This was our first trip abroad with our 5 year old, and she absolutely loved the All Ritmo. Our spacious clean room looked gigantic to her, the tv and remote worked well, the water in the bathtub was quickly heated, and she loved the ocean view balcony that was right above the pools. The beach was clean and plenty long for a 5 year old, as were the pools. The Waterpark was a highlight of the resort. We could not get a reservation at an A La Carte restaurant during our short 2 day stay, but the Buffet seemed gigantic and wonderful to our 5 year old. Overall, she would give the resort a 4 star Thumbs Up!
I've been to nearly 20 all-inclusives over the years and have a different "Adult" point of view. We are not talking a Secrets, Excellence or even Grand Palladium resort here. The room was spacious and clean, but our beds only had light covers. Good thing the thermostat was excellent. There was no dresser, so we had to use the closet and cubby holes for our stuff. And the refrigerator was absolutely EMPTY. We were told that we could order anything we wanted but would be charged for each item. We had to get the wi-fi password and set-up at the Gift Shop. Although it was strong enough, it had to be reset from time-to-time (but Not at the Gift Shop again, much to our relief). The buffet was very limited, but clean and spacious. Luckily, we are thin and easy to please. The beach really was clean, had soft sand, and was devoid of vendors. Though small, there were lounge chairs and a nearby bar (one of only two at the resort). The spirits were basically bottom shelf, unless you paid for better brands. Fortunately, we prefer mixed drinks and do not notice "cheap" liquor.
Overall, we had a good time because our 5 year old loved it here. From an Adult point of view, All Ritmo is "OK", if you do not have high expectations. BUT, it is VERY Affordable====which is a real Plus!

This hotel is old and doesn’t offer much. We Stayed for six weeks beautiful weather but everything else was terrible. The condo we stayed in is just a hotel room with the bare necessities to cook on our own . The condo didn’t include water or cleaning which is a necessity if staying 6 weeks . The beach didn’t have any beach chairs and the one by the pool had very few worn out chairs . We were not all inclusive so front staff were rude or not very helpful with anything. Talked to other guests who said food is very limited as to it’s either fish, pork or chicken ,not a lot of variety. Usually Superbowl is for everyone but was told it’s only for all inclusive, that was okay as they only had tiny bags of popcorn and hotdogs . Plus game was in Spanish. The Al ritmo is cheaper than other places but don’t waste your money.

Terrible hotel. Buffet with little variety. We went to the oyster restaurant and they gave me raw green potatoes and a piece of tasteless fish and when I complained they told me that it was chayote, something that was not on the menu and that they did not have another identical dish. The hotel is full of locals who come with daily passes and the same with Christmas dinner. The service is insufficient for the number of guests. You have to look for the waiters at the buffet to serve you. Some dishes are finished 1 hour after service starts and they are not brought out again. Why offer daily passes to venues if they are not able to offer decent service to guests. The lobby bar is always alone, with a broken espresso machine that the hotel doesn't seem to care about replacing. The Christmas and New Year's Eve dinner is by reservation but if you do not reserve that day there is nothing else to eat at the hotel. The hotel encourages children to go but they are not able to solve problems when you get a rude family with children who jump like beasts and move the beds on top of your room like I did. I made 4 complaints and nothing was resolved. I won't go to that hotel again and I won't recommend it to anyone. Better stay in an Airbnb

We came here at the end of July 2024 for a 10 night family holiday in a Junior Suite. It has to be said the place is a little tired but the staff do work really hard to ensure the place is clean and tidy with daily room cleaning although hand towels and floor mats for the bathroom remain a mystery.
The balcony had the best view of anywhere we’ve ever stayed but for a room capable of having 5 people in only 2 chairs is a bit stingy.
The food is great and always plenty to choose from, the omelettes at breakfast were simply the best!
The bar staff were fantastic and the cocktails were great and plentiful, always easy to get served.
The pool was good if a little small and the Waterpark over the road was really good for the smaller kids and having direct access to the sea and beach was great. However this area had the biggest issue as well, there was plenty of room for a decent sunbed area but they were severely lacking in numbers and quality. Especially parasols, there was no shade around the pool at all which given how hot it was and the strength of the sun it was really disappointing. This could also be used at night as seating are to have a drink and take in the views.
Definitely get Uber as it’s only a 200mxn cab ride into Cancun to sample the madness there!
All in all a good hotel that wouldn’t take much to make it really good! Would return.

Worst all inclusive ever! Very old run down , not well unkept in all areas. Very small & poor selection of food & same every day. Not enough serving utensils so cross contamination of dishes. One small pool with very few old lounge chairs.
Must leave an ID just to get a towel.
Room was dirty upon arrival , tub with hair, hide a bed couch dirty & no bedding provided . no mini bar or coffee makers as advertised, called to ask and was first told no, after asking. 3 times finally got a coffee machine & for mini bar which they said no they finally brought 2 beer & 2 soda, that’s it ! Only give 2 bottles of water per day even for a family of 4! Patio door handle broken right off.
