The DJ on the days we were there was great
The delicious food
excellent staff service
They will give us free upgrade to a better room
What I didn't like was that I requested one more night and they asked me to pay for it when I returned and when I returned they no longer had availability and I had to stay in another hotel

It is very clear that the hotel wants to make money from the day guests who spend the whole day (often in swimwear) getting drunk in the pool with loud house music - and if you are unlucky the receptionist will be shouting into the microphone for hours because she thinks that she's an MC. Ordinary beer drinking games and run-down “sexy” dance competitions are played with the day guests to entertain them.
But you don't see the guests who pay a lot of money to stay in the hotel: they flee from the hotel all day or lie on their terrace with noise-canceling headphones. It is really rude and incomprehensible how you really dont care at all about to your paying hotel guests and let them sit in the noise all day until 11 o'clock. Taking a nap in your room during the day is impossible, because the music is so loud that it permeates the room and earplugs don't help with that.
The food in the restaurant takes forever and when you get the bill after mediocre service, you are also half forced to choose from the percentage tip: as if you have no choice.
The WiFi is really terrible, so for important things I went to the cafe around the corner, because you can't get any further than sending a text message.
We had booked a “suite”, but the definition of a suite is two separate spaces: living and sleeping. but this was an outdated room without a sitting room or sitting facilities: the bed is made of wooden planks, tufts of dust under the bed, no decent curtains (so woke up early due to the sun), an open bathroom/toilet so all odors directly in the bedroom, overdue maintenance and windows whose rebate still needed to be finished.
Far from a suite and absolutely not worth the €190 per night! my advice to this hotel: focus on what you started this hotel for: a place where nudists and naturists can enjoy their holidays freely. It is now a big vulgar disgusting fair that has nothing to do with nudism at all! Really a shame for such a beautiful place.
Then the power in the room went out, which would have been a blessing if all the power had gone out to shut the music off, but unfortunately, just the room lost it.
The lunch was not appetizing at all, the salad took at least 10min longer to come out after a burger made it to the table, both just barely edible.
Checkin, we were given no information about the premise and what “event” may have been even going on to justify the excessively loud music. There was only one towel available to each of us to be used for shower and beach.
Never again staying here especially after finding out the room was $200+ a night. We ended up leaving by 7pm because the whole experience was unbearable. We were told the music wasn’t usually like that, but it was because of an event…as you will see from the picture, not many people were even there from when we checked in till when we left.
Completely unacceptable and unprofessional on all fronts.
