t order a taco salad thinking it’s in a shell like America you will be hungover and disappointed with a plate of spinach and grilled chicken. The drinks however, the liquor is the lowest bottom of the barrel basically rubbing alcohol unless you ask for better and its no up charge at all unless you go above don julio, once we discovered this we made sure to ask for don julio on all our tequila drinks moving forward and they were much better. We will 100% stay here our next visit to Cabo.

I've never been to Pueblo Bonito Pacifica before. For my birthday, my best friend gave me a surprise! I've visited Cabo a few times before. My favorite trip to date has been this one. We had a butler and were in the VIP towers. Our room was located directly next to the VIP dining area, which was stunning and had a covered outdoor space to enjoy the stunning ocean view. It also had the ideal view of the beach and the pools. When I arrived, our room was decked out for my birthday with balloons, decorations, champagne, and my favorite tequila! In addition to the other dining options offered throughout the facilities, we relished the private dining that the towers had to offer. The spa's staff was incredibly kind and informative, and we received the best massage there. The Spa is a must! It's a more quiet, laid back vibe (which I love). We lounged on the beach beds ($40 for the whole day) and received the best service and rest/relaxation all day the first day. They do have the best, most lively DJ at the pool during the day for games and trivia. We met some of the most awesome people. There is a shuttle hourly to visit other properties nearby. The dining experiences were excellent! Also, the best Starbucks I've ever had! Gift shop with necessities if needed (ie: Sunscreen, Meds). We will be back!! I also can't wait to try their other properties.

We went as a ladies trip, my mother and sister-in-law and I. We stayed at the Pacifica side, it was adults only and a little more chill than the sunset beach resort just up the hill. Both resorts were clean, beautiful and we loved the fact that with our all inclusive bands, we could go to any of the Pueblo bonito resorts. The shuttles come often to take you up the hill to Sunset Beach. Pacifica has three restaurants on site and sunset beach has much more. The food was good, I really can’t complain about it and the service is what sets the place apart. Plus the fact that you don’t get bored as you’re not stuck on one campus for five days. While you can’t swim in the ocean at Pacifica or Sunset Beach due to risk of rip tides, I highly recommend taking their bus over to their Rose hotel and the beach and water there are fabulous and you can swim. We are already planning on going back. Both Pacifica and Sunset Beach have many pools to choose from ( I highly recommend checking out the Sky Pool at Sunset Beach- it has beautiful views from that vantage point). My only recommendation is to have rooms better configured for three people and to have those options in the towers suites as well.

The good: Rooms were very comfortable, walking around the resort was easy (fairly small and compact), the pools were comfortable in temperature and very clean, staff overall were very pleasant and accommodating especially at the pool bar, Peninsula Bar and Pescados restaurant. The less so: Alcoholic drinks were very inconsistent in quality - for example, we found it difficult to get a good margarita (except for the Peninsula bar), wine selections were very limited and of largely poor quality overall, despite the nice decor in Peninsula and La Frida (Sunset) restaurants, we did have some dishes served luke-warm and their premium choice items were incremental in cost, coffee in the restaurants was also largely forgettable. So overall a good but not a great resort.

Our group recently enjoyed a fantastic weeks stay at the Pacifica.
Some of the positives would include the quality of food, service & housekeeping. The room was clean with a firm but comfortable bed and a great view. The wifi was dependable around the entire resort. There always seemed to be plenty of chairs available when we arrived at poolside by mid-morning. The breakfast at the Empress was great… the French toast was delicious. Our groups favorite restaurant for dinner was Pescados.
On the downside, the nightlife after 10pm was virtually non-existent. The beach bar had some music going but they managed to ruin every song by adding their own base/electronic drum fills. Be aware of the upgrades as some are extremely expensive. The tapping in/out process at the restaurants became tiresome, especially when leaving and the staff were busy. There were times when a buffet option for lunch & dinner would have been appreciated.
Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable time at the Pacifica. I would rate our stay at 4.5 out of 5.

My wife and I spent 10 days in the Towers Deluxe Ocean View room with Butler Service from December 23rd thru January 2nd 2025. Selecting this room category did have some perks. First: The Butlers very efficient for reservations and information. I did find that these Butlers would do anything you asked, but didn't go out of there way if you know what I mean. Second: The rooms in the Towers have EXCLUSIVE use of a smaller VIP restaurant, perfect for breakfast and lunch with no reservation or waiting required. PRO'S: Relaxing, a little "ground hog day", which was what we wanted. Small resort with plenty of chairs around the pool and never ran out of dry towels. Waiters around the pool could be called with a push of a button, and usually responded promptly. The food at all restaurants was good to very good. Your are able to explore their two sister resorts which after talking with other guest we chose to stay put at our all adult laid back resort. We did make it to the Quivira Golf club. Very classy. We asked for a tour of the course, which was free, but for tip of guide. Very beautiful and challenging course (rate of play 5.5 hours), and $400.00pp. Plus they had no tee times available while we were there. CON:S Number One..for being all inclusive you had to show/swipe your wrist band EVERYWHERE. Here you could add a tip or be charged for something (liquor, food, or services) that were not in your "level" of all inclusive. Very confusing. Entertainment is non-existent. I have never seen such a lame entertainment staff. Sorry who wants to go inside to make beaded bracelets. Seemed everything had an upcharge ( and we were in the highest level of all inclusive). We asked for coconut shrimp and gave the chef the recipe, the butlers came back: "Good news, the chef can make it for you for $30.00 upcharge" we declined. Lastly, they had both a Christmas and New Years special dinner and entertainment on the beach...you guessed it for $50/pp up charge. What is all inclusive about that? A resort holiday party? OVERALL: We would go back, but perhaps with another couple with same expectations. Relax by the pool, read a book, drink, then go have a nice dinner. Next day do the same.

Overall good stay in May ‘24- would recommend to those who like all-inclusive. Hotel facilities are great, modern and clean. Employees were very friendly and attentive. Location is secluded and the adults only approach makes the vibe seem elevated compared to some of the other resorts in town. Things we didn’t love- Food choices are abundant but quality was just ok and downright poor in some cases. The experience and “extra charge” for steaks at Peninsula were not great for the quality of cut of meat. If you eat outside be prepared for Flies buzzing everywhere. This includes the beach area. Pool chairs tough to come by need more since the ocean is not swimmable.
Would recommend Pacifica if you’re looking to try an elevated AI experience in Cabo.

This is our second trip to Pueblo Bonito Pacifica came with a large group. So far, it’s been a wonderful experience each time. The staffs were attentive and friendly. They were able to accomodate our big group for dinner and they gave us the best spot and service in both restaurants (Siempre and Peninsula). We came in the perfect month of May to travel unlike last time in November 2019 (cloudy skies and rain). Not to mentioned we got stuck in the airport and had to stay in a nearby hotel for a night. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel!

Unbelievable experience. Staff…attentive. Grounds…beautiful. Having the all inclusive experience just made everything worry free.
There are some up charges for certain things in the resort like particular brands of expensive alcohol or certain special items on the menu; however, this shouldn’t worry you. There are plenty of excellent brands of alcohol included and the food was amazing. We did an up charge for a meal at one of the sister resorts and I enjoyed it just as much as one of the included meals. All the food is quality. Pro tip: When ordering a cocktail, instead of “vodka soda”, say “Absolute and soda”. You just ask for the brand of alcohol you want in the mix. Otherwise you might get a brand on the lower shelf. Honestly though, I forgot to do this a couple of times and I didn’t notice any difference, but if you have a more refined taste, perhaps you would.
The Pacifico is an adult only venue and so if you like calm and peaceful, this is the place you want to be. You can book a ride to any of the other sister resorts for different levels of activity. It was fun to visit the other, more chaotic places, but we could always come back to the peacefulness of Pacifico.
There is no swimming in the ocean at the Pacifico unless you have a death wish. The rip current is powerful. Don’t do it. We shuttled over to the Rosa where there is ocean swimming. Super fun.
There is a restaurant in the center of the resort where most people go to breakfast. Never disappoints. Carlos B. kept the mimosas coming and the coffee topped off. Itzell was a pleasure. She was the hostess the first day and her lovely smile and friendliness was wonderful. Every day we would make sure to say hi to her, even if she was in another section.

Our children and friends tend to go often and wanted to share the experience with my husband and I. The warm reception set the tone as the resort is set in beautifully manicured surroundings. The staff were kind and helpful, making sure that are needs were cared for. The staff around pool area were outstanding, making sure the area remained tidy and clean. They brought food and drinks as needed and patiently made their rounds around the pool to care for guests. The breakfasts were delicious and they had such a variety of fresh fruits, soups, sushi, omelettes, meats, potatoes as well as hot and cold drinks. My favorite was the french toast that were so fresh and tasty! All the areas around the food were always clean! I had a relaxing massage, along with the sauna, and hot and cold pools. Evening meals at the different restaurants were so beautifully presented and wonderfully delicious!! My favorite was the Asian food close to the pool...such a mixture of flavors and so delicious!!!!! To top of the evenings, Antonio played such great music to dance to so that I was able to release all the energy I had left before going to our room! He played just the right music and kept us all on the dance floor! Thank you Antonio...our family!!! Thank you for the relaxing vacation!!!

Unfortunately you cannot at the Pacifica but their sister resort Rose you can. The pools at the Pacifica are amazing and we could watch whales every morning too!!!
There are more places to choose from in the Cabo San Lucas area.
