Wonderful service from Filipe and Daniel at the Bistro pool, Jorge and Jose at the adult pool, Andres, Alejandro, and Fernando at Kelly’s Bar, Adriana at the breakfast buffet at La Cordeliere, and Jesus Ortiz of the Concierge team. Many lounge chairs around the pools need attention: cleaned of Iguana waste and restrung. People are allowed to save lounge chairs with towels for hours at a time even though there is a “rule” stating that chairs can be saved for only 30 minutes. Bottom line; beautiful property and great service, but some updating would be appreciated.

Humberto Sanches pool side bar tender was absolutely amazing. He was attentive & prompt with our drinks and food. He was kind and always remembered us when we came down to use the pool. We highly recommend sitting in his section if you want excellent 5 star service.

Extremely nice resort. Beach area is not that good. You can take the shuttle over to the other resort and use the property's beach. For a small fee The shuttle service too and from the hotel was easy.

We had an excellent time while at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay. The service provided was bar none. I highly recommend Juan Carlos at the breakfast buffet, Angel and Samuel at the main pool. We have been going to the Pueblo Bonito EB for many years and the staff knows Emmy family by name like we had never left. The staff makes you feel like your part of their family. I highly recommend visiting the resort

What a fun vacation here with our family/friends. Beautiful property and everyone there was so nice! Our suite had a personal hot tub and small pool! We took advantage of the all inclusive meal/drink offers and had many delicious meals. Right on the beach, but the beach wasn't as much of a swimming beach. Because we had two people who had mobility problems, we were able to call a golf cart for transport to the restaurants, pools and other areas. Special thanks to Julio R who made us feel so welcome and made sure we got to where we wanted to go and back! He made us feel really special. Definitely looking forward to coming back soon! <3

We own weeks at Rose and Sunset Beach I Cabo an Emerald Bay in Mazatlán. Without question or hesitation, Emerald Bay is our favorite property. While Rose and Blanco and Mazatlan are great for young families sunset Beach and Emerald Bay are relaxing and laid back. Kids are welcome but the properties offer peace to those who seek it The property is wonderful and unfolds itself slowly. Both Anglos and Mexicans enjoy the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. Food is awesome and amenities are top shelf.

Very nice resort. Friendly staff… Spa amazing… Beach not desirable, but water amazing to hear and see. Food for the most part was good. Clean and comfortable rooms. Pools very nice. Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful.

We have stayed at Pueblo Bonito at Sunset Beach in Cabo and I will say that Emerald Bay was definitely less than luxurious as I would describe Sunset Beach however the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious overall it definitely was worth the money good price beach access a little further from town that I would’ve preferred but still overall nice views.

I can't express the quality of the resort and the staff at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay. This happens to be our 4th time going back and we absolutely "Love it" The staff at the "Cordeliere" always are very attentive especially Carlos our favorite waiter, he is the best. We also enjoyed the service at the pool by Fabian and Humberto.

Total relaxation and pampering away from the bustle of the city yet just short shuttle away. We have stayed at other Pueblo Bonito resorts and are impressed with the beauty of the resort while still preserving the land around. You feel as if you are in a tropical jungle with the variety of birds, and iguanas. The beach is private and protected during Sea turtle nesting season. There is a wide variety of food at the restaurants. We ate mostly at the Bistro because we like the smaller atmosphere. We did go to the buffet a few times. It was good but I don’t feel we eat that much food to justify a buffet. The pool service was the highlight. Very attentive to all your needs. The pool is kept quite clean. You have your choice of 4 pools, one of which is adult only. We also checked out the water aerobics at the main pool. Lots of fun!…
