I was on the 8th floor , after begging to be pushed off the 5 th floor. Front desk attitude can improve!
One elevator needs maintenance!
Day 1 , ladies forgot to clean the room.
Breakfast is cold and very slow!
They need more hands in the breakfast area.
The balcony doors are heavy to slide and won’t lock!
Also the king size bed is NOT sold online, you must call them in person.
Parking lot is very small!
Hotel is nice , but at this pace and without maintenance it will loose many returning customers.
Service as well as maintenance is critical!

The hotel is a basic level, since in the rooms there is no central climate, but there is a minisplit, which is not enough to cool the room.

In the pool area they do not let you put drinks, this to consume what they sell in the hotel, but there are no waiters and it takes a long time to deliver what you ordered. Camstros are very few at most there are 20.

In the restaurant breakfast is very basic, you have to go at the time they open for you to reach to eat, because if you go at 9am there is no longer food, and they take about 1 hour to put some food back. And here are only 2 waiters, which are not enough for the people who come to the place.

The beach area is excellent.

Very friendly reception staff.

You made our stay so special as well Christian our door man you were just delightful and looked after us. The breakfast staff in the dining room so helpful, the brunch was perfect. Our room was good, It would have been nice to have a table on the lanai, small fridge would have been perfect. All in all it was a great stay

My husband and I stayed for a whole week. Since day 1 the room was dusty, bedsheets and pillows were stinky. I asked for a change but I got older ones.
There are no hand towels, bathmat nor enough towels. (Two small ones is what we got)
It includes breakfast but it is really bad and limited. You'd better go somewhere else for breakfast (I highly recommend Rico's or Panama which are within walking distance)
The only good thing about this place is the location and views.
Be careful on the beach, this hotel does not provide chairs on it and if you want to have a table and chairs you have to pay to people who are not related to the hotel at all.

Staff guys are great, no complaints about them. Thank you for your kindness, you are the best! Christian is quite a character. We like you man, you are doing a great job there. It's obvious that they do what they can. Bad admin and terrible condition of the hotel is not their fault.

I will never come back to this place. It's a real shame, because the location is fabulous.

When we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation. Finally after 15 minutes they find it. We ask for towels to use at the pool. They say they didn’t have any but someone would bring them to our room. We get to the room that was supposed to have one king or two queens. It had one Queen. Very small room. Hard mattress. My arms kept falling asleep. I only wish the rest of me could have done the same. Two sheets, top and bottom. No blanket. It had an ocean view however the balcony door stuck so badly it took all my husbands muscles to open. No lock on the door either. We went for supper, when we got back still no pool towels. So I decide to have a shower and realize there were no towels at all. Nothing. So my husband calls. They say they will bring some. I wait. And wait. I go back downstairs and tell the man at the desk I need two towels. He opens the cupboard, searches through a stack of towels and hands me one bath towel and two hand towels. No I say I need dos grande. Nope. He say no we no have. Not sure why I couldn’t have one out of the stack of towels that were there. They couldn’t be pool towels because he looked through them earlier when we checked in and asked then for pool towels, just as it said to do on the information page they gave us. I guess maybe they were thursdays towels only and we came in on Wednesday… who knows. Anyways with all that and the elevator that was in need of repair, (it was loud and out of balance and rubbed on something when you rode up or down) and the mold on the bathroom floor it is not worth the money at all.

Old hotel, without maintenance, extremely dirty; I wouldn't pay even $400 pesos per night, it is unhygienic, dangerous for your health. Two elevators that do not work and there is no technical personnel to fix them. There is no restaurant, it has a terrible cafeteria. There are no amenities in the rooms, the towels and bedding are old and worn, unhealthy.

Perfect accommodation in beautiful Barbados. We had a great stay. The rooms were very clean. The staff from front desk, restaurant, security and housekeeping were polite and accommodating. Highly recommended and will definitely come back.

When we first arrived at our room, I noticed the sheets were dirty. Additionally, the walls were filthy, and the furniture was damaged. I went downstairs, asked for them to be changed, and showed them pictures. They did send someone to change the sheets, which I appreciated.

However, this was our first time staying here, and we probably won't come back. Despite the prompt response to change the sheets, I just felt uncomfortable for the rest of our stay.

Good afternoon, today I went down to the reception to ask a few things and the lady at the reception was very rude and unwilling to solve anything. I took a photo of him since I asked for his name and surname and he refused to give them to me and when I took the photo he asked a guard to take me out of the hotel, the guard was very polite trying to solve the situation, he didn't know the photo but rather what we went to ask !!

Rooms and views were very nice for the price point! And some staff were nice as well... BUT most staff were cold and a couple (including a manager) were overtly rude. We were also speaking spanish so there's no communication issue! Just rude... the top dog must be breathing down these employees' necks.
The breakfast room is depressing... no natural light, playing some kenny g elevator music... Breakfast itself isn't bad (though the coffee is terrible) but the area makes you want to run out. We asked if we could take breakfast back to our room or outside and that was met with a wholehearted NO. We joked that the management must be military inspired...
And it's true the patio doors don't lock unless you ask them specifically for a key...
Would be a nice hotel if it was kinder to guests!
