I stayed here as I had an early morning flight and it is located only 2.6km from the airport. The lobby area was spacious but only had 2 small table & 6 cushion seats. The reception staff were helpful. I had to borrow an adaptor for my phone as they have recessed 2 prong power points. My room was 210. There is no signage directing you to this room. I had to get a staff member to find it for me. The room itself was a shoebox. I could not believe the size of the room given the hotel is rated 4 star but I did get a greatly reduced rate compared to their walk in prices. Everything worked fine though the TV can be a bit tricky. The bed had clean linens and afforded a comfortable sleep. The small bathroom area became a wet room during showering due to bad drainage design. The shower had warm water with good pressure. One night for one person would be my limit.

I stay here for 2 nights... and Awesome. Thanks to Hari Reception for the good room during my stay. chef Adrian for warm welcome during breakfast and all staff for your extraordinary service. From concierge to assisting my luggage,fast check in process, Clean Room and restaurant staff for fast response and help.
If you expect for the bigger room you can't find it here, however the room quite small but it is more than cozy. Well design and full amenities.
What I never expected are the food. You stay in airport hotel but for buffet seem like 5 star hotel with kind of food you can taste it. Starting from Cereal, pastries and bread. Egg station... coffe stall and Dessert are available. And it's never disappointing.. all the food so tasty and the menus changed everyday.
One thing for Room Service, I've order 1 Nasi Goreng 3penjuru and ice Cappucino. it's took many time from the order till food serving to my room and the food is cold. However I like this Hotel and Definitely I'll be back here ... keep it up .

One night staying in this 4-star yet super comfy hotel is such an incredible experience. The first impression that caught my attention is the hotel room itself. It is really convenient and almost looks like of that middle class luxury hotel: super modern! The air conditioner works really well and doesn’t stink. The food is also delicious with a few variables of options. Above all, it is the staff who are really friendly and try their best to fulfil my need as a guest, especially Mr. Hari. He’s been really helpful since my arrival at the hotel and check-in. The hotel located near by the Soekarno Hatta International Airport In brief, would definitely stay again on my next trip or transit to Jakarta and would to recommend it to my friends.

I had the best experience in this hotel, near the airport and easy to access. This hotel has the best staff, she's called Ranti, the front desk agent. I don't know how long the working hours are in this hotel, but during my stay, from morning until night, she always standby at the front desk. Even when she looked tired, she always politely greeted me and gave me a smile. Well, the other front desk agent is not so really, always busy with the cell phone or chit-chatting with others. This hotel got an amazing resto too. Would stay again in this hotel for sure.

For me personally, Azana is the best choice hotel transit in Cengkareng area. I thank you so much for the hospitality by the officer. The deluxe room not realy spacious but feel so homey, I love room type like this. And the food is super yummy.

One of the reason I choose this hotel, the hotel location is closed with the airport. facilities complete, restaurant, gym, etc. Overall nice. Room very comfy and clean. Have a best view to see the air plane. All staff friendly. They always greet me everytime I passed the reception counter and restaurants. I booked through their hotel web and got the best price. Amazing stay. I cant believe this hotel have wonderful service. I chosen as guest of the day. Upon check in the manager ms.vina greet me warmly, she explained all my room benefits and facility at hotel clearly. And in the room has decorated with nice cake and animal towel. Unforgetable stay. The breakfast was nice. I love the bycycle to cycling around the hotel. Definitelly will come back

This is the worst experience I got from Jakarta before my leaving to the airport , first from the un-ventilated lobby , humidity and hot , second the potable water on pot not bottled, also no window in the room , dirty bed sheet , no soap in bathroom , shame I provided all evidence photos , finally shuttle bus very limited and not convenient.
