I went on a trip to Cabo with three of my girl friends and we stayed at ME for 6 days. Our entire stay was absolutely wonderful and we loved every single minute of it. The restaurant staff at each restaurant on premise was incredibly kind, considerate, and thoughtful. The food was delicious! Mario was the biggest sweetheart. He made us feel so at home and welcomed at all times. We felt incredibly safe during our entire stay, we used Uber to go into nearby towns and they verified we were guests of the hotel each time with security which again, made us feel very safe the entire time. The hotel itself is one of the most gorgeous hotels I have ever stayed at. The views are impeccable, you are right on the beach, and within walking distance from so many restaurants, and bars. The entire staff at the hotel is just lovely, extremely considerate, polite, and accommodating. I can not rave more about our experience because we truly had the best time with zero complaints. It was the trip of a lifetime with so many amazing memories made in Cabo in general and at the ME. The pool was perfect for tanning, swimming, and drinking a coconut water. The one thing I will mention is that it is a day club and will get busy/loud during the weekends. However, we knew that when we booked and didn’t mind at all. The music always stopped at a responsible time, everyone who came into the hotel for the day club was polite and stayed in that location (no one wondered into the hotel). We had an amazing time. Our room was also perfectly clean, always staffed with free bottled water, and we could control the temperature ourself with lovely views. If you are curious - book it! The people, the environment, the weather, the views, everything is amazing!!

I travel everywhere and I re-visited ME Cabo for the 4th of July after a few years hiatus back when what is Taboo now was Blue Marlin Ibiza and let me tell you, what a transformation! The hotel is stunning in every aspect, and I can truly say that ME Cabo is somewhere where you get what you pay for. From the moment you pull up and are greeted by bell boys such as Daniel, you know you are in for a treat. He was such a genuine nice person to interact with each morning in the lobby. Once you walk in, you will be completely blown away by the open-air lobby and unreal views of the Sea of Cortez and Arches. My check in agent, Ricardo, was so welcoming and hospitable and really took care of me. However, the real highlight of my stay was my personal concierge, Luis! He was absolutely amazing. As someone who's entire career is in the Hospitality industry and has worked for some of the most reputable hotel brands in the world such as The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott and 1 Hotels, I couldn't have been more impressed with his Hospitality. He was on it in every aspect and definitely went out of his way when I encountered unexpected random situations. Initially I wasn't too pleased with my room assignment and Luis did everything in his power to make me happy and he did just that and then some. My new room was BEAUTIFUL (ROOM 415). It was ultra-modern, chic, immaculately spotless clean, absolutely huge, and had all the cool Cabo decor throughout. I loved it. Thank you to Rocio the front desk manager as well who made things happen! The food and beverage program, run by Rosa Negra group, is the best. If you travel to Mexico, then you already know. From the amazing food, presentations, service and vibes, it truly doesn't get better. Major shout to Victor and Mojo for the top-notch service poolside at Taboo. Also, Chris the manager. Loved Florencia the Taboo hostess at the front. What a vibe Taboo is. As someone who lives in Miami and goes to all the hot spots, I felt so in my element. An absolute must if you are visiting Cabo. The free breakfast at Mamazitta's was delicious as well. I had an amazing stay, and I can't wait to be back again later this year. Thank you to your amazing staff Luis, Ricardo, Daniel, Rocio, Victor, Mojo, Florencia and others for the amazing experience. Staying at ME Cabo is truly an experience.

Starting on our arrival at the resort, Oscar, Sergio and Jose, who have been there for over ten years, greet guests at door, remember us and make us feel right at home.
Gabby (Gabriel), also there over ten years at guest services, takes great care to ensure that everything about your stay is perfect. She really goes above and beyond to give everyone the five-star experience that the Me Cabo is famous for.
We love the pool scene with lots of comfortable lounges, attentive service, music and party atmosphere has lots of fun energy. If you come Saturday afternoon it is rocking.
If I won the lottery I'd eat all my meals at the wonderful restaurants at Me Cabo, but alas, we limit our spending to a few drinks and snacks at the pool (it’s pricey) and instead walk to the many nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner.
We find the fantastic sunrise and sunset on the arch view cannot be beat!
Can't wait to return!

You would think that, for a hotel that isn’t all-inclusive, the quality would be exceptional, justifying the extra cost. Unfortunately, it kept falling short. First, the room was incredibly small, even though I paid for an oceanfront upgrade, which felt like a waste of money. To make matters worse, our room was right below Craft, and the noise was unbearable, lasting until midnight. They offered to move us halfway through the stay, but who wants to pack everything up and relocate mid-trip?
On top of that, getting a towel at the pool was a hassle—you couldn’t get one unless you paid for a front-row pool chair. One day, when I managed to grab a towel, they actually asked me to return it before heading to my room, leaving me to walk back soaking wet in my swimsuit. The pool bar was another disaster. It’s better to pay as you go because when I settled up at the end, I spent 20 minutes arguing with the bartender to remove drinks I hadn’t ordered. It ruined the whole poolside experience for me.
As for the pool itself, it doesn’t even have a good ocean view, which seems like a missed opportunity, and the flooring was falling apart. On weekends, the pool turns into a Vegas-style nightclub, making it impossible to relax.
That said, there were a few positives. The spa was wonderful—the staff was lovely, and I had a great massage. The Asian restaurant was decent, though not ideal since it’s hot and you’re eating in the sand. Breakfast was also enjoyable every morning. And of course, the ocean was stunning—crystal clear water and soft sand.
But honestly, you can get the same experience at an all-inclusive for a lot less money.

The property and the service was good. The property was almost totally deserted with only a handful of people at the pool and nobody in the restaurants in the evening. The property is in a good location and was well maintained. However, ME Cabo did not help me in any way to correct an error that was made using Southwest Airlines Hotels website to book my reservation. My real issue is with Southwest Airlines Hotels as their website is confusing and caused an easy to make error that proved to be very costly for me. The site asked for a “booker” and a “guest” so I entered myself as the booker and my girlfriend as my guest. Well, as it turns out, my girlfriend was the only person on this reservation so I did not get my 19,000 Southwest bonus points. I called Southwest Hotels customer service and they suggested that I cancel and rebook and they would try to get a refund for the first reservation. I paid $1,300 again and everything went through fine. However, I did not get my refund on the first reservation. ME Cabo and Southwest Airlines Hotels refused to refund the first reservation and refused my bonus points on the first reservation as my girlfriend’s name did not match my Southwest FF#. Though ME Cabo did not cause the error, I would have hoped that they would have done something to help my situation. They chose not to. So, ME Cabo got paid twice for the same nights which cost me $2,600. I will not return to ME Cabo as I do not support bad customer service policies. Be very careful if you ever use Southwest Airlines to book a hotel or you could be out big $$.

Beautiful resort with amazing views of the sea Pool area VERY loud with music blaring most of the day - we did stay during spring break so kinda expected it but not this loud. Lots of wild 18 year olds drinking, a few were carried out of the beach club Food in the hotel is nice including room service. The hotel provides shampoo, conditioner and shower gel plus flip flops. Beach bag available to use but is chargeable if you want to take home Chargeable mini bar in room along with snack tray including cigarettes, sun cream etc. Expensive bottles of spirits available in the room too (e.g claze azul). Rooms are cleaned daily and there is also a turn down service. Evian water provided in the room. Breakfast is good but one day my partners toast was stale so we had to ask for fresh bread. Overall this is a good hotel but be careful if you are visiting around spring break as it can be very noisy.

Overall Grounds and public areas were very nice with amazing views. Rooms were rather small and very much overpriced. Food and drink prices (20-25 USD for a basic drink) are absolutely absurd, and you are policed by the staff so you don't bring anything into the hotel. When I wanted to get an uber rather than paying 3 times as much, I was sent out to the street they were not allowed for picking up at the hotel. The absolute worst though was essentially chased out of my room at 15 minutes after checkout time when I paid over $2000 for 3 nights. I am not a cheap person, but your money gets you much further at neighboring beach resorts

Very pretty hotel and great location. Feels secluded, but you're a short walk away from the central action of Cabo with all the bars, restaurants, tourist shops, pharmacies, etc.
Hotel is spacious and very clean and bright. Pool area is large, with lots of shaded areas and great views across the bay. They seem to be trying to create a Las Vegas vibe with a DJ by the pool and occasional bursts of energy with attractive, but generally bored young people, parading around the pool. It seemed a lot when you're already in such a beautiful place.
Our room was large, clean and everything worked great. The bed was really comfortable and there were lots of towels, high end bath products, etc. Despite being a big room with an oversized deck, furnishings were limited. Very few flat surfaces in the room to put things down, huge lounge chairs on the deck, but nowhere you could set a drink or book, etc.
Bathroom is "open plan" to the bedroom with a frosted glass door to the shower and to the separate toilet. Very strange that the frosted glass only went up part of the way, so if you got near the door to the toilet you could easily see inside. Can't understand why they wouldn't do frosted glass all the way up, as it seems awkward to so clearly see inside.
Food in the restaurants was very good. The included breakfast in our plan was much better than anticipated and service was great. Pastries, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and a hot breakfast. Food in Taboo was delicious but expensive.
Drinks were also expensive. $10 for a can of beer or $18 for a cocktail. That's way above what you can find around Cabo, and expensive even by California standards. It's a luxury resort, but felt it was a little too much, particularly for opening a can of Corona for you.
Couldn't believe how many staff were around the hotel. Everywhere you went there were multiple staff members, many that seemed to have little to do. Most were really friendly, but sometimes by the pool you waited for someone to take a drink order, yet you could see lots of service personnel off to the side talking.
Overall, a very good experience. The hotel is kept in great condition, location is ideal, the room was comfortable, the view was amazing, breakfasts and food at Taboo were great. At times service was lacking despite so many staff, and you have to be prepared that a few drinks and a snack by the pool will quickly be over $100.

Hotel: The room was incredible! We had a beautiful view of the pool & ocean, plus the room came with some nice extras to use during our stay (tote bag, sandals for the pool/beach, robe and slippers; along with a toothbrush and shaving kit). The room is fairly quiet, however you do hear some music at night from the Taboo restaurant. We did not mind this as we only booked a few nights stay at this hotel. The pool is so much fun! We especially loved the live music from the saxophonist and electric violinist which made our days very memorable. As far as the location goes, it’s right on the beach which makes it very easy to hop around different restaurants and bars. Service: Undoubtedly some of the best service we have ever experienced on vacation. Each and every employee we engaged with was so friendly and majority of them spoke very good English so it made it easy to communicate. They were very attentive to our needs wherever we were on the hotel property, always making sure we had what we needed and stepping in to accommodate our requests. Besides the attentive service, we enjoyed some quick personal conversations. We are in Mexico often 3x already in 2022! This was my first visit to ME since the remodel. WOW the property is fantastic! I reserved a 850 sq ft suite with an ocean view and assigned a personal concierge (Johanna). The room was perfectly appointed, with a fantastic minibar, 2 bathrooms, a terrace, 2 large sliders that opened to expansive views on the Sea of Cortez and pool. AMAZING!
ME has partnered with TABOO fro your poolside and entertainment experience - GENIUS!! ME's pool experience is the best in Cabo if you want entertainment, its non stop and so much fun!! Shout out to Alex at the the swim up bar, he makes the best Caipirinha drink ever and very attentive even when its crowded! Chris was serving as a pool poter and simply fantastic! He mentioned he was new about 3 weeks in and loved his job! Chris was attentive to every need, he anticipated what we needed before we could ask, we was so good we sought him out daily.
Johanna our personal concierge was second to none, I've had this service at other properties so i know the difference. My fiance messaged her, she replied promptly with what we needed, she set up resi's for dinner on and off the property. Thursday, i was sick from Seafood (not from ME) my fiance contacted Johanna and she delivered help from the pharmacy to me poolside!! When we departed and almost to the airport i realized i left a very expensive item in my room (insert the utmost anxiety you can imagine) My fiance contacted Johanna, she located the item and is having it shipped to my home.
Get this..Johanna followed up with us on Sunday when we were already home, on what to expect, and next steps to get my item back! Thank you Johanna and thank you ME for a 5 star VIP experience. See you Labor Day weeked!
