Our 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo was very spacious and well equipped. The master suite is large with coean views, two closets (although one is locked out for the owner), 2 vanities, a soaking tub, seprate shower and separate water closet. The living room is large with an ocean view and wrap around deck. The kitchen is also large and includes a wsher and dryer. The resort has a well equipped fitness center, two pools, including an adult pool, and several bars. However, we did not eat in the restaurant as the resort is walking distance to the Cabos Marina and literally dozens of restaurants. The staff is friendly and the service is good. This is our third stay at Hacienda Beach Club.

Our favorite place in Cabo based on location, luxury rooms, and super awesome staff! We’ve stayed here at least 8 times and it’s always been the best! We are buddies with Manny at the pool and when you check in Hugo is there with a happy smile. These rooms are the nicest resort rooms we’ve visited and it always feels very relaxing here. This is an all-around incredible hotel. It takes a village for every aspect of a stay to be 10/10 and the Hacienda does it. Its location is the best if you want amazing restaurants in walking distance, the best beach in Cabo, and privacy while being near everything you could possibly want. The actual rooms are wonderful too. They are tastefully decorated in traditional Mexican décor, cleaned to perfection upon arrival and with the daily service, and you can even drink the water from the faucet. The service here is top-notch which for me is the most important part. From the moment we entered the gates and they said "welcome home" we experienced five star service. The staff does not make you feel like an inconvenience at all, each and every person we encountered at the Hacienda made us feel like they were truly happy to meet us and have us stay there and help with whatever request we had. Even the gardeners say "buenos dias" without fail.
The pool was the main attraction for us. We didn't do any excursions or anything we just hung by the pool and beach our entire trip and thoroughly enjoyed every moment there. Both times we've been to the Hacienda it has always been easy to get a chair at the pool, not crowded, very peaceful and relaxing. Carlos Batalla was our main waiter by the pool and he was absolutely outstanding. Octavio and Miguel also did a wonderful job and Mauricio did a wonderful job managing the chairs and towels. I would give anything to be back there being handed another warm towel from Mauricio as I walk from the pool to my chair!

Hacienda Beach club is an oasis amidst the craziness (in the best way) that can be Cabo. The resort sits on the quietest stretch of El Medano beach, very few people and vendors, the water is pristine. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed, I would splurge for an ocean view as you can spend your whole day admiring the view. The pool area is divine. Mature flora and fauna that provide a respite from the desert landscape and plenty of plush lounge chairs and umbrellas. The service at the pool is excellent, drinks delicious and very tasty food. With any 5 star review the service is key and at Hacienda the staff goes above and beyond. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. I have to mention Manual at the front desk, he really possesses a can-do attitude, he's there to answer all your questions, make sure you're happy and comfortable, just an all-around good human. Narciso also works the front desk, he is a great asset as well, working well with Manuel to make sure all the guests are happy. This review would not be complete without a big thank you to Sebastian the front office manager. Sebastian really treated us like VIP's, he's running the show with style and grace, a true gentleman, thanks for your help.

This was the second year in a row that we stayed in the King’s View Penthouse at the Hacienda Beach Resort in Cabo to celebrate Christmas and New Years. The Hacienda’s Cabo location is perfect…we can walk to all our favorite restaurants, and the marina is just a few steps away full of shop and restaurants. All of the spacious rooms in the Kings View Penthouse have full ocean views and balconies. Perfect for watching a morning sunrise with a cup of coffee. The Penthouse is well kept and extremely clean. Housekeeping comes everyday to keep it that way. The kitchen has great appliances and lots of amenities. The owner and staff of Hacienda Premier Properties are very helpful and answered all my many questions in a timely manner. They also helped us arrange airport transportation and a private chef for our Christmas Dinner in the penthouse. We have stayed in a few different residences at the Hacienda Beach Reaort before, will definitely be returning to The King’s View!

What a fantastic place to spend a week in Cabo San Lucas! Our condo that we rented on VRBO could not have been better! Everything was clean and very nicely decorated! We had a wonderful patio that looked out over the beach and it was so relaxing to sit with my coffee every morning to watch the sunrise! The location is absolutely perfect - literally across the street from a marina entrance - making all activities and many restaurants available nearby! Hacienda has an incredible pool area with awesome food and beverage service available. The concierge people could not be any nicer and they were available at all hours to help with anything we needed. I would book Hacienda Beach Club again and again and again! Highly recommend!

Just got back from our 5th stay with Hacienda Premier Properties and for this trip we had six couples, so we rented both the King's View and the Queen's View, each having four Ocean View bedrooms and located atop building number five at The Hacienda... by far the quietest building at the Hacienda and furthest away from the party bars down the beach.
It was an amazing four-night stay for our group... Sportfishing for the guys, shopping for the ladies and spa days for everyone inside the Penthouses... all wonderful thanks to the staff of Marina Sol Nail Bar & Spa providing all the services for us at very reasonable prices. Rosa and her staff helped with everything including private transportation, in-house private chefs and outside activities. Great restaurants within walking distance. If you’re interested in staying at the Hacienda and you’d like a four-bedroom property that’s top-notch, check out Hacienda Premier Properties as they will accommodate you in style.

Everything Was Top Notch 👌🏼. Hacienda Beach Club & Residences is located in a prime time location walking distance to almost everything in Cabo. The staff was stellar aand the property itself was gorgeous. Our room was spacious, having everything we needed and thensome with fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, bathtub with jets, walk in shower with great pressure. The gym on site was one the best ones I’ve had access to at a resort. Our balcony view was super, and the balcony is very big as well. My wife and I loved watching the sun set everyday. Do yourself a favor and stay here, you won’t regret it.

Our family has been coming here for 9 years and we absolutely think this is the best place to stay in Cabo based on location, accommodations, food & beverage services and mainly the staff! Many of the staff has been here for many years and their service is amazing. Manny is just amazing and always makes sure we have everything we need at the pool. The servers, Ramundo, Sergio, Nicholas, Rodrigo and all the rest are just amazing. The beach staff lead by Jorge and Diego are always happy to set up chairs and get the kids beach toys! Miguel and the concierge staff are great and helps to set reservations and coordinate activities. Everyone knows our whole family by name and really goes the extra mile. PS. Our granddaughters only want Mr Manny to assist them with towels and cant get the morning started without saying Hola to him.

Our experience there is yes they all have 2 bathrooms. We have stayed in 1 bedroom to a Villa and all of them match the number of bathrooms to bedrooms. Our last one was 4 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms plus a half bath.

All employees are wearing masks, guests don’t wear outside, some do. I didn’t feel restricted at all. But I’m pretty calm about it overall, I travel often and it’s been good so far.
There are more places to choose from in the Cabo San Lucas area.
