    I have 2 rooms booked on the 24dec till the 4jan ! It is just that trip advisor says it is shut ?
    Are you close to the Old "Sheraton Hotel in Old San Juan?
    They are not. They are in Condado close to the beach. It is just a uber ride away.

    Is there parking at Casa Condado and how much they charge?
    There is oarking but they charge you. I think it is $15.00 a day. Not much space.

    Hello, When taking the shuttle bus (what do we look for to get over to your location). How far are you from the cruise docks, and how far are you from the Condado Lagoon? Is there a shuttle bus stop near the front of the hotel to take us back to the cruise docks? If so, does it go direct? Where is the shuttle stop? Do they need exact change? If so, how much? Thank you so much.
    Is there a resort per person fee per night and is there parking specifically for the hotel or is on street parking only? Thank you
    Casa Condado Hotel does not charge a resort fee, however there is an 8% service fee per stay. Self-parking (limited spaces) is available within the premises at $15 per night.
