The staff is very nice. We left before breakfast and they gave us a lunch box with fruits, juice and a big sandwich! They also have a van that takes their guests to the airport every 15 minutes for free.

Yes, I think so. There are offices for the hotels in the airport - all the hotel offices are clustered in one place - I'm fairly sure it's in Terminal 1 but you can ask or search online. I arrived later than that and just went into the office. They're very nice and just asked me to wait a few minutes till one or two more people arrived and then we were escorted out to the shuttle and taken to the hotel. I don't know whether you've been there before but everyone tipped the driver - not much, probably 10 or 20 pesos.
