What do you want from a hotel room? To avoid being an unacceptable experience you want: cleanliness, security, quiet and hot water.

This has all of these to exactly the minimum level...

With most hotels destroyed from hurricanes or booked - at least they had a room! Spartan accommodations, poor restaurant for eating (we did not eat there), and not very close to town. The staff was very friendly though!!

After this years hurricane season, is this place still up and running? What are the conditions? I have this place booked for one day in April 2018 and I'm just wondering if there even is a hotel left after the hurricanes.
Thank you for your inquiry and concerns. Fort Burt Hotel sustained some damage from the hurricanes, but we have been operational since October. Our rebuilding and the territory's rebuilding is progressing well. We look forward to hosting you in April 2018. Thank you for choosing Fort Burt Hotel.

I read somewhere that there are "resort fees" for this place. What are they and how much are these resort fees in US dollars? Also what is the cost of the towel/sheets? I see that they are an extra fee on the website as well. Thanks!
Hello, In regards to the fees, we do have hotel fees at our hotel which is at USD$15 per night. Towel and all basic amenities are included and has no additional charge.
