We had arranged for a late check in and got to the property after 9:00 p.m. We were given the worst room in the hotel, a corner location overlooking a major construction project which promptly woke us early the next day. Everything at the property. Seemed to be broken or in

The staff is so friendly, however the hotel is not one I have enjoyed. If you like staying downtown and walking everywhere, then it’s fine. I do not want to be too negative, but I honestly would not pay the price for this hotel. It is run down, and does not offer a lot. The

There is significant construction going on beside the hotel making it the noisiest place to be at. Also note the port is nearby making it even more noisier. In addition, the hotel is a freezer carry sweaters and jackets.

We choose the Hilton Nassau because we had points to use. The hotel needs a little TLC (the elevators we're a running joke with guests) but the rooms are clean and the food is great. Friendly staff too

Is there an airport shuttle?
There are a cooperative of taxis assigned to this hotel.( I can’t remember the name saint something. but their logo is four hands daisy chained) Since Uber left the country, your best option is call the hotel and request to be picked up. Be aware taxi vehicles are not equipped with a device to measure the amount to pay, so the amount is calculated by the driver. In the other hand taxis usually accept credit card.

"East side of the building closer to Senor Frogs, noisy at night. West side closer to the construction site, noisier during the day."
"Room with ocean views, and access to Executive lounge"
"Avoid 2nd floor if you have mobility issues or large bags due to stairs"
"Contact the hotel prior to your arrival and request to be away from construction"
