The hotel is set back from the road, and is very quiet, considering the traffic. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and service is good. No bugs. The pool is clean and not too cold. We really enjoyed our stay here. I looked at a suite as well, great view, comfortable, good cooking facilities. I would stay here again.

Every year we visit Mazatlan, it is the first time we stay at Del Real Hotel & Suites. We had to open a newly remodeled room and everything was luxurious, much better than 5-star hotels where I have stayed. The location of the hotel is excellent and the treatment of the staff (especially the receptionists and chambermaids) was first class! God willing we will return on summer vacation!!!

The rooms are comfortable, well-equipped and have an incredible sea view. They have an excellent location, you can find everything in the surrounding area, you can take any transport without problem and you have easy access to the beach. All staff were very friendly during our stay

Excellent service, very good treatment from the staff, excellent view of the sea, boardwalk, we went as a family and very comfortable, we enjoyed the pool area (suitable for children), very good food from the restaurant, highly recommended, excellent experience.
