Everything satisfactory in general The balcony door did not have a key to close it. It seems to have a mechanism to lock it using the handle, as explained to me at the reception. It would be advisable to put a notice on the door explaining how to secure it. There are few washing machines and dryers since we had to wait a long time to have one available.

Stayed here a couple nights to be in the Condesa neighborhood and it was an absolute pleasure. Used Sonder to stay here and another location this trip and we can’t stop raving about how great our experience was. Service was top notch, location was perfect, had all the right amenities and felt almost like home. Definitely going to stay here again next time I travel to cdmx.

The apartments are very good, they are equipped with everything, the service is excellent and the local officials are very willing. The location is excellent but they should think about reducing the outside noise. Also keep in mind before putting smell on the sheets. A pillow smelled bad 8

We stayed at Sonder Miravalle Mexico City and had bedbugs in one of the rooms and my friend was bitten all over. Management did move him to another room and also offered to let us cancel the remainder of the booked nights, but we ended up staying (in another room) because we could not find a different hotel on that weekend. Considering what a huge problem bedbugs are, the management should have done more to compensate us, for example refund us for the nights that caused the problems! We spent the whole day washing our clothes, had to buy medicine to treat the bites, wait around for another room, etc. we were promised that by end of the day my friend would have another room, however when we returned in the evening still no other room was prepared. More waiting at the lobby for the cleaning lady to quickly get a room ready. They had time to do that while we were out! Apart from that, the apartments were very noisy do to the massive street traffic right below and all around that complex. The pictures as advertised make believe a different vibe with a serene balcony and relaxing atmosphere. All you hear is cars and trucks beeping and honking all day and night. The bathroom floors would flood each time we took a shower cause the glass doors don't close properly. The location was okay, but a 30 min Uber ride from El Centro! Had to ask for coffee refills every day cause they don't offer. Would not stay there again.

The apartment was very Clean and cozy. Very nice toiletries. It was close to restaurants and cafes. The neighborhood was safe and beautiful. It was loud but there were earplugs. The kitchen was well equipped. I would definitely stay there again

Place was super nice, in a great location, a bit small but had everything you needed. Wifi was great and the business centre is really nice so great for working remotely. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours and the washroom can use more lights but overall loved the place and would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay at Sonder Miravalle! The concierge/security were super friendly and the building felt secure! Although, on the smaller side our room had all of the essentials and everything we needed, including filtered water. Sonder provided ear plugs but I found the neighborhood to not be too loud and slept comfortably in the bed. It was also a great location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants in the Condesa, Roma Norte and downtown Cuauhtemoc area.

Wonderful experience at Sonder Miravalle in CDMX. I stayed in a one bedroom for a month and was impressed with the cleanliness, attention to amenities provided in the kitchen for cooking. The staff was so wonderful and accomodating - shout out to Aldo for his many helpful recommendations and always greeting me with a smile. And to Gio (sp?) for her wonderful attention to changing rooms for me when I requested a balcony with more sun - we came to a great resolution and she changed rooms for me which greatly improved the quality of my stay by having a living space with more sunshine.
The location is great, very walkable to all parts of Condesa, also accessible to the Soriana and walmart express for groceries. Safe at night, a little noisy but I wasn't bothered. I will have a hard time staying anywhere else on my long term travels in the future - Sonder was so great, especially for solo female travellers - lots of vigilance and attention from front door security which you may not get from an airbnb/apartment rental.

There are only a few reviews, but I'm yet another person who experienced bed bugs while staying at Sonder Miravalle.
They refuse to refund me because they claim they "upgraded" me and they were unaware of bed bugs despite the evidence you can see from my photos and the previous review.
This "upgrade" consisted of moving to a different space of theirs at 2am at great inconvenience, especially when I had work the next morning, solely because there was no availability at Miravalle. They conveniently call this an "upgrade", though.
As you can see from my bites, this was a severe infestation that they were surely aware of. When you can actually see bed bugs, they have definitely been there for a long time.
I've tried speaking to support on many occasions, who literally 10+ times said they would reach out to me, yet I had to reach out every single time to follow up.
Sonder have done nothing but lie to me every step of the way.
If that doesn't put you off staying at Sonder, good luck getting any sleep. They even provide earplugs because they know just how loud the place is. My room also wasn't ready when stated despite having paid extra for early check-in.
Sonder is by far the worst experience I've had travelling the world. From bed bugs to noise, non-existent and repeatedly being lied to, it's hard to believe that a company can be this inept yet Sonder somehow manage to be that company.
Take a look at how their share price has plummeted. They are close to bankruptcy, which makes perfect sense when you see the complete contempt they have for their guests.

Everything was great, the reception and the room were very comfortable, the area is good, there are bars, parks, shops, you can walk anywhere easily, and also mobility through public transportation, whether trucks or the subway. The metrobus is well located, so you can go to any part of the city easily.
