The Villa La Estancia property is very quiet and a fantastic place to rest and relax. The location is beautiful and well maintained, constantly updated (they are always cleaning, gardening, beautifying things), all the staff members were professional, kind, helpful and friendly. The bell boys can help with your luggage, getting a taxi and they know the best places to go to eat a nice Mexican meal. The front desk and the concierge service are amazing, they are very helpful from booking appointments to restaurants or printing out boarding passes.
The pools were in great condition, the water is warm and nice but if you wish there is a direct access to the open water (which can be a bit more chilly but not too cold). The hot tubs / jacuzzis are really hot and they are always clean (seen people in lab coats come and check the water multiple times). The location was perfect to walk on the beach up to the Marina and downtown easily.
We reserved 2404, a two bedroom condo with full kitchen, three full bathrooms and huge balcony, the place was well designed, loved the decor elements and it has equipped with everything that you might need during your stay. Extremely clean and well maintained facilities, thanks to the management and the people who work here. The location is generally quiet in the evenings but if you wish to go out, the nightlife can be found at the sister resorts on either side.
The gym is well equipped with many different workout machines that you can use. There is a nice spa next to it as well with sauna, steam room and a jacuzzi, the place is always clean and lovely thanks to the people working there.
There are two restaurants on location: La Parilla next to the main pool for drinks and some food during the day, and the La Casona which is an excellent restaurant for dinner (and it also serves and amazing breakfast). There is a convenience store at the resort as well if you need to get some coffee or snack or even something from the pharmacy. The new pickleball courts are a nice addition!

This is the second time to VLE in Cabo and it just gets better each time. We stayed in an ocean view I bedroom suite and I just want to go back! We ate at La Casona every morning and the staff is just so warm and welcoming and remembers you. We never had an issue finding chairs by the pool during the week we were there and Alejandro made sure we were well taken care of, he is the best! I did go to the spa for massage and Alma Kristina provided one of the best massages I've had. Food at the resort restaurant is pretty good, but we were also within walking distance to downtown Cabos so got the best of both worlds. Concierges Oliver and Diana made it easy to get reservations wherever we wanted. housekeeping was injectable, we never saw them in the morning or at turn down service, but they had always been there and kept the room sparkling and stocked. Back to Oliver and Diana and housekeeping..... I left 2 drawers of clothing in the room when I left, I emailed Oliver about it and housekeeping had already found them and put the aside. Oliver then arranged for them to be shipped back to me. So effortless on my part. The team of employees here really are the best and are very much appreciated.

Wife and I escaped the winter chill on a last minute trip to Los Cabos. Found a great deal with several perks (food coupons at hotel restaurants, 2 for 1 excursion and free massage at the spa.
This hotel is nestled between two other Villas (Villa del Palmar and Villa del Arco). La Estancia was definitely the nicest of the 3 with private access for guests. We could visit the other two, but you had to have a key to access La Estancia.
Great amenities and Super clean. Nice gym with hot tub/sauna/showers/lockers and exterior heated pool with swim up bar and 5 hot tubs... never too crowded. Beach access was easy too. Did I mention how clean it was. Workers were always cleaning both in and out. We were also brought fresh towels and water bottles each evening. The spa for massages is located at Villa del Arco (next door) and was amazing. The amenities to use there before/after massages were fabulous. Little market and restaurants are a little pricier than going downtown, but lots of options and you can use the various restaurants at all 3 villas.
Close to the marina in downtown CSL... it's about a 20 minute walk but we also opted to use Uber which cost about USD $3.50 each way... definitely cheaper than a taxi. We did have to walk 1 minute down to the gate for pickup, but hardly an issue and on the return legs they let our drivers drop us off in front of the lobby.
Would highly recommend Villa La Estancia and would definitely stay again! Loved it and very impressed.

I traveled with my husband and teenage son in July to VDE. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was perfect for us.
First, the grounds and room were gorgeous. Everything was so well maintained- no chipped paint or wear and tear in the room at all. Even the cushions on the balcony furniture were perfectly cleaned. Housekeeping returned everyday and did way more than would be considered a normal mid-stay cleaning in the US.
The service by the pool and in the restaurants was awesome, Alberto and Michelle at La Casona were especially memorable but everyone was great, We ate Breakfast there twice and dinner twice. We had lunch in the pool restaurant once. The bartenders at the pool remembered our names and I promise we didn't drink that much :).
The pool was busy but we were able to get loungers for two of us each day.
Lesson Learned- I will definitely go back but won't do the all-inclusive option for a couple of reason.
First, there isn't much dining variety at Estancia alone. In fact, there is only one restaurant/bar open at a time. The desire for variety forces you to go to Palmar or Arco if you have the all inclusive. While the food was fine at both of these places, the waits were long and they were very crowded. In fact, we tried to go to the pizza place at Palmar one night at 8:15. They closed at 10:30 but said the wait was so long they would not be able to accommodate us AT ALL that night. We waited in line at the host stand for 15 minutes just to be told that. We ended up eating in the sport bar and it was busy but ok.
Second, the whole check signing thing is laborious and confusing. We had drinks included at Palmar and Arco. Everywhere we went we got two checks to sign. I know there was a 15% gratuity on the alcohol we paid for at Estancia but nobody could seem to tell me what gratuity was included in the all-inclusive portion. so we just tipped 20%. It also wasn't like other all inclusives with easy access to food by the pool etc. Also, since you weren't allowed to use the pool (fine with me because it was too crowded). at the other hotels, we only could get drinks there with meals.
The spa was very nice and my services were great. The gym at Estancia was small and crowded at times. The gym at Arcos was much bigger but we could only use it if we paid $30.
All that said, we'll definitely be going back to Estancia, will just try and avoid the other two resorts and maybe go out for meals more often for some variety.

Excellent experience here. The facilities are beautiful and the pool amazing. Access to a ton of beach activities right off the back.
We were in a two bedroom suite, it had everything you’d need and they even stocked us with some necessities upon check in (paper towels, dish soap, etc). Yes, there’s a fully stocked kitchen.
I have to say the highlight of this resort is definitely the food and their staff though. We went to the pool every day and Alberto specifically took excellent care of us. Would come back just to see him and will definitely be booking a stay here in the near future.

The staff was so friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. Fredy, Irma, Adrian, Angela, & Selene at La Casona were exceptional in their service, remembering details such as our names & food sensitivities/allergies as we revisited the restaurant through our stay. Our entire stay at Villla La Estancia was memorable and absolutely beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised to have happy anniversary treats on the dining table and a beautiful mosaic commemorating our anniversary on our bed when we arrived. We loved the cookies & extra waters delivered every night—a fun treat at the end of the day. The all-inclusive package we purchased was definitely worth it as we enjoyed excellent food & fabulous service at the restaurants between all three resorts. We were especially impressed with the buffet breakfasts and the absolutely delicious burger at the Sports Bar. We enjoyed musical shows & outstanding food at 4 of the 7 theme nights that we attended at Villa del Palmar and want to give a special shout out to the Michael Jackson impersonator who gave a stellar performance. The grounds of all three resorts were beautifully maintained, and the pool at Villa La Estancia was a favorite destination of ours each day. We look forward to returning soon!

Four of us stayed in one of the two bedroom residences with full living room and kitchen. The place was spotless and the daily maid service complete. We were particularly delighted with the customer service provided by Lupita at the front area who was kind, patient, compassionate and very helpful! The food at La Casona for breakfast each day was marvelous and the views of the Sea of Cortez were spectacular. We received a special Black Friday rate and it also included two 50 minute massages-the most amazing spa facility I have ever visited. Overall we truly loved our experience there -and-the weather was perfect too! A great place for a special occasion!

beautiful two bedroom, three bathroom condo, great for families with kids with a mother-n-law layout to provide spacious areas for both kids and adults. jacuzzis overlooking both pools and beach, many to choose from, pool areas were very nice and people were very friendly. there was a huge patio with outside kitchen and grill, two sitting areas, and plenty of space for the kids to play. only tricky part was that the closest market was small and very overpriced, ie., $60.00 for a bottle of relatively cheap wine… and no products for kids needing formula and such. on site restaurants were good but pricey. would recommend!

We recently spent 8 nights (February 2023) at La Villa Estancia. The positives; every staff member we encountered were super nice, attentive and on point. The grounds are very well kept. Our one bedroom unit was clean, spacious and fully equipted. The food at their restaurants was good. Good place for families with children. Location is good as it's away from the crazy beaches closer to downtown and the Marina, but a 10 minute walk on the beach and you're in town. The negatives; it's not appropriate for couples only. What we experienced firsthand ;toddlers with diapers in the pool and hottub. Adults sitting on large inflatable pool toys in the hottub taking up lots of room. Small kids blocking the hot tub entrance (both hot tubs), kids running around crying and screaming. Kids peeing in the pool. There is only one bathroom/one stall for females and one for males in the pool area, really not enough with the large amount of people that I observed by the pool. With the amount of kids in our pool, I paid attention to how often moms or dads would take their toddlers, small children out of the pool to go potty, did not happen much. So, where did these kids/toddlers go? YUCK! Not enough lounge chairs for every guest. You had the option of "all inclusive" but it's not really. The HOA doesn't allow alcohol to be included and the premium dishes and meats are NOT included, you just get a 20% discount. The rooms/condos come with a very spacious balcony but you have to share it with the room next door, to me this is a secuirt risk as you don't know who your neighbors are. We never slept with either sliding glass doors unlocked at night. Unfortunately, we were talked into staying here by a friend of my husband's, it was not my first choice. I would not recommend this property unless you are travelling with children or grandchildren. Stay away if you are on a couples only trip.

Our 5 day stay was amazing! 8 people in total, 2 adults 6 kids ages 10-16, 3 rooms, went all inclusive for food. Food at every restaurant was amazing. Literally never a bad meal and we ate at every possible location across each of the properties. Service was amazing. Quick and friendly every time. Beach access was perfect. Lots of locals selling various things, but not annoying. Will definitely return.
