Compass Point is a 1.5 acre celebration of bold imagination. Its 18 huts, made up of two-story cottages and single cabanas, glow with vivid Junkanoo colors. It is the perfect choice for guests who value simplicity, comfort, creativty and romance. Its restarunt is one of the few in Nassau where you can dine overlooking the ocean.

The pictures are great and why we went, but don’t be fooled. The entire property was poorly maintened, and nothing worked, including the staff. We had to ask, not exaggerating, five times for them to turn on the “hot tub” which never got hot. My six year old daughter called it

This was a major disappointment. We have gone to the Bahamas for 10 years and have frequently gone to Compass Point for their lunches and great Pina Colada with great fresh fruit and delicious. We were there this year, 2019, and they whole experience has gone dramatically

Myself, husband and 6 year old son visited, we planned on having lunch (over $20/ head) and drinks. When we asked to buy a pool pass so my son could swim ~ right next to where we were receiving lunch service we were told that an adult had to physically be in the pool with the

If you’re looking for a spot away from the noise and resorts, this place is exactly for you. It is charming, colorful and rustic. Its located on the West Side, away from downtown and cruise ships, and is very quiet. We had an Elevated Sea Hut room (Room 108) with a direct view

This low key resort was the perfect gathering spot for a family and friends celebration. Pristine setting on the tip of Nassau, a private beach, comfortable rooms and a good restaurant/bar open for breakfast until late at night. Staff went to extraordinary efforts to cater to

Hi Katie, we caught the jitney, bus, into Nassau. The stop is only metres from CP. Went to the supermarket in town. There is another supermarket closer, but you still need to get the bus there. If you get the bus back from town, don’t pay until you are getting off.

What is the best company for round trip transfer from airport to Compass point?
If you phone the resort when you arrive at the airport 242 327 4500, they can arrange a taxi for you. The resort can also arrange a taxi for you, when you leave. Compass Point has one taxi driver, Leo, who has taken care of guests of the resort reliably and always charges a fair price. As business has grown, he has created a network of drivers that help him, as needed.

Good morning. I wanted to know if the beach at CP is swimable? thank you
The beach in front of the resort at low tide has about 8 feet of sand between the steps to the beach and the water. At high tide, there is perhaps a few feet of sand. The beach to ocean access is always swimable. Bordering the resort to the west, is Love beach, which stretches more then a mile west.Iit is a sand beach, with ocean accesses that are sand in some spots, and rocky (ouch )access in other spots. Some guests prefer to jump off our dock into the ocean.
