We've stayed here twice (January 2019 & October 2019), both twice were great. The rooms are very large with two beds, TV, large bathroom, desk and all the other basic amenities you need. BONUS: They are pet friendly. (with a non-refundable pet fee)

This hotel is located on boardwalk, so conveniently located right across from the beach and restaurants.

The breakfast buffet has great food, I don't remember the prices off hand, but it was worth it. I believe they only have buffets on certain days, so verify before hand.

A charming hotel with local flavor. Great value and location for the money. The room was very clean and comfortable with additional seating for sunset views. The bathroom was very well appointed with a hair dryer and complimentry toiletries as well as a LARGE walk in shower. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Nice rooms, but were not provided the ocean view I asked for when I booked the trip. Lovely breakfast buffet just downstairs with terrific menu and better view than our room. Service was very good in every way. The computers were not working or serviced during the week I was there. Nice room for them, though. Excellent pool.

located across from the malecon with great ocean views the 4 star aguamarina (not aqua but agua and not 1 star but 4) is a great place to stay. catering i think more to mexican than gringo customers the aguamarine offers the traveler all the amenities yet still retains a mexican flavor.
there is a great pool which i was able to swim laps in by getting up early and hitting the pool right at opening. the rooms are large w/ a/c and fans and the beds are comfortable . the rooms are immaculately clean. the staff is helpful and responsive and there is a great bar and good restaurant at the hotel.
im frankly surprised that this hotel has not been reviewed before. its truly a great mid-range option. rooms normally go for around 80 per night but due to the flu scare i got the room for around 60 which was a good deal given the quality of the place.

It's a big place with a small, busy pool, across the street from the beach. The internet price was about 850 pesos. The hotel was slow to confirm the booking (the office is closed on weekends), and when the hotel did respond, while I was driving into Mazatlán, the price was doubled. I went anyway, rather than search for another hotel that would accept the dog. It served the purpose. I was put in an area reserved for dogs, tucked in the back, with no view. The room was "tired." I was given dog rules that stipulated that the dog could not be left alone in the room, and could not be, even leashed, in ANY public area of the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking for overheight vehicles. Right across from the ocean and malecon. Room was big and clean. We slept great. We had to ask for extra towels because they only had enough for one person, but we asked and we got them right away. You have to ask for bottled water too but they will deliver. We used the pool - it was brisk, but refreshing.
Biggest point - dogs welcome - YES!! We will definitely be staying there again.

We stopped here because it was pet friendly and on the ocean. The parking is large and secure, and the hotel was easy to find, but agree the parking lot was harder to fine, it is right behind the building with a none descript entrance just before the end of the block on the north side of the hotel.
The room was clean and the staff were helpful
The hotel is good for a short stay.

Beware of the traffic on this waterfront location, fast and dangerous crossing to the office of this hotel. Parking is in the back which was hard to locate. Although it was a one nighter for us, it was clean and they take pets. Room was clean and polished, smelled medicinal. Close to the water with nice sunsets. Gated parking which made it safe.

Older, and could use a renovation, but ocean view, and clean enough. No bugs. Secured parking, too.

The mattresses are too firm, like sleeping on concrete, actually, and the pillows kinda lumpy, so we wouldn't stay here for a Mazatlan vacation, but the staff was very welcoming and the restaurant pretty good. And after driving from PV, if you need a place to stay with your pets, not that bad. We all slept. Ocean view room including pet fee was 1803 pesos.

I was looking for a one night room, then i found this hotel, it was quite expensive, the breakfast was not included. The locations is fine beacuse it is at the front of the beach and near of some restaurants, but the room was dirty and stinky and some bugs (CUCARACHA) live there as well

It does not worth what i paid (About 120 USD for a standar room)

ESTE LUGAR ESTABA MUY MUGROSO, APESTOSO Y CON CUCARACHAS, ADEMAS LAS TARIFAS SON ABUSIVAS. PAGUE 2000 PESOS POR LA NOCHE Y NO INCLUYEN EL DESAYUNO

NO VALLAN A ESTE LUGAR
