Hotel with a good location, comfortable rooms, taps work well, there is constant concern from the housekeeper because the guest is satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms.

Excellent hotel, service, food, location, facilities (we only had a problem with the shower but they solved it in less than 5 minutes) but excellent stay from the moment we arrived, Francisco attended to us and Víctor was our person in charge of cleaning the the room.
I insist the location is 10/10, there are many restaurants on the same street, close to transportation and shops. We were delighted and eager to return.

I came to Mexico by myself for a week vacation to explore the city. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. It was close to restaurants and Chaputapec park. I used the gym which had a lovely view. I also scored the roo. With the view of the lit up ferris wheel. The lobby and bar had computers I used to help plan my activities. Both Francisco at night and Gerardo during the day in the lobby were very helpful in suggesting places to visit and asking about my adventures. It was lovely to talk with them. In a week I walked around 60 miles seeing the city. Every night I came to what felt like a home away from home except I had the pleasure of returning to a tidied up room by Elia. I was very grateful for my stay at this very nice place. Excellent value for my money. I would strongly recommend and for sure return to again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Laila so much that when we returned to CDMX after the solar eclipse viewing we stayed again because of the prime location. You are a short walk to Chapultepec park and the Angel of Independence. There are a lot of fun and lively restaurants, cafes and bars on the same street. The Condessa and Roma Norte neighborhoods are just about a 15-20 minute walk.
There was always Cafe de Olla at breakfast which was just delicious.
The bellman Francisco was so kind and welcoming! He always had a warm smile and jumped to assist us. He gave us Spanish lessons and helped with any issues that came up. He made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here, I highlight the attention of Mr. Jeronimo and Gerardo, always friendly and concerned about providing a solution, good location close to everything, restaurant staff not very good, I am eating and they already put the bill on the table to pay That's unpleasant, the quality of the food menu has dropped a lot, that's why this time I didn't dine at the hotel, the receptionists showed little attention, I extended my stay and at the time of checking they gave me the key to my room and it was occupied by another person, it was an awkward moment. The service was excellent. They were very welcoming and understanding of our requests, like asking for additional keys and unlocking our safe. The food was quite tasty and our server Cesar was very attentive and friendly. He made us feel well taken care of at the hotel restaurant. There were a few hiccups, such as the weight training equipment in the gym missing parts/ being broken (i.e. Pin holding the weights was bent). But our overall experience was nonetheless very positive. I would definitely come here again with my family.
