Got stuck in Jakarta unexpectedly for 2 nights due to airline bad mistakes, but luckily this hotel ‘saved’ me and another two fellow passengers. Without any prior booking, they sent a free shuttle van to pick us up from the airport nearly midnight and put us in the nice guest rooms.
Hotel staff at the reception such as Shelvi ,Mahesa, Arif , Hendry are super friendly to offer all kinds of help (e.g., helping me search a nearby PCR test center to meet urgent travel requirements, referring us a very nice shopping center with a bit amid Chinese new year festive flavor which helped us explore part of the Jakarta city within the limited hours we had, etc). The driver team is just as amazing as they are who sent us to the airport and picked us up several times during the 2 nights we stayed with them.
Overall clean, new and modern guest rooms. Strong Wi-Fi network is always very helpful for travelers. Very close to the airport so perfect if people need a few nights for transit. Nice breakfast with fresh and sufficient food and beverage as well as some local Indonesian cuisines. The rooftop bar and restaurant on 11/F is very good place to go if you don’t want to be bothered by the crazy traffic outside but still get to enjoy a bit of the night views of the Jakarta city. They’ve got a band there for hours too.

Stayed here for 2 nights on business purpose. Book the room with balcony, room is ok, but the balcony over no view at all, since the view was block by tall building beside this hotel. What a let down. The room is ok, room facility is good, however soundproof need to be improved.
The food is great and tasty. I enjoyed eating breakfast, lunch and dinner here.
The location is also near the airport and they provided hourly shuttle service to and from airport.
Overall it is a good hotel and hope I can comeback here again

The hotel fulfils a good western standard and is very convenient with its location next to the airport. I stayed for one night and I really enjoyed my stay. The rooftop bar especially was very convincing with very nice staff (I will mention Metty who took care of everything and was very charming to all guests)

We stayed in the hotel for one night
The hotel is located aproximately 20min from the airport and there is a free pickup service provided by the hotel with Arip who even called us directly. When we were arriving we were warmly welcomed by the staff Desy and Lika who even provided us with an upgrade to a suite for free.
The room was amazing and very clean.
The hotel has a rooftop bar and restaurant and a restautant in the lobby with a nice breakfast.
The hotel is located aproximately 20min from the airport and there is a free pickup service provided by the hotel with Arip who even called us directly. When we were arriving we were warmly welcomed by the staff Desy and Lika who even provided us with an upgrade to a suite for free.

Room is clean and spacious, my room is the suite one with a large bed, and two tv units, a bath tub, 1 large and 1 small dining table, a pantry, a desk, an air purifier.
My requests are all granted, thank you.
The breakfast menu is pretty tasty and varied.
Maybe free cappucino on breakfast hours will make it more perfect.
Above all, service is excellent and i recommend the hotel for you especially if you need a transit stay.
