Detailed Reviews
This is a fairly new hotel in the marina district of Mazatlan. The property is nice and clean, with fairly spartan rooms, but quite adequate and comfortable. The staff is helpful and has a good command of English. The pool is small but nice, it was a perfect place to observe the eclipse. The biggest problem with the pool is that it is 4ft deep all around except for a 3ft deep area around the bar. There is only a ladder to get in and out, no stairs.
The worst part of this property is that it is in a new area with little around the area and is not easily walkable. There are a couple of restaurants across the street, but unless you like sushi there is not much available. Across a very busy divided 6-lane street is the marina, about half a mile away. There the choices are sushi or pizza. A nicer-sounding place recently closed and is being remodeled to something else, Another half mile away is a tostadaria which is OK, but not great. About 3/4 of a mile up the busy street are three or four small restaurants, but basically, you need a car or a taxi to get anywhere worth eating at. There is food available at the hotel, the complimentary continental breakfast is adequate, but not expansive, or you can order hot items off the menu at a charge. Another problem is that you cannot simply charge to the room. You can set up a prepaid voucher to charge against but it seems like a clumsy way to handle things.
When the pool bar is open, pool snacks are available, the hamburger is pretty good.
A good hotel for business, but wouldn't be my first choice for a vacation. For a few days around an eclipse, it was fine.

Was an okay place to stay. During the day a lot of noise from the construction next door, the hotel did not announce this before the stay or during booking. Room is confortable. Housekeeping could be more cautious of little hears and bathroom cleanliness. Breakfast was very limited. 90% of the staff did not understand any english.

The truth is, the attention is very good.
They have always been very attentive to me and my 45 travelers... It's been more than 3 times that I've stayed at the hotel and the truth is, it's pretty good.
And it is a developing area, I think there are many options at hand.
The Miss. Yuri Aramburo has always given me great service, attention and solutions to everything. And the best thing is that it is always Immediate.
The one who has warmth and quality in his work. We value and appreciate it

Terrible service, the hotel is supposedly new, there is no hot water, there is no internet in the rooms. Breakfast is never on time, it should be served at 6:00 but on 2 occasions it was past 6:30 and nothing
If you ask for additional water they send you to the pharmacy.
The view of the horrible room

One of the best hotels where I have stayed. I would definitely stay with them again.
Good facilities, spaces and affordable prices.
The dining area is good and the food they offer is of quality. The pool is a good size and has good capacity and menus.
I recommend 100%
