The employees are so nice, they really try to help you for everything : laundry, tour booking, taxi shuttle, etc. BUT the room are so dirty, cobwebs and dust everywhere. Insects in the bathrooms like worms on the floor and spiders on the walls. And the WORSE : an animal like a big big rat was running inside the roof everynight just above our bed and making some noise (not just the roof, we could here it between the roof and the wall of the room). Disgusting. It was the panic in the room ! Our room was separated with the next one just with a wood door so we could hear everything like if the other people were in our room. So noisy and not comfy at all. The hotel is on the edge of the road so it's so noisy. We gave some clothes to the laundry service and some were missing or broken... And last point : bad location. Far from everywhere. In the middle of nowhere. Need to rent a scooter to go to the city or on the beach.

If you are looking to be close to the beach this isn't the place for you. It is quite a ways out and you will either need to walk a couple kilometers or get a tuktuk for around B100 each way. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms themselves were adequate. AC worked well so that was good, but everything else was very basic. Kitty in the lobby is a little mean so don't pet him haha. We had troubles sleeping at night due to some "guests" running around in the ceiling/walls. Not sure if mice or rats but they were a little annoying. Breakfast was adequate. If you stay here there is a Halal restaurant a block down by the FamilyMart that has some great dishes for only B50 a dish as opposed to at least B100 for similar dishes down at the beach.

I would have forgotten this hotel if I hadn't been reminded of it recently. We didn't have any issues during our stay as such but the pool was a bit grotty, it was too far out from everything and the room was small with a rubbish shower but the air con worked fine and we didn't have the bug problems some have mentioned. But then, we did keep our door shut.

What should I start with????Bad mannered staffs, they were not at all happy to serve you and only they can answer is "it is not possible",Untidy rooms, very noisy after dusk because of bugs and insects, there is no pest control in the room as a result you can see bugs in your room and toilet,AC did not worked at our room,I was in washroom to take a bath and was in half done situation with soap and shampoo while discover that there were no water till 30mins waited in that way in washroom while they were fixing their pump. The bed with full of bedbugs is placed in such a way that just above it there is a wall mounted lamp which if you raise our head unconsciously can hurt you and cause you bleed,A very small swimming pool with lot of bird poops and mud with no maintenance,No wifi connection at your rooms and no transfer to beach while it is atleast 30mins away from the main market.Staffs behave very rudely and they dont care about any of your discomfort.A terrible experience will never come back or recommend any one to spoil their hard earned holiday.

The other rooms looked alright (as far as we could see from some open doors) but ours was not. We didn't even have a key and lock like the rest but a padlock and key for our door, resembling some sort of shed. The bathroom was crawling with ants amongst other creepers. It was sort of tacked onto the bedroom, where the wall and corrugated roof did not meet and so it let rain water in. The toilet didn't flush properly and we kept having to ask for toilet paper and soap as there is no proper housekeeping. The wifi was temperamental at best and the air conditioning super noisy. Also, don't get too excited about the pool, it's really nothing special...or particularly clean. On a positive note, the staff are really friendly.
