Our flight into Mexico City landed near midnight, so this hotel was extremely convenient for our first night in the city. It's a bit pricey compared to other hotels of similar quality, but I appreciate that I was paying for the convenience of the hotel's location, attached to the airport.

Hotel staff were helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast was excellent and included a lot of different options. The room was clean, though it smelled like cleaning products when we arrived (this aired out when we ran the A/C). I was impressed that despite the hotel's location on the airport property, I was not kept awake with airplane noise.

I'd recommend this hotel for travellers with late or early arrivals into CDMX who need the convenience of being able to get to/from the airport without a commute.

I had one night at this Hilton which is actually located inside the airport in terminal 1, which is also where my international flight arrived. So getting to the hotel was super easy and convenient after getting through immigration.

When I arrived, there were several COVID-19 related measures - like temperature checks, signing in with your name, and sanitizing the bag. Check in was fairly smooth though.

My room was pretty nice and spacious. I had a really big and comfortable bed, and a nice and large bathroom. There was no fridge or minibar, but otherwise most of the expected amenities of a Hilton. The room was also very clean and modern. I did not get an upgrade as Honors Gold.

I had a view of the runway from my room, but the window was kind of obscured and it was hard to look out of it.

In the morning, I had a good breakfast in the restaurant (as the only customer there) but the food and service was fairly good.

Generally a decent, no frills stay. I'd recommend if you have a nightly layover in the airport!

This was my 2nd visit staying in this hotel also due to work. Must say that this visit was probably one of the worst ones. I had to move rooms as the room I was given was on the left side of the hotel that faces the airport floors, I could hear the airport announcements every 30 seconds, was not able to completely shut the blinds and block light coming from the airport as they are on 24/7 so had to swap rooms with one of my co-workers that was checking out. The left hand side rooms are way better for a good nights sleep. Restaurant has limited choices on breakfast and room service, a bit expensive, of course due to convenience since you are the airport. The other complain, only one elevator is in service which makes guest wait a little longer. Hotel is dated, it was a few drain odor issues which I experienced as well as my co-workers that also decided to get moved to another room.

Very happy with our stay, and Miriam is a big reason why as she was helpful beyond belief! She has the most amazing personality and both her smile and laugh are infectious! She was able to help with all of our wishes in a timely manner, and with her being bilingual, it helped make communicating much easier. While the entire staff was helpful, Miriam is amazing! The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and when we make it back to Mexico City, I will be staying at the Hilton. And we can only hope Miriam is working!

I was forced to stay few days in Mexico City due to multiple reasons with both a strike in Costa Rica and an expired COVID test. I was unable to board the flight and choose to stay at the Hilton out of convenience of the location. I can HIGHLY recommend it, primarily because of a staff that goes beyond what i expected, to help me out.

My concierge, Dante, was extremely helpful providing all the information i could ask for, arranging everything related to getting a new COVID test. I provided all my details to him, and he took care of everything from payment to transportation, which made it stress-free for an non-spanish speaker in Mexico City. I have never experienced a concierge, that truly goes the extra mile. Very sincere and trustworthy and superb English. All the staff in general are very very helpful and polite.

The hotel takes the necessary measures on sanitation that makes it comfortable in these pandemic times.
The rooms are perhaps not the best that Hilton hotels has to offer, but they will do the job. Clean and tidy.

The staff is, to me, the foundation of the high ratings of this hotel, no doubt about that. Worth the money.

If any aviation enthusiast is forced to quarantine somewhere as a result of a positive COVID test, this hotel within Mexico City’s incredible airport is the right place to stay. Of course, I would’ve been perfectly content with just staying a single night as planned, but, sigh…omicron. So my next five days of airplane spotting and room service eating began.

I first need to shout out this Hilton’s amazing team members who ensured my needs were met and gave me the best hospitality. Thank you to Dante, Juanita, Valeria, Maria, Alejandra, Diana, Salvador, and Edgar for their kindness and attention during my quarantine stay. All of you were so friendly and attentive! Please visit this property for their customer service alone! Dante in particular was instrumental in taking care of me and making sure I had everything I needed. Thank you!!

The rooms may be dated, but they don’t compromise on comfort and functionality. Surfaces were clean and beds were comfy, and I could ignore a visible stain on the carpet in one corner. I specifically requested a runway view room upgrade, and as an elite, my wish was thankfully granted. These rooms are certainly noisier, but I don’t mind aircraft noise too much. The amazing photos I could take of departing and arriving jets, day and night, were outstanding, and it makes rooms like these a must for avgeeks and plane lovers to pick. I spent probably five hours each day just staring out the (kind of dirty) window and tracking airplanes. The dirt was not important whatsoever.

Also on the property are a restaurant, bar, and fitness center. The ideal location inside Terminal 1 means travelers can easily take an elevator down to the terminal’s myriad shops and eateries on the landside too. All the average traveler needs is within easy reach here, including those quarantined like myself. Room service definitely helps!

I would recommend this Hilton to anyone in need of accommodations by the airport, without hesitation. The five-star staff, great and exciting rooms, and plentiful amenities provide a nice respite. Thank you for giving me a fantastic experience during otherwise gloomy circumstances!

My wife and I normally prefer smaller boutique hotels when travelling for pleasure, however when on business we predominantly utilise Hilton, Hyatt or Marriot hotels, as we know the standard and expect a certain level of quality, efficiency and value. However, on this occasion, the Hilton hotel at Mexico City Airport fell well short of expectations.

Firstly the hotel's lifts were dirty and much of the lift roof looked broken, the doors did not close properly and there seems to be a long delay when either waiting for moving in the lift.

On exiting the lift we were greeted by one of the porters who conducted the standard COVID protocol brief and checks. On approaching the reception desk, the lady on duty picked up the phone and attempted to make a call, she did this several times while we were waiting, another receptionist arrived, saw we were waiting and left without comment.

Once eventually checked in we were directed to our room, which was extremely 'tired' looking for a Hilton hotel room to which we are used to. However, on face value, everything looked in order and we proceeded to the restaurant area for some food.

We were the only people in the restaurant area and the waiter took our order, my wife asked if there was a wine/alcohol menu, and he asked 'what would you like?' My wife said a glass of Chardonnay, he said it was by the bottle and my wife said ok. Unfortunately when the meal arrived my wife brioche bun for her burger was rock solid, clearly either stale or not fully defrosted. Having been travelling for most of the day, my wife ate the burger and fries and informed the waiter of the state of the bread, he agreed with my wife assessment and took it back into the kitchen, where we subsequently found out that the chef agreed too - why was this not checked before sending it? The waiter returned with a scoop of ice cream each for us as way of compensation.

On being presented with the bill we were both shocked to find that we had been billed almost $65 USD for the bottle of wine, which was clearly a $25 USD bottle of wine, being very tired we paid the bill and headed to our room for the night.

I awoke early around 4 am and felt that there was some sort of irritant in the bed, on throwing the covers back I found numerous long black hairs, possibly from the maid who had changed the bed? I say this as there were also thick hairs in and around the bath/shower we subsequently found later that morning. WE had intended to check our bags in with the airline and return to discuss our dissatisfaction with our stay, unfortunately, check-in took some 3 hours and on return to had the keycards in and talk about our stay, there was a queue and only one receptionist on, so we were forced to leave and catch our plane before we could talk to someone about our stay.

I realise this may be an isolated poor standard hotel in the Hilton chain, however, we have had a poor stay, with poor food and drinks and feel we have been 'fleeced' by the local staff.

The one positive was the porter ensuring the COVID protocols.

I like the Hilton at the Mexico City airport as when you come out of customs it is a five minute walk to the hotel
And when you are departing on an international flight it is 6 minute to security check in. And 15 minutes to domestic security check in The price is reasonable for the service with many discounts. AARP, AAA. Rates vary on how full they are. book as early as possible to lock in a good rate.

We all are going through difficult times, it would be really good to be kind to each other. I’ve try to make a reservation for day time to be able to connect to work (8 hours) while waiting for my next plane, the lady at the front desk was super rude and she did not give any other options to me, she say I could only stay for 6 hours I try to get some options and she ended up saying “if you don’t like what we have you can go and stay somewhere else” and hang out. I’m really sorry of the life situation of this person to be that angry but in a industry of service I think it’s important to give a good service. I did book somewhere else, I went to Camino real right across the street, it was cheaper, bigger rooms than the Hilton, they were super kind and professional and did everything in their hands for me to connect successfully to my work. Let’s stop supporting arrogant brands because they are “high end”, if they don’t treat people with respect they are nothing, let’s invest our money in kind and happy experiences.
