My wife and I are still talking about how much we enjoyed our stay at Halcyon. Our dining experience at the Hibachi restaurant was absolutely gratifying. Above all, the service was impeccable. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. General Manager, Mr Laurent and Manager Mr. Allen took the time to enhance our enjoyment. We would like to visit other Sandals, but it’s hard to imagine getting better treatment than we did at Halcyon.

We’ve been looking forward to finally trying a sandals resort as its supposed to be the one of the top brands in its field. I can say we are both completely underwhelmed by the experience so far and can categorically say its falls far short of a 5 Star hotel. Lets start with the rooms. They are incredibly small with bathrooms that resemble a low cost budget hotel. I was shocked by this i must say. The shower floor looks like something from a leisure centre! I am surprised customers booking suites wouldn’t notice this almost immediately. There are no premium label spirts in the rooms and they are using Maxwell house coffee? This is’t even sold in most supermarkets in the UK because its so bad.. i would not expect in in a 5 star resort. They have a partnership with blue mountain so it baffles me as to why you wouldn’t put this into rooms. We attempted to order a coffee and pot of tea via room service but were told its not available after 11am? Again does this sound like premium service. We’ve stayed in many of sandals competitors in this category and they all offer this 24hrs a day… Sandals? 7-10 only. On our second night we had to ask for the mini-bar to be re-stocked and for hand / bath towels as these were missing. We also had an issue with our tranquility soaking tub where by it was leaking water. I spoke to a staff member who did sort out our issues however there was no apology and quick to blame us leaving a door hangar on? How could the rest of the room have been made up if this were the case. I feel its times like this where that 5 star service should show and it really didn’t. This morning we had a dead bird in our bath ( it had flown into the window we assume) housekeeping was due to complete our room next so i felt no need to ring down to reception as we were just about to have our room cleaned and surely you’d pick something so glaringly obvious up? Apparently not. Back at 4pm and its still there. Again.. we called down and they were quick to sort with the lady sent quite humorous about the whole thing. For me its the detail and lack of check. Clearly this area was not cleaned in anyway today. Onto the resort. The grounds themselves are lovely and well maintained. Its probably the strongest element of the resort… The beach a different story. Forget the pictures you’ve seen online or on the brochure. Its resembles nothing like it. The steps leading down to the beaches are not cleaned and most are covered in green algae. The beach itself is really not that great and its full of reps trying to sell you the same boat trip. Onto the restaurant’s. So far so good. Its not gourmet as described ( we both like good food) but its been fairly good quality with most things fresh. The restaurant staff have been excellent so far with the right balance of keeping you topped up and letting you enjoy your evening. Its never rushed which we both really like. Finally the club sandals lounge. Its quite basic in terms of product - compared with say Dreams or secrets where there is normally a full bar / food options. Its a shame really as its furnished to quite a high standard. We were checked in here on our first day in quite possibly the oddest way! About ten of us were all put in together and given our leaflets and told to come back at 11am the next day. Not particularly premium and similar to a club 18-30’s vibe. Odd to say the least. Overall i wouldn’t return to a sandals based on this experience as its just missing that 5 star service and experience we were expecting.. especially when you pay the money you do to Come here. I think almost all of sandals competitors have offered a better experience to this one. Its a shame as we were so looking forward to it. But its fallen well short of what it should be.…

Our experience at the Sandals, Halcyon Beach property was exactly what we expected. We chose this property because we were looking for a quieter experience for our honeymoon. The property, including our room, was beautiful and in great condition. Everything was very clean! The food was FANTASTIC. Our expectations weren't the highest after a different all-inclusive experience but the food and drinks at Halcyon Beach were unbelievable. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation, this is the perfect spot to visit St. Lucia!

My wife and I stayed for 10 nights at Sandals Halcyon Beach for our honeymoon and it was nothing less than magical. We signed up for Butler service, and all 3 butlers took care of everything we needed, but Vibert especially went above and beyond with every weird request we had. The restaurants were all great but we especially enjoyed our meals at Mario's (the Italian restaurant) and Kimono (the Hibachi restaurant. Our Hibachi chef, Ken, was fantastic. We also appreciated the efforts made by Jenny on the entertainment team, Waynelle the bartender, and Merklyn from the photo shop for making our stay fun and exciting. 10/10 would recommend.

My sister-friend, myself and our husbands vacationed at Sandals, St. Lucia. The Resort is beautiful. Shout out the Lesley, one of the groundskeepers! Our ocean view room was absolutely amazing. To be able to sit next to the window and look at the peaceful, serene ocean made this trip peaceful. The hospitality was perfect. We were completely satisfied with the friendly and courteous service. Each day, we were treated with care. Phillip, our Teppanyaki chef must be a Comedian. I have never had so much fun during Teppanyaki (and we go often). I loved the Rum Balls from the clubhouse. We met many wonderful staff who created a magical vacation for us. Our photographers were fun..shout out to Ross and Big Mitch. Shevelle (I hope that is spelled correctly) was kind and caring. Melissa, who helped us with scheduling our package items, was the best. The staff in the photo office were awesome. Our experience was so amazing that we are going to experience Sandals again next year! Thank you again to the wonderful staff at Sandals, St. Lucia. We highly recommend this resort.…

Where do I begin? RONALD WILLIAM of Club Sandals! Or as my new wife and I came to know him as Ronnie. He was on the ball from jump street. This was our first time ever visiting a Sandals, in fact it was out first time out of the country AND it was our honeymoon! So, like most people we had certain expectations of what we'd hope to experience. Ronnie, well, he EXCEEDED all expectations. This man had a sense of urgency like no other. Whoever hired him should be patting themselves on the back. He is truly an AMAZING individual. From helping to schedule our reservations, to making sure I had specifics in my room bar, there was nothing Ronnie wasn't willing to do. He even got me in on the football finals!! GO GREEN!! I know he loves his job, it was evident in everything he did, he was so passionate and I know there are great things to come for him at Sandals. My wife and I will be back for sure to check up on his success. People like him are the reasons resorts like this are so successful, it's a major defining aspect of the experience and without Ronnie and the staff here, our experience wouldn't have been close to what it was!!! My husband and I just got back from our week in paradise at this beautiful location. It was everything we wanted and more! The location is perfect for honeymooners and there were so many activities to choose from everyday. Whether you want to do a couples massage, go on an excursion, relax in the pool, join in activities they have going on, or relax in the jacuzzi. They have it all!! The one thing that stuck out the most was the people! They made it the most spectacular experience EVER!! Everytime we walked by a staff member they greeted us and asked how our stay was! Never did you walk by or interact with anyone in a bad mood. You could tell they all loved their jobs!! Some staff members we want to recognize for going above and beyond is first Ronald William of club sandals concierge. He was amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed to have an unforgettable honeymoon experience!! Other staff members we interacted with as well who made impacts were Dawn and Celine who did our couples massage. They are great ladies who made sure our experience with our first massages ever was a good one. Then Delores who works at kellys. Amazing service, extremely attentive. Besides that all the fabulous men and woman who ran the bars and kept the drinks and the laughs flowing. They went above and beyond everyday. Jason, Ryan, Cassie, Chris, Lisa, Daniel, Nillan, Priscus, Cory, Glenroy, Terrell, Tevin, Danielle and Leshawn the Don!! So sorry if I'm forgetting anyone but there were A LOT!!! We went to Sandals Halcyon Beach for our honeymoon in June 2022 and it more than exceeded our expectations! We booked a beachfront walkout room, which I highly recommend-we were like 30 steps away from the beach and the pool/hot tub area. We also had a patio that we enjoyed daily with a soaking tub, and a curtain you can draw for privacy. The service at the resort was **exceptional**- every single staff member we encountered was kind, friendly, accomodating, and went out of there way to make us feel welcome. Special shout out to Darween, Davon, Novella,and Krystal for going above and beyond. There is all day room service, which has an awesome menu; the refrigerator is restocked daily with beer, water, soda; and there are several restaurants with delicious food and amazing service. We felt like we were dining at 5-star restaurants everyday! And the pool area was my favorite part- they had a DJ daily so it felt like an all day pool party. They also had nightly entertainment-mostly live music-so you had something to enjoy each night. This was the best vacation I have ever taken and certainly the most relaxing. Guaranteed you will love it! This was my first time at Sandals and it certainly lived up to the reputation. And we did a few of the optional add-ons which I would recommend to anyone- the candlelight dinner was perfection, the beachside couples massage was incredible, and the dune buggy tour of the north island was a blast.…

We brought our two adult sons and their wives for a family vacation. The people who work there are definitely the best and made our stay outstanding. At the bars Darween, Anicia, Daniel, and Waynell are great at making you drinks from the menu or any specials you or they come up with. If you're looking for late night food make sure to check out the Beach Bistro when Jefferson is cooking. He makes outstanding food with the best conversations and stories. Your stay will definitely be even better if you find these people!
