We truly enjoyed our time at the 1 Homes Preview Cabo this Christmas 2022. We went with our entire family, 3 daughters and grandparents. As soon as we arrived we were an awe of this beautiful property!! We were happily greeted by Jose who helped us check in smoothly and he gave us great recommendations for restaurants and attractions . As soon as we walked in our suite, we were welcomed by a tray of homemade delicious guacamole and chips, and local fresh fruit and drinks. The property is in a great, safe location, walking distance to the marina, restaurants, supermarket, mini mall etc., the ocean view rooms are spectacular with spacious accommodations, very comfortable bedding, and were kept incredibly clean by the housekeeping staff each day and evening . We thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the gorgeous poolside and views of the beach and can’t say enough about the friendly, superb service we received from Aaron at the bar, our waiters Fernando Luis, Arcenio, Edson and Miguel. They made sure we were comfortably taken care of. Chef Hugo prepared our delicious lunches which we still talk about . We thoroughly recommend this property for a peaceful taste of paradise!!

My husband and I stayed 7 nights at 1 Homes and had a spectacular experience. I heavily researched hotels before deciding to stay here based on the location and the other reviews, and it did not disappoint. In fact, it exceeded our expectations.
Like the other reviewers have said, words can not express how amazing and kind the staff are at 1 Homes. Shoutout to Jose and Cindy for answering my many emails prior to arrival to help arrange transportation as well as excursions. It was so nice to meet both of you in person! Jose arranged a private trip to San Jose del Cabo for dinner and their Thursday night art-walk and it was perfection. Also, shout out to the talented bar and pool staff - Aaron, Eduardo, Andreas, Arcenio, Edwin, Andy, and Brendan (and everyone else that was working the week of Jan 16th). The service and drinks as well as the convos were perfection! Christian who is the head of Food and Beverage also arrange a tequila/mezcal and tapas tasting with Aaron. I HIGHLY recommend this if you can fit it into your schedule. Aaron taught us so much about tequila and how it is sourced/made. Christian made sure to ask us our preference for tapas and since we love raw fish, the tapas consisted of inventive dishes of different fish/seafood. Absolutely delicious! Every single person that works at 1 Homes is wonderful. They all deserve a raise!
The resort itself is absolutely breathtaking. We had an Oceanfront condo with the perfect view of the Sea of Cortez. Our room was spotless and housekeeping came twice a day based on our time preference to clean our condo to perfection. The nightly treats were such a nice touch! There are 3 pools and we chose the beachfront pool each day. I was worried prior to arrival that being that the hotel is on Medano beach, it would be crowded with pedlars trying to sell you stuff, but the 1 Homes is far enough down from the Office and other popular spots that we barely ever saw anybody trying to sell stuff. It was very peaceful laying at the pool after late nights out. Since there is not a restaurant on site, they have an adorable food truck set up by the pool bar which I thought was ingenious and all of the food was restaurant quality. Another thing I was also worried about prior to arrival was the review that mentioned construction. They are building the 1 Hotel next door but they do a good job of blocking the construction from view. We could not hear the construction from the left side of the pool and we never heard anything from our room (#6603) even when we were on our balcony, but I could see it being a bother if you had a marina side room facing the construction.
Lastly, my husband and I travel A LOT domestically and internationally and usually only stay at 5-star hotels/resorts and have fantastic experiences, BUT this is THE 1st place we have stayed where my husband said he would come back every single year instead of exploring a new destination. Moral of this long review: Book here! You won't regret it!

Birthday trip for my wife's 55th Birthday which included my 27 year old daughter, 25 year old son, and his girlfriend for a total of 5 people in a 4 bedroom unit which had remarkable views and was huge! Our family travels a lot and when my wife first walked into our unit she literally said "This might be the nicest place we have ever stayed!" This place is spotless and very well maintained and we even received daily housekeeping, which try to get that anywhere in the United States now, and the unit was kept as clean as the property itself. Cindy in the lobby/guest services was remarkable along with all the staff. I can't say we met one unfriendly person right down to the gentlemen who maintain the landscaping. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything and for a bonus the staff literally drives you from the lobby to the front gate in golf carts and then returns to pick you up every time you leave the property 24/7. Thank you to all the 1 Homes staff for a fantastic week in Cabo and we will certainly be returning soon!

Our family spent the holidays at One Homes Cabo and had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the amenities were as shown and well maintained, and the short walk to the marina lets you explore many of Cabo’s activities without getting in a car. The rooms were clean and well-appointed and our patio’s incredible vista from the mouth of the Marina past the arch to the open ocean was incredible.
Chef Max Cortez cooked us a wonderful meal one night, one of the best of our trip, and was happy to add some freshly-caught mahi mahi to his menu when we returned from a successful fishing trip.

We’ve been to Cabo many times and have stayed at many of the top resorts (ie, Grand Solmar, Auberge Chileno Bay, MECabo, Montage), but we found our spot moving forward: 1 Homes Cabo. It’s right in central Cabo, which is convenient and fun, but once on the property you’re a world away from the bustle of the city. It’s beautifully landscaped. There are two pools with one centralized in the resort that is more relaxing, while the other is right on the beach & has seemingly more action. We used the pickle ball courts daily. The two gyms were beyond almost any property we’ve stayed at - Cabo or elsewhere. We didn’t book massages but we did use the spa. Lockers, a cold plunge, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and more.
Our room was stylish, layout logical, & extremely well-appointed with all that was needed for our comfort. We especially enjoyed having a kitchen & washer/dryer.
The staff was unbelievable. Always eager to help & warm in greeting us, but never overbearing. This balance is difficult to strike & a plus that shouldn’t be underestimated in terms of importance when aiming for a relaxing stay. There was never any pressure applied or any feeling of us inconveniencing anyone.

My husband and I decided to visit Los Cabos for our anniversary. Since we love both vibrant, bustling experiences, as well as relaxing serene atmospheres, we opted for both sides of Los Cabos.
Our first destination was Cabo San Lucas. During our 4 nights there, we stayed at 1 Homes Preview Cabo, and we were so happy we did.
Upon arrival, Cindy greeted us and showed us around the property. Throughout our stay, she was a great point of contact and always so eager to help.
We booked the 1 Bedroom Marina View Home. This particular condo was absolutely beautiful with modern finishes and plunge pool. We opted for the Marina view because we enjoy looking at the city lights in the evening and thought it would make for a more lively experience.
There are two pools on property. One is quieter and a bit more serene, while the other is expansive with the large patio pool bar sitting between both sections. We enjoyed relaxing at the larger pool during the day, listening to live music and dining on tasty food & drinks. Edson and Andres at the pool bar were excellent!
Our favorite spot to visit while at 1 Homes was the Mezcal Bar. We highly recommend the mixologist Aaron, who was personable and made fantastic drinks. One of our favorite drinks was the Pastor Margarita. Aaron really added his personal touch to each drink and helped to elevate our stay.
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The location of 1 Homes was so pleasant that you almost forget that you are staying in a condo, as it functions like a luxury hotel. With that being said, there were no inconveniences. There’s a restaurant at the Hacienda next door which allows those staying at 1 Homes to visit and order room service. Also, please note that the property is located on an incline, but there is always someone available to shuttle you to and from wherever you need to go with minimal to no wait time if you don’t feel like walking.
We had a great experience at this beautiful and well thought out property. We highly recommend 1 Homes Preview Cabo for anyone who enjoys luxury and relaxation in the heart of the city.

We had an amazing stay at One Homes Preview in Cabo! The attention to detail displayed by all staff was second to none. From the exquisite care of the concierge team led by Emmanuel Robles to the poolside cocktail servers - Shout out to Edson for taking great care of us each day with our drink and lunch orders! The staff also helped us with water activities - jet ski and paddleboards - basically any request you may have. The housekeeping staff was also very attentive and ensured our rooms were clean and tidy each day. Members of the team will drive you in golf carts around the property if needed and assist in obtaining taxis or directions to other venues outside. We felt very secure and safe at all times as well. 1 Homes has consistently exceeded all our expectations. This was our second time staying at 1Homes and we enjoyed ourselves even more than last year as we re-established our relationship with the staff and were better acquainted with the facility and surrounding area. The facility is very well maintained and designed with high quality furniture. The condos have glass walls that open up to allow indoor/outdoor living. The pool and beach are excellent. While they don't have a restaurant on-site, there is a Cafe in the lobby for coffee, drinks, salads and sandwiches and also a food truck by the pool with an extensive menu. The food was excellent and both facilities staffed by courteous individuals. Room service is provided by La Hacienda which is on the same property and serves excellent food. We enjoyed eating-in one night after a full day of activities.
What differentiates 1 Homes from other resorts are the professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring staff. Jose, Cindy and Javier and the other staff (pool, café, etc.) are there to serve the needs of their customers. Excellent advice and willingness to go the extra mile to address any guest's needs made all who dealt them feel special.
As you prepare for dinner and desire a drink before or even after dinner, you can enjoy a conversation at the Mezcal Bar. The bar offers an informal place to meet other guests and experience a variety of mezcal. 1Homes location makes it easy to partake of the various restaurants in the area and transport is readily available by taxis and Uber for more outlying venues.

Choosing where to stay in and around Cabo San Lucas can be overwhelming. We were thrilled to discover that 1 Hotels had a property in Cabo, having had great experiences at other locations. This property is a preview, essentially larger suites within a residential complex, likely the first phase of a full hotel build-out. Despite this, there are enough amenities—like a lobby bar, beach bar, beach restaurant, and multiple pools—that it doesn’t feel limited. It feels more like staying at a luxury residence than a resort hotel.
Our check-in experience was excellent. The hotel shares an entrance with the Hacienda, so you're picked up in a golf cart. Allan, who picked us up, was a delight, and Jose at check-in was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The room was very spacious, with a large dining area, private plunge pool, kitchen, and even laundry facilities. We had an ocean view room, which I highly recommend; it's far superior to the harbor view, especially since these rooms are so large you might spend a lot of time in them.
The pools and beach are the main reasons to stay here. There are three pools: one on an upper terrace, which is nice, but the beach pools are more popular. The beach area includes two pools, a bar, and a taco truck. Our experience at the beach and pool was the highlight of our stay. Martini and Arsenio were outstanding, always ensuring we had everything we needed.
One of the stresses of being in Cabo is the constant pressure of being sold tours, souvenirs, and being pulled into restaurants or bars. This property, and especially its staff, helped reset our vacation mindset, making everything feel calmer and more relaxing.

We were absolutely blown away by 1 Homes. Our room was absolutely gorgeous. Modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We had the most beautiful view and the location was perfect. Right on Medano beach so easy access to restaurants, etc. the pool right in the beach was amazing too. But most of all, the staff was so wonderful. Jose showed us our room and was so sweet and kind! We could easily text any of the staff and were helped immediately with taxis, more nespresso pods, and helping us to connect to the speakers in our room. It was truly an amazing experience for all of us girls (it was a trip with my besties from college). We would absolutely stay there again and recommend for anyone with a larger group.
