Oceano Palace is a locally owned beach front property with 255 rooms. It features great amenities such as a heated pool, Jacuzzi, a fully equipped gym, large pool area, and great dinning! We offer 4 themed shows per week and daily pool activities. Our signature restaurant La Terraza offers buffet and à la carte options for our all-inclusive clients. In addition, not part of our all-inclusive, Roxy restaurant has delicious steaks and pizzas and Grand Central fresh sushi. For European plan guests there are plenty of dinning options nearby. Great for families and active guests who want to be entertained and have fun. Our location couldn’t be better: ocean front with spectacular views of the Pacific and Birds Island. Right on the Golden Zone of Mazatlan. New! Our all-inclusive guests will receive dinning vouchers to specialty restaurants at Oceano and at our other 3 properties. Oceano was fully renovated in 2014 so is looking better than ever!

This has been the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Outdated, dirty, dingy, rooms. Our 1st room had a broken TV and Safe. Second room the air conditioner sounded like it was going to blow up. 3rd room was fine other than the door key card reader keys had to be re-done

Loud noise until 11 pm every night and loud noise by pool all day. We were allowed to transfer to another sister property (Luna Palace) where the noise was minimal and never late in the evening. Oceano Palace staff were very helpful and facilitated the move to Luna Palace. Our

Does the oceano palace play any Canadian NHL games in there lobby bar ?
That might be dicey; when we were there in December there were a couple of NFL football games on but mostly soccer. But down the street there were lots of sports bars (like Vancouver Wings) that had large TV’s on so I’m sure you can find some NHL action somewhere but not likely in the lobby bar 😒

Does this hotel have connecting or adjoining rooms?
There are some a joining rooms with shared balconies; best ask the staff about availability. The first room they put us in had one of those rooms and it would’ve been really weird sharing a balcony with another family that we didn’t know

Get a higher room, the higher the better, less noise from downstairs. The pool is very close to the hotel, so you hear everythingggggggggggg

Dear OkanaganGals, Yes they do come with a balcony and a concrete bank, but no chairs. You can use the chairs of the room. It's allowed smoke on balcony but not by the pool. Regards, Abril Jiménez Manager Assistant Hoteles Palace
