My stay was very pleasant, we had a great time. All the employees were very friendly, the view was spectacular and the best thing was a very good location.
It includes breakfast, which is very good and in the restaurant they serve a la carte food, very good by the way.

Overpriced
WiFi doesn't work
Hotel staff (check in desk) not very friendly

Great AC
Very warm pool
Nice beach (a lil rocky)
Distance not so great
We were short on time as we were only there 2 days so didn't have lots of time to look around for a better hotel. It's not too bad just a bit overpriced. Probably won't stay there again.

The hotel is in poor general condition: hallways, rooms, elevators, etc. When we arrived, one of the rooms did not have toilet paper, towels or soap, and the attention provided to resolve it is not good. It gives the impression of having insufficient staff and no interest in the maintenance of the facilities. What is redeemable is the location and access to the beach.

The bed is itchy, the rooms are not well cleaned, there are no towels in the bathroom, which by the way is full of tartar and mold everywhere, walls and the toilet, everything is deplorable, bad conditions, it hurts about such a good location right on the beach. Their lounge chairs are already They don't serve, most of them are broken. And to make matters worse, they don't appreciate my registry and I had a bad experience with my breakfast and a rude, shouty and despotic waitress.

Very clean and great hotel. We had to book a reservation last minute due to a death in the family and we had to be in Mazatlan for a funeral. The location is perfect, and the views are breathtaking. This hotel is right on the beach. The staff was amazing, especially Micelia. She was so sweet and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

It is a terrible hotel, very old, the smell comes from the drains, it smells of humidity, there are cockroaches, you have to go ask for towels to bathe because there are none in the room. The elevator thunders and squeaks, it seems like it's about to fall. In my reservation they told me that it included breakfast and in the end it was not valid for me. And worst of all, I was struggling for almost a week to get my bill.

It is a very good hotel and both the facilities and the service are excellent. I highly recommend it. The pool area is very pleasant since the service in the area is very good and the rooms are very comfortable since they welcome you with very good air conditioning. since it arrives at a time when the heat does affect you but for me it is an excellent recommendation for the hotel

I had already been 2 years ago and it was good, but on this occasion the hotel was in very bad condition, the internet did not work, the room had no television, no telephone, there were no towels or paper, the room smelled of cigarettes, the ceiling of the The room and bathroom were falling down, there was no extractor fan, the tub looked dirty and had garbage.
It gives the impression that there is little staff, with very slow service. Honestly, as soon as we got to the hotel room, we decided to ask for a change of room when they told us that they were all the same, we preferred to ask for a refund and go out and look for another hotel.
Very bad experience.
The only redeeming feature is the sea view.

Hotel in terrible condition, unfortunately I did not read the comments before booking, the pool water is green, all the negative comments from other users are real, do not risk your vacation or your health. My intention is that you do not regret choosing your accommodation, and the only way to prevent them from continuing to deceive us with false photos is to stop going. Then don't say you weren't warned.
