II went a year ago solo for my 40th, (going to the Santa Fe for the second time in 3 days) was in an Oceanview and was able to lay out on my balcony and enjoy the view. I lucked out with Covid because they upgraded me for my 40th since there was availability with no questions asked without paying extra. All staff were incredibly hospitable. I left some money on the nightstand for the maids and they didn't take it..I now know I should have left it on the pillow. The first day, I wanted something and an employee tracked one down for me that I should have bought at the store. I have no issues with the food...I stuck to the ceviche and fish and fresh options. I think the complaints are hilarious whenever I read what people say. Such entitlement in so many. I was walking over a bridge over the pool to my room and did some slippy happy dance without hitting the floor, which I hope someone got a good laugh, but just be careful. Slick. My knockoff Tory Burch sandals have no traction. I saw so many people not tipping after they left their table. Leave a damn dollar at least! Just remember what you give out will come back to you. Careful with the doors since they can stay open. Luckily no one bothered mine when I didn't shut it one time. I walked to the marina from the beach every day and tore up my feet bad with flip flops. I think it was 40 min walk. Great exercise. Bring hair conditioner and sunscreen. Clothespins to secure stuff drying on balcony. Yeti cup! Overall very clean place. I felt safe at all times alone.

We got a junior suite and we loved how spacious the room was and the easy alcohol dispensary in the room! The staff was very nice and accommodating. I went there for my birthday this past week and from the moment I got there, they greeted me "Happy Birthday" many times. The staff was very memorable for their kindness, including Luis at the front desk, Israel, and Judith. My husband and I also enjoyed the scenery from this resort overlooking the area of the Arch. It made the place even more beautiful to enjoy. Will definitely come back here again!

This hotel is subpar at most- There is a ton of walking and entertainment shut down at 10pm because of Covid. This doesn't make sense when the locals can party until 5am. Also, because of covid they don't do room service either which is a bummer! This hotel is linked to the Sante Fe and the Baja California hotel. However, the hotel charges you to get a ride between their very own properties. Most large scale resorts provide transportion or golf carts to get around. They wanted to charge $5 per person just to go .4 miles. Insane and such a money grab! When booking your execursions, the reps purposedly don't tell you your transportion is covered for round trip. Many people are stranded because of this. Walmart is a 5 minute ridefrom the resort and they charge per person as well so just know if you have 6 people in your party- to go to the store will cost you $60 round trip! Gas is ony $1 American dollar per gallon. My last major issue with this place is when we went to check out they wanted to charge us over 1k pesos for sheets and towels they said we damaged. When we asked for proof, pics or something they decided it was charged to the incorrect room then apologized. The kitchen staff and ground workers work so hard so if you go make sure you tip during every meal. Cabo is one I'm good with not vacationing again.

Positives: Nice hotel, nice pool, good service. Slightly negative: Food was good at some restaurants and below average at others. But I do recommend purchasing the all-inclusive package so all your meals and drinks are free. Negative: This hotel charged our 2-year-old boy as a full priced adult even though he doesn't eat much. This policy will prevent me from returning net year.
