The services very friendly, have a quick check in & check out, good cleanliness, fast response, have many varian of food at breakfast area. Swimming pool is clean. Near with convenience store & local food corner. Very quite place. Still need to be improve for the services of doorman (no doorman)

The hotel is very neat and the breakfast buffet is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, if you're planning to go to Indonesia for tourism, it's not the best place to stay in. It's about 2 hours from the airport and from central Jakarta. There's a mall close by, but not within walking distance. There's not much around the area to see.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in Room 1235 on 2nd floor. Actually this hotel is a five-storey building, where the uppermost floor for rooms is 3rd floor. The hotel is clean and neat. The bed room is quite small & clean. A big bed for two persons, a nice bathroom with hot water, an LCD TV, telephone, WiFi signal. But there is no minibar, no cupboard - only hangers for clothing. The restaurant is nice. One thing that I didn't like was : there was a connecting door to other room which was not soundproof, although it was closed & locked.

Bayangkan aja, pesan sudah mepet untuk 3 kamar untuk Malam Tahun Baru (31 Dec 2023-1 Jan 2024): 💫We still got affordable deal price (including breakfast for 2 adults + 1 child per room). 💫9.30am, still many choices of breakfast. 💫There are children's and adult swimming pools. Kids are so happy.. 🏊🏻♂️😄 💫 Helpful front office and bellboy.

Visited this hotel for first time and found the building and internal area looked quite modern , however the service is not good and the rooms smell like wet cement and i had a coffee pod machine , but no coffee and the space for the mini bar was there without the fridge. The breakfast was very very local and one morning because they had a conference with a breakfast in another room took the toaster , pastries and juice containers out of the restaurant for the conference leaving the regular guests without. It is a very below average hotel at best.

I was staying at Hotel Yasmin Karawaci for a retreat in May 2019.
The hotel is located a bit off Lippo Karawaci area. The hotel is quite spacious. Room is adequately sized, with minimalist design, low cost material, but does not look cheap.
My only concern with the room is that it has cigarette smell and the bathroom has bad odour.
Staff are generally friendly.
During my stay, vegetarian food was served. They are delicious.
The stay was not bad overall.

I stayed overnight at this hotel. Located not far from Siloam Karawaci Hospital. Parking area is very spacious. I booked a superior room. The room and bathroom are a bit cramped for the size of a 4 star hotel. Facilities in the room are just ordinary. There is no safe deposit box. TV channels are not too much, and are not clear enough. The mattress was a bit dull. Hot water in the bathroom is smooth. Breakfast is quite complete, many menu choices. Only a few foods are less warm, and rather hard. Additional breakfast per person is IDR 100k. The pool is clean enough. There is a pool for children. It's just that the swimming pool wall is black, looks bleak. The hotel staff is very helpful. I give 3 of 5 for this hotel.

I stayed for 2 nights for business travel. The room is clean yet small. First time checkin I got troubles with the room 1. They gave me a room which a people already in the room, so I complained and they gave me another room at different floor. 2. After I got the room the door couldn't be locked, so I have to call the room service and they sent me the technician to fix. 3. But overall I like the room very clean, comfort, homey and the breakfast was good.
