Detailed Reviews
Stayed 5 nights. The hotel is modern, about a year old, has a good location in the Zona Dorada. In front of the Malecón/boardwalk and the ocean. We had a room with balcony and views of the ocean. Nice Infiniti pool and delicious breakfast. Chambermaids were super friendly and wonderful. Stephanie, at reception, was the best and most accommodating. Comfortable rooms and mattress.
Now, the neagatives...
1- Some of the staff, at the restaurant, was not very friendly, except the only lady waitress, who was very friendly and serviceable.
2- There was an extremely loud private party, on Saturday night, at the rooftop. Unfortunately, we were on the 7 th floor, just below the party. The music was EXTREMELY LOUD. The bass made our room vibrate. Even with ear plugs, we could not sleep. Of course, I complained, several times. They offered to move us to a lower floor. No way, Jose!. We had already unpacked for a our five night stay. The party was supposed to end at 12 midnight. It enredadera @ 1:30 am. Unacceptable and NIGHTMARERISH!.
3- There are no chairs in the balcony. You go to the pool as there is no place to hang and dry your bathing suits.
4- Although they provide a coffee maker in the room, they leave complimentary coffee, the first day. After, you have to pay for it. Does not make any sense to us.
5- The same with bottle water. Complimentary on the first night. Then, you are on your own.
You pay the same hotel fee every night. Provide coffee and water nightly. Get your act together. You will still get the local tourist but FORGET about guests from foreign countries.

+1
Lousy service, and if they have the super stinky pillows they never put us complimentary coffee and water, we had to go down to reception x them to but if they put an envelope for you to leave the tip from the 1st day, the good thing is that it is well located and good view to the sea and seawall

The pillows stink of sweat, they didn't replace my toilet paper and left me just cardboard, there is NO hot water to take a bath, it's ugly having to go to reception all the time and they don't help at all either, I stayed from the 9th to the December 12th.

Well, it is a new hotel but it has terrible service, they are more interested in serving politicians who only come out of courtesy, they do not pay anything.
Horrible and cold food… Miguel is terrible…
Short staff everywhere

You arrive and the reception is inflexible, does not inform does not give alternatives and nothing pleasant. You come to the room and there is a large pool that entered the rain by the balcony, the receptionist does not pick up the phone and after 15 minutes they arrive and collect the water, I ask if they can change me and offer only options without KS bed as a reserve and without sea views as a reserve, so I stay. Street noise does not let you sleep due to bad soundproofing of the windows, noise of the compressor next to the room and a nearby construction that do not warn. In the morning the buffet is very bad, poor quality and variety. The next day the headboard of the bed falls on top of us because its fixation is terrible. We put it up because I prefer not to call the staff. Then we find that the cleaning person does not replace the hand towels only the bath towels. And the only bath soap that puts what
They take away the second day even though it was unspent and they don't put another one. We shampoo, but the water doesn't come out hot any day in the shower... And the pool because although it says you can't bathe in T-shirt people come in dressed and even with shoes and the guard looking away.
It's quite an adventure. I don't understand how they give it five stars it doesn't deserve two,
Finally there's not a little
Fridge to keep something cold as water, and on the day of check out you have to wait for someone to validate that you have not taken anything even if there is no minibar and the courtesy kit is absent.... Pathetic.

Excellent service, new facilities, very friendly staff. The pool is very nice, with a view of the sea. We stayed on the 5th floor, the view is incredible, we would have liked to be on a higher floor, but that will be for next time. The breakfast is very good and affordable, we liked it a lot. We will definitely return.

Fairly central hotel, ample parking, you can walk and eat.
Very comfortable beds, room with everything you need and air conditioning that works quite well. We stayed with a view of the lake to avoid street noise since the sliding door is not very thick. It is very appreciated that there is weather from the reception, hallways and elevators, since it was very hot outside. Friendly staff at reception.
The cleaning girls only left us 2 towels and there were 4 of us and even though I asked her, she didn't want to leave them.
