I spent two night in Alium hotel Tangerang for business trip. The service was reaaaaally great! The room was clean and really comfortable for work, also the most important, the bed was super comfortable. My destination and location of hotel is quite close, there are train station and bus terminal near the hotel so it’s easy to find public transportation. The receptionist, housekeeping, laundry, security and others employee was polite and very helpful. May be my favvvvvv!❤️❤️❤️ thank youuuuuu sooo much!

Ms. Fenny and Ms. Yova served my family extremely well, even before making any reservation. They answered my questions tirelessly and convinced me that staying in their hotel would be satisfying. And it is.
The room is spacious and - as expected - all staffs are very welcoming.

This is my first time to stay at Allium Tangerang Hotel. And I really enjoy it! To be honest the room is beyond my expectation. I thought it will be very standard but it turns out to a really cozy one! The room is very clean, the cafe have various menus from Asian food, Western, and Indonesian. Another plus is, they have a really helpful staffs! The Receptionist fulfill my request quickly and so reliable. In my situation with a baby and I also have another event out there, they can manage and understand my request very well. Thank you so much for the helpful and friendly front officers. I have a great experience and I will stay in Allium again next time! :)

In enabling us to provide the service, you need to advise us your flight details (airlines name, flight number, estimate arrival time) by sending email to our reservation latest by 2 days prior to your arrival date otherwise, we will not be able to arrange this service for you. Due to our last shuttle to airport only until 14:00 hrs and your flight will be depart at 21:00, we suggest you to take a taxi that will cost you around IDR 100,000.
