    Hi Tonya, Thank you for staying with us. I apologize for the room downgrade, this is not the norm at our property. The refund was processed with Resort Vacations, the third party vendor which sold the room, on 3/15/19 or three days prior to your check out. Please feel free to contact Kristal Burch, Kristal.burch@iceenterprise.com, at Resort Vacations for updates. The parking lot is not owned by the hotel, but they do offer our guests a special nightly rate of $15. You have made a very serious claim against one of their employees. The parking lot owner and the hotel has a zero tolerance policy towards this type of behavior. Please send us evidence of your claim so that we may process the wrongdoer to the full extent of the law. We are glad to announce that the breakfast has been modified today, 3/25/19, to include a egg item and a fresh hot item everyday. The change has gotten excellent reviews. I wish we could have spoken personally about your stay. I am a firm believer that everything can be resolved in person. I see you had some doubts about your stay, those are best cleared up in person.     We are staying at this hotel for the very first time come March. My question is can we request a newly remodeled room, upper floors, and an ocean view? If so, is the price more for this request? Thank you, Kris Liske Iowa

    I have read reviews that say some of the room are not yet renovated. I am wondering if it is possible to to request a room that has been renovated? We are wanting to book a room with 2 beds. thank you for your time, Diane Hobbs
    All rooms I have stayed sre very good. If you have a late arrival I suggest you call the hotel to assure the room that you want

    Does the hotel provide transportation to places like El Yunque or is it best to rent a car? I rather not rent a car but at the same time, would really like to visit El Yunque....
    Hi Alexander, We can assist in booking tours through our tour desk. The tour desk operates Friday to Sunday. If you need assistance during week, our Front Desk Team can assist. Local regulations do not permit hotels in the Metropolitan Area to provide airport transfers. Taxis are readily available at the airport. Uber is also available to travel around town.
