LeBlanc has become our absolute favorite resort! We go there every September for our wedding anniversary and we go one other time during the year.
Not sure where to begin. First of all, our Diamond Concierge, Patricia, contacted us three weeks before to set up all our spa and restaurant reservations. We arrived early and after a smooth check in, we ventured to the pool to see our friends. The lunchtime seafood buffet at the lower pool was delicious. Our room was ready at 12, a lovely Honeymoon Suite with a gorgeous ocean view.
Dinner the first night was at Lumiere. One of our favorite waiters, Manny, served us. The food was amazing, I'll post some pics. We had escargot, seafood bisque, duck, rack of lamb and an amazing souffle for dessert. The wine we selected was perfect.
Breakfast was daily at Blanc. Many fresh, tasty items to choose from and wonderful servers: Erick, David, Jose, Manual, Nancy, and the whole crew spoiled us.
We enjoyed Terrazas most days for lunch. Again the selections here were amazing. It was difficult to decide what to have. Service was superb, starting with the greeting from hostess Cecilia, Manager Diana, Chef Adrian, waiters Rafael, Alonzo, Lizandro, Rubicel and Yesenia (see pic).
Dinner the remaining six nights were repeats at Bella, Yama, Lumiere and Blanc. Pics of some of our selections are attached, but I forgot to take some! At Yama, Alberto took good care of us. The toro sashimi and their sushi rolls were scrumptious.
The Lobby Bar was a great place anytime of day, but before dinner, it's especially fun. The bartenders crafted special cocktails, including fresh herbs, dried citrus. Cocktails were not only delicious but gorgeous to look at. Thanks to Hector, Alejandro, Miguel and Maricela. (see pic)
After dinner, there's usually entertainment. Our favorite nights are Saturday and Tuesday because that's when Rock Legacy gets the crowd moving. We love that band!
The Sol pool is our favorite so we spend most of our days there. Lucinda, Yessica Laura and Omar are so hardworking - they are always moving. Fresh towels, ice buckets seem to appear like magic. The bartenders and servers kept the drinks and water coming: Diana, Beatriz, Janet were never far away. Caesar on the entertainment staff was a fun black jack dealer in the pool.
I took full advantage of the Spa for massages and facials. The Pilates classes were challenging but great. I overdid my exercise to make up for all the good food and ended up with a sore knee but I recovered quickly.
Management at LeBlanc is ever-present with Leslie and Roger at the helm. Their staff (Mariana and Vanessa) were also attentive. And as mentioned earlier, Patricia, our Diamond Concierge was always ready to check on our needs.
I tried to name the workers but I'm sure I left some people out. We can't wait to go back... and we won't be waiting til September!

I’m very late on the review but wanted to share our experience at LeBlanc. Last year in my wife and I stayed for six nights at LeBlanc in Los Cabos and then, we stayed for six nights at LeBlanc in Cancun. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and had never stayed at LeBlanc in Los Cabos so we decided to treat ourselves to two trips.
We have stayed at LeBlanc in Cancun at least once a year going back to 2007 and they never disappoint, and this time was no different. We did have one issue which I will discuss later. Over the past couple of years, they have upgraded the resort including the rooms and common areas and it made a big difference. They also upgraded their in-room dining and the food offered is much better with a larger variety of choices.
The one issue had to do with our transportation from the airport to the hotel. We paid in advance for the upgraded transportation unfortunately our plane was delayed in Dallas, not the fault of Le Blanc, and we arrived a little after 5:00pm in the evening. The resort representative said that all drivers for Le Blanc went home at 5:00pm and they had no transportation for us. He said he would do what he could and after about an hour he found transportation for us and led us to a guy in a van that said he would take us.
This became a nightmare; the guy was driving like a crazy person, and we thought we were going to die. I was afraid to say anything for fear that he would put us out on the street and by now it was after dark. We finally made it to the hotel at which point my wife fainted. Staff helped me get her inside and things began to improve due to the kindness of the Le Blanc staff.
For the rest of our weeklong stay, we were treated with extreme kindness and over the top service by everyone at Le Blanc. They truly went out of their way to make our 50th anniversary very special.
All the restaurants at Le Blanc are very good but the only one I would give a less than high rating is the Japanese restaurant. During our last couple of visits to Le Blanc the food quality there has just not been up to their usual high standards. Our favorite is the Italian restaurant, the food there is excellent, and they are very flexible about preparing your meals the way you like.
There is one issue that I am very disappointed in, during our stay at Le Blanc Cancun and Le Blanc Los Cabos they have started a policy of only allowing those people with special memberships to sit in chase lounge chairs next to the main pool. Everyone else must either sit somewhere away from the pool or go to the beach. I’m hoping this policy will be changed.
The Le Blanc in Los Cabos is much large than the one in Cancun and we prefer the smaller venue of Le Blanc in Cancun but either way if you want a great time at a special resort either Le Blanc is great, and you will experience the best of the best in every aspect of your stay.
We are headed back in a couple of weeks so I will let you know how it goes.

This is hands down the best resort i have ever stayed at. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, but the amenities and special touches that they add make you feel so relaxed, pampered, and truly special. The people who work there are so sweet and respectful. Our night butler Santiago was such a kind soul, delivered us chocolates every night and we really enjoyed just conversing with him. Our day butler, Luis, was so amazing and greeted us so kindly every morning. Our maid Luisa was so welcoming and added such special touches to our rooms, like arranging our personal belongings in an aesthetic way, tying our chargers so they wouldnt get tangled, and leaving our slippers by our bed. Enrique helped us arrange our stay and our reservations, making for the most special experience as our parents surprised us with a personal dinner on the doc. Tomas was our server for that dinner and ensured it was very special, exciting, and meaningful. Overall amazing service and amazing employees!

We come here each year because they have spoiled us. Le Blanc is a vibe! It is relaxed, peaceful, sophisticated, and the view from the infinity pools is unmatched. The music at the pool is chill, lounge music. Lucinda and Yessica come by and place cucumbers and a cold towel on your eyes and offer a head massage while you lay at the main pool. The Aura massage is highly recommended because it is unique and the hydrotherapy is a must. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud, and the housekeeping staff is phenomenal. They organize your toiletries in a beautiful, aesthetic way and pay attention to every detail. The entire staff are the best of the best. You will fall in love with the genuine, caring, and attentive staff and return just to see them.
There are two things we do not care for: (1) The hotel reserves a high number of chairs at the pool and beach for members, and often these chairs do not get used. What would be comical if it was not annoying is at the beach there is a VIP section for members that is identical (and next to) to the non-member beach / chairs. This started about two years ago. Non-members are forced to pile onto one side of the beach, while the member side is nearly empty. (2) The sales team is aggressive. We are clear upfront that we are not interested in becoming members and they leave us alone. It is misleading to advertise it is as “welcome kit” when it’s a timeshare pitch. Additionally, when you are leaving, the same team stalks you at check-out to sell you their “come back” offer which is only valid if you pay more money on the spot. It leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth and not something a 5-star hotel should be stooping to.
Lastly, we do wish at check-in the front desk would advise guests that speaker phones are not permitted and/or the staff would address this as necessary. While you would think this is common courtesy, apparently it is not. You have those guests that find it appropriate to use their speaker phones throughout the resort even though the spaces around them are quiet.
All in all, if you are looking to be pampered in a pristine hotel in the Hotel Zone with a great spa, gorgeous beach, swim up bars, and fabulous restaurants, book Le Blanc ~ the hype is real!

Le Blanc is the best all inclusive I have been to . The service is attentive and detail oriented . Every little need is taken care of . All the servers at the restaurants and spa are so polite and attentive . Manuel at the breakfast buffet stands out for going out of his way to make sure we had our fruity drinks just like we like them . Luis and Santiago did an excellent job making our entire stay special and taking care of our day to day needs . The unnamed housekeeping staff do a great job of keeping the room clean and stocked , they are like cleaning fairies working unseen but making the experience so much better . Arturo at the gym challenged me everyday at the Pilates lessons . I will definitely return at the earliest opportunity .

I had high expectations for Le Blanc Spa Cancun, but unfortunately, this resort is extremely overhyped and not worth the outrageous price of $1,000 a night. From terrible customer service to subpar food and a lackluster view, it was a major disappointment.
Customer Service:
Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” light on, staff constantly knocked on my door and even entered my room without permission—once to drop off food that wasn’t even mine! Instead of a simple apology, they awkwardly took it back. On top of that, they repeatedly addressed us by the wrong name and room number.
The most frustrating part? The relentless sales pitches. We were pressured non-stop to upgrade or join their membership program, even after saying “no” multiple times. It felt like they only cared about squeezing more money out of guests rather than providing a true luxury experience.
Food & Drinks:
As a big foodie, this was probably the most disappointing part. For a resort that claims to be high-end, the food was shockingly below average. I’ve attached an image of their so-called “A5 Wagyu” and “ribeye steak”—both of which looked and tasted terrible. Not a single restaurant impressed me, which is incredibly disappointing. Even the desserts were awful—limited variety, and what was available tasted bad. Every piece of bread I had on this trip was stale and hard as a rock.
The drinks were just as underwhelming. They skimp on alcohol, using cheap brands and barely pouring anything. Despite drinking throughout the trip, we never even got tipsy. For a supposed five-star, all-inclusive resort, this was unacceptable.
There are six restaurants, yet every time we tried to book an early reservation, we were told they were “fully booked”—even though the restaurants were visibly empty. The only available times were ridiculously late, making the entire dining experience frustrating.
View & Atmosphere:
The views are underwhelming, especially compared to other resorts. At other resorts it expands far from the left to right side, but here once you step out you only get what’s in front of you. The layout is basic—just a pool with a beach directly in front. There’s nothing unique or memorable about it. Everything feels overly marketed and misleading, making for a major letdown.
Overall:
Le Blanc Spa Cancun is far from the luxury experience it claims to be. Everything felt overpriced, underwhelming, and frustrating. I would not recommend wasting your time or money here.

We had an incredible time at Le Blanc. The resort is absolutely stunning in every way possible. We loved the poolside service especially because every day they’d prepare our dinners with towels and being over an ice bucket with waters. I’d specifically like to recognize Beatriz at the Sol pool for her incredible service. She was constantly checking in on us and making sure everything was perfect!
Melissa and Gabriella at Kakau were so friendly every single day preparing the best coffees always with a smile on their face and the best attitude. It really started our day off right seeing them.
Kohtan, Juan and Marco were our butlers on the 5th floor and they were so incredible and helpful in every way. Nothing was too much to ask and they were always making our room perfect with preparing baths and leaving flower petals. One day Kohtan prepared a delicious charcuterie board for us in the room, it was so special and really made us feel like we were getting VIP service.
Dilan and Alexis at Blanc steakhouse also provided the best service ever. Alexis prepared a delicious Ceasar salad and Dilan was so attentive with service constantly asking us if we need anything.
All the restaurants are delicious but Blanc was by far our favorite for dinner because of the food.
We loved our experience so much thanks to the incredible staff and will be recommending me blanc to all our friends! We can’t wait to return!

Words can not do this resort justice as it’s simply breathtaking
As with all of the Palace resorts, the quality and standard of service and amenities is outstanding but at le Blanc, they’ve upped their game even more
Our Diamond Concierge Vanessa was fabulous, she was super helpful and checked in daily to see how she could make our stay even better
Our butler, Kohtan was simply the best, just incredible and beyond helpful, his little touches and suggestions through the trip really made it special
If you can, take part in the Turtle release - very humbling and memorable 🐢
We loved everything from the pools, to the cabanas on the beach to the daily Churros cart and spectacular restaurants (Yama & Bella were big favourites of ours … a big shout out to Christian & Brian - fantastic waiters who really know their stuff ) and don’t forget to treat yourself in the Spa - it’s totally worth time away from relaxing by the pool !!
Speaking of the pool … Yessica the pool concierge and Armondo the pool waiter were also outstanding ( are you spotting a theme yet !!?!) absolutely nothing was too much trouble, the reserved beds, the fresh towels, the constant refreshed drinks and daily massage, once again set le Blanc aside from other resorts - it really is the jewel in the Palace crown
This really was one of the most perfect trips, so finally, Ana & Iriany - thank you, for everything and more …. See you next year!

After searching through countless pages of all-inclusive resorts, we stumbled upon this gem. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and welcomed with a coconut milk drink to refresh after the humidity of the airport. The checkin process was smooth and easy and they made sure we did not lift a finger. We were then introduced to our butler and he guided us to our room and showed us a mini room tour. Santiago went above and beyond to ensure we had nothing missing and any questions went unanswered. From there we were able to enjoy and have a different lunch and dinner every day where you can have a variety of foods to your cravings. All restaurants provided high quality service and food. Jose, Manuel & Victor made the buffet our favorite at blanc where the service was above and beyond by the staff. The swim up pool bar was also great and the drinks were amazing, Ivan makes your drinks perfectly, overall worth the price and experience, will definitely go back and recommend to anyone hesitating between this and another resort.

We took another trip to LeBlanc for Thanksgiving and it was wonderful as usual! We have been trying to explore some other all-adult resorts but every time we do, we are disappointed - nothing compares.
Pros: (1) small hotel so you don't walk miles to the beach, pool, restaurants; (2) the food is amazing, love the restaurants; (3) the service is way over the top great; (4) rooms/beds are comfy and gorgeous - even the "worst" rooms have a gorgeous view of the lagoon and sunsets, there is no "bad" room here; (5) on a beautiful stretch of beach and they keep it very clean of seaweed; (6) the spa is amazing.
Cons: If you like a big resort with a party vibe, this is not it. This is a small resort. They DO have a lot of things to do (spa, volleyball, games, tequila tastings, live music, DJs at night) but this is NOT a "party" vibe. Very romantic couples vibe. Which we LOVE, but we know it's not for everyone.
The service is what makes this resort stand out above the rest. Christian, Lucinda, Jeanette, Jose and Laura at the pool will make sure you never go without a drink or a snack or fresh towels. Our butlers Ramido and Rosa left us snacks and wine in our room and kept us taken care of! Our concierge Patricia set us up for our spa, shows at night, and dinner reservations and as always Ingrid was right there to jump in for any questions we had to make each day relaxing and fun. Angelica served us fantastic espresso martinis at the bar. Chef Erick was incredible and made us TWO special meals while we were there. Emilio and Ivan served us at Yama (the most incredible asian food), Angel, Edgar, and Ezzio recommended great wine and courses at Bella (italian), Fausto served us an incredible meal at Blanc, and our breakfast mimosas were made perfectly for us each morning by Daniel, David, and Manuel at the international. We were so sad when the wonderful Gerard the bellhop came to take our bags and send us home (but thank you any way Gerard)!
The reason you see so many people mention the staff at LeBlanc is because they are truly what make it special. They really treat you like old friends or family. Some of these staff members have worked there for years and years and recognize those of us who continue to return to be spoiled. Thank you LeBlanc! We'll definitely be back (I hope as soon as possible!)
