I am not sure about having a boat within their "area". Call the hotel. As far as other resorts/restaurants, there is only a stretch of beach for the resort only. In theory, you could go over the rocks and eventually get to Christianstad but having tried the overland route while hiking, I would not do it again. I do not remember as sign about coolers BUT they have a cooler with ice water and cups at the beach. It is really a good resort, well maintained. I have nothing bad to say about it except the high cost of food and alcohol at the restaurant(s).... Billy
