We had the best family vacation at Marina Sol. The staff were all so very helpful with anything and everything. The location is so great for getting around walking distance to the Marina and Walmart for those extra things you might want or need. The penthouse that we stayed in was a perfect fit for our family of 5 adults and two younger children plenty of room. The Condo was very clean and well equipped, we didn't need anything at all it came with plenty of towels, beach toys, beach chairs some fun games for the evenings. The pool & hot tub are so nice and clean too, lots of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas to sit and relax and read a book in the shade. There is a club house that has a pool table and ping pong table we all had a fun time playing in there too. The grounds are beautifully kept making this place extra nice. The restaurant on site served delicious food and drinks and the staff is very friendly always so cheerful. If you like seafood I suggest trying their avocado prawn salad it is so fresh and delicious I had it a few times! there is a nice little market on site too making it convenient if you need any last minutes items. Our family will definitely be coming back and recommend this place to others for sure thank you for making our vacation so great!

Marina Sol was an excellent choice for our girls trip! The spacious villas accommodated us each with our own bedroom and bathroom, a balcony with a beautiful pool view complete with a bbq and full kitchen. The pool restaurant and bar was great fun with various live music throughout the week. The spa on-site was a pleasant surprise and top notch offering a wide variety of professional services free from peddlers with very reasonable rates. We always enjoy our stay at Marina Sol! The location can't be beat. Marina Sol is within walking distance to the beach and to downtown. They have a great pool, market and restaurant on site. They have great security too. They have a new spa that offers massages and pedicures that we didn't get a chance to use. It looked very nice. A702 is a 2 story 5 bedroom, it also has a washer and dryer for convenience. I highly recommend Marina Sol as well as A702.

Thanks to all the fun and friendly staff of Marina Sol Premier Properties for making our last vacation to Cabo a special one. We went down with a large group of 10 and rented the big 5 bedroom Ultimate Penthouse - has a pool table in the great room and a huge island in the kitchen for 10 to dine at. We had a private chef one day for breakfast and again for a delicious Mexican dinner and we brought our own booze and wines so we saved on the alcohol bill we would normally get at a high end restaurant. Julie was very helpful with all our extra needs and they have an office located in the lobby so that is super convenient for sure. One of the highlights was getting massages in the privacy of the Penthouse as they have the Marina Sol Nail Bar & Spa located in the lobby of the Resort across from the mini market which was also a nice feature to go with the 3 on-site restaurants they have at the Resort (we liked the food and prices at the Oasis restaurant the best)!! Would recommend this place for sure as this was a great value all the way around.

Sara’s Condo worked very well for the 2 of us during our stay first stay in Cabo Nov 13-17, 2022. The condo was accurately described and a very good value. The location was great, only a 5-minute walk from Medano Beach and all the bars and restaurants and 10 minutes from the marina and the mall. A new Chedraui Market is located in the mall and opened the day we left. The condo looks out over the street and not over the courtyard and pool but worked for us. For those concerned with safety, we felt very safe in the area.
Security at the resort helped us to our room and made sure we were able to get in ok. The resort has several entrances and exits in addition to the main entrance and a card is provided so you enter and exit easily.
The queen bed was comfortable. Sara was a great host and very responsive. The Marina Sol Residences and Resort had a nice pool and a great poolside bar/restaurant. We ate there several times and food, and service was as great. The resort was itself very comfortable and people were friendly. There is a small market, a hair/nail salon and real estate/rental office as well as the concierge for activities that we did not use.
Appreciate all the extras like candy, bottled water to start, beach/pool towels and chairs. Nice veranda with BBQ and comfortable seating, but we were on the go and did not use it much. The water in the condo is not drinkable and bottled water should be used.
There are several restaurants close by. Good tacos at Tacos Gardenias. La Lupita is right across the street and while we did not eat at this one, we enjoyed the La Lupita in San Jose. Many beach clubs just over the hill: The Office, The Mango Deck, Corazon. The one we liked best was The Hungry Shark. Great food and the best service on the deck overlooking the beach and all the activities going on. We had breakfast at La Casa Country at the marina. Try the Stuffed French Toast. Huge and delicious. Either of our meals we could have shared. Also, Baja Brewing is located on the 7th floor of the Corazon with views from on high. Also, all the popular bars near the marina!
We like to keep doors open where we can at night, so we don’t have to sleep with air conditioning on. The area was noisy at night including the street noise and music from the surrounding area. Not a deal breaker, but good to know.

If you are looking for super fancy and glitz- go somewhere else. Marina Sol is a place of peace and relaxation but walking distance to Medano Beach, the marina, and any other Caboholic activity you wish to enjoy. The pool area is exceptional and ginormous and also features a very nice “club house” with pool and ping pong. The palapa restaurant is basic but very good with the best happy hour and daily food specials we have ever found. The apartment we had was very clean and more than adequate. There was a water filtration machine in the room which we used and appreciated. Only issue we had was with the TV cable locking up or not available. But hey- you don’t come to Cabo to watch TV. Thanks to everyone for making our visit so enjoyable. Thanks especially to Juliette and Ivan in the front office. See you next year.

We have stayed in Cabo many times, Marina Sol is always our family fav! We book through the team at Marina Sol Premier Properties, the attention to detail in their suites always go above and beyond your expectations.
The 4 Bedroom Sunset Penthouse is an amazing 2 level suite, with 4 private bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms and the sunsets truly are amazing.
Highly recommend this property, especially for multi-family groups. Look forward to our next visit to Cabo!

First time in Mexico and we chose well with this venue.Close to beaches and shops but not near the party areas,about 5 minutes away if that's your idea of a holiday.
It's a big time share place for mostly Canadians and Americans.
The local staff are so friendly greeting you every time with a smile.Not like some guests!
Inside the resort the managers,particularly Rosa and manager of the bar and shop, Heather, were exceptional with advice. Rookie error we left our backpack outside and an hour into our drive to La Paz Rosa rang to let us know.Passports,credit cards and my drivers licence were kept safely by Rosa and returned as we came by.
I suggest this place suits families and people who want reasonable accomodation and intend supporting local businesses...not the massive all inclusive US enclaves!
It's a big time share place for mostly Canadians and Americans.

marina sol condo complex is amazing. We loved everything about it: location (central to everything- one of the best beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, marina, car rental), staff (very professional, friendly, ready to help), condo we stayed at ( clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed to cook), restaurants on premises (serve great food/drinks). I highly recommend this resort.

I was there in November and don’t recall seeing any play structures.
The pool restaurant and bar was not open in July. There was a remodel of that area going on. Not sure if it open now.
There are quite a few restaurants within a block of Marina Sol.

they are doing some remodeling now and the plan is to have it opened by August 1st , we do have 2 other restaurants in the lobby that is also offering pool side service around the pool area and swim up bar , so lots of food and beverage service options available now for all guest coming for Vacation to Marina Sol
