My wife and I visited the resort in early January for my birthday. We just wanted a quiet getaway for the two of us we left the kids at home. We had a great time, everyone was so nice and helpful, the restaurants were all great, we loved the food and drinks. We enjoyed the variety from pool to beach to couch even our room we found a place to lounge everywhere and even at night. We really enjoyed all of the activities as well and definitely wanted to commend the staff they were fantastic. We will definitely go again, no issues, no complaints, 5 days of fun and we loved it. Blue Haven is an amazing resort with an amazing staff who always goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable. Thank you Adrian, Keneisha, Scott, Chef Elvis, Chef Davide and the entire team at Blue Haven for making us feel at home. I surprised my husband for his birthday and I knew this is the place he would love to come back to. You can always ask the front desk about ATV tour bookings, jet ski rentals, etc. The best drink at the bar is "Beautiful by Nature." The resort has a beach right next to a swim up pool bar! Check out their gym around the corner with awesome boats docked at the marina. The resort also has 2 restaurants - Salt Bar & Grill by the marina that has the BEST pizza! For breakfast and dinner, check out Fire & Ice. And last but not least, listen to the best caribbean music by the pool/beach as you sip on drinks and grab lunch at Jammin by the Sea! Wowowowow! The location, the staff, the drinks, the service, the food. Everything was wonderful. We were celebrating my moms 60th birthday and Blue Haven and the staff at Salt went above and beyond. We were greeted with a bottle of wine in our room. Jacopo and Lexxie were so helpful and wonderful upon arrival. Throughout the week we had awesome service from Markenley, Elvis the chef, Rose, Milton, and many more. Saskia and the staff at Salt couldn’t have been better on our last night when celebrating my mother’s birthday. They made our final night extra extra special, and we will never forget it. The resort was fully equipped with sand toys and a floatie for our almost two year old daughter to use the entire week. We had an awesome time tubing and wakeboarding as well, thanks to Pablo! We loved going over to The Alexandra Resort for the evening festivities. Being able to access the sister resorts is a great perk! We will be back!…

First class service from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed. When we arrived at Blue Haven on February 1st, we were warmly greeted by Keniesha who provided an excellent overview of the resort and amenities. She then introduced us to Navardo who assisted us with our luggage and offered us a welcome drink of rum punch. I want to personally thank everyone who made our stay exceptional. The resort offered an intimate place to relax and unwind. The grounds are well kept and clean which created an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. Each day the staff strived to provide a personal experience for our group. For example, at breakfast, Garth would meet us at our table with our prefered drink orders which he remembered. Thank you Garth, for your jovial personality and attentive service. What can i say about food? Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Thank you Chef Palmer for your wonderful and delicious creations. I am especially thankful for those moments you went above and beyond to deliver a five star dining experience. I also want to thank chef Elvis for the delicious food and music entertainment. Elvis you rock!!!. Thank you Glenny, Elle and all the other servers whose names i cant remember for not only providing wonderful service but for also assisting individuals in our party. It was a very smooth and pleasant check-in. The staff had a refreshing drink ready and showed me around the complex. My room was the one bedroom suite overlooking the beach. The room was beautiful and very clean. The resort itself is very well maintained with an AMAZING STAFF!!!! The poolside bar is the place to be during the day. The bartenders, waitstaff and chefs were friendly and were willing to please. The property met all expectations and then some. I also booked a jet ski tour for one hour. Fortunately for me Byron Dean was my guide. My experience with Byron was fantastic. He was an excellent tour specialist. He was pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable about the island. Byron was patient and he made sure that I was totally safe at all times. Byron gave me an amazing jet ski tour. My tour with Byron was extraordinary that I did another one hour jet ski tour with him. I give Byron Dean a 5 star rating. You cannot visit Blue Haven Resort without this jet ski tour!! The staff and this jet ski tour will be the #1 reason that I am going back!!! Blue Haven is GREAT!!!…

No tennis courts or ping pong tables. However they have a fooz ball table near the kids club.
Yes it is. There is also a drop in Day pass option if you are not staying in this hotel. If this is your first time in provo do consider other islands because although blue haven was nice resort this island overall is very over rated in our opinion. There are much better islands and cheaper too compared to provo. Only if you have a deal that too good to pass then yes i would say go for it. Hope this helps and have fun wherever you decide to go. You can either rent a car or pay for a private cab. We like to have a car, the island is pretty easy and very safe to navigate. Cabs are usually per person, if you plan to stay on the property or only use the shuttle service, this is the way to go. The casino and a few other businesses will dispatch a shuttle to the resort to get you. For anyone asking more specifically: You will leave the Airport and head down Leeward highway towards Grace Bay, through the roundabouts, then left onto Governors Road to a right onto Marina Road, the roundabout at the School to the main gate at Blue Haven on your right.
